I know these guys are usually excellent and very knowledgeable. One time however I took my truck in for what I figured was a head gasket leak.. I'm leaking coolant out of my Tacoma. It's got 363,000 miles on it. He said he did a pressure check on it. Which I have no reason to not believe he did , however my truck still over heats and is losing coolant. But to their credit I have not called them back yet. And they have been perfect on every other issue.

These guys are great mechanics. I've brought all my vehicles here over the last few years. They have gotten me in relatively fast every time. They typically call back with a diagnosis and quote within an hour or two after drop off. They have held true to their quotes and have never tried to be misleading. These guys have always been honest with me. They are very highly recommended! Two thumbs up. 6/5 stars.

Took vehicle in for ac repair. Was told bad ac compressor went somewhere else and they found just a bad line. Won t be going back for anything in the future.

Great service and fair pricing. My 2 young children have gone here for years and Dave has always taken care of them. Unlike many mechanics, they have not taken advantage of them and always treat them very well. If you're looking for a mechanic you can stick with, these guys are the place.

I wish I could give them 6 stars. I had called another mechanic in town and they couldn't get me in for 3 weeks. I called Wilder's, they got me in 2 days later. At 8:11 AM the day of scheduled service, they called with a diagnosis, and at 10:14 AM, it was done. They truly saved my week and they gained a loyal customer!

I love this place. I found them in one of those small community newspapers about 6 years ago. They gave me a great deal on my tires. And I have trusted them ever since. They are always busy. They are fair and honest.

First, let me start by saying I like to support local businesses. Sometimes that results in great service, sometimes not. It was our first time going to this business. We brought our vehicle in for a detail , price was $160, seemed reasonable. We also had them balance our tires, and fix a small tire leak, that seemed to be done correctly, and to our satisfaction. However, after we got the vehicle home and out of their dark shop, I could see how dirty it still was. It was obvious that they did a lot, the interior was quite clean, but other things such as the doorjams and other details were still quite dirty. Also, whatever product/chemical they use on the interior, had the consistency of baby oil and was left on surfaces and felt greasy, and it could easily be seen and not in a good way. I would say that this vehicle was in above average cleanliness when it went to them to begin with. I am not mad at them, nor my demanding my money back. But I expected more for a detail job, considering most of the dirt that was left over could easily be wiped off..... We are not talking about things you need a magnifying glass to see, or a toothbrush to clean. We are talking about large painted surfaces that are easily visible when you open the doors. I guess we will consider this a learning experience. This review was not meant to be negative, however we probably won t be going back.

My Jeep broke down in Yankee springs trails. I towed it the their shop and left it there over weekend. Called Monday morning they couldn t get it in till wensday. They called 30 minutes later saying they got it in and it was done. Great job and veery professional people that know. what they are doing with great price. Would recommend highly

Local business is always great!I am not familiar with Hastings area but with the help of local folks my transition was easy.I got my brake pads and rotors fixed instantly.Great place and great people!I highly recommend this place.

I needed a blower motor change in my chevy impala. Heard many different things about how to do and how it can be a major ordeal so I called Wilder and not only was the LABOR price EXCELLENT but they had it done for me in record time. Will be taking my business and auto needs to Wilder Auto Service every time from here on. Thanks guys!!
