Went in for a car wash today. The line was long but service was quick. The staff was nice but this was the worst car wash I ve ever gotten. I will not be going back despite how convenient it was. My car is covered in streaks where the brushes missed the dust and honestly, it might look worse than it did before I went in.I now see from the reply that there is a clean car guarantee. I was bombarded by signs that said they re not liable for any damage to your car but missed any signage about a clean car guarantee. Though, had I gone back through I m sure it wouldn t look any different.I have never gone through a car wash that doesn t actually wash my car so have never been in the habit of getting out and double checking it before I drive all the way back home. Good thing I won t be coming back so I can continue to not have to get out and check my car when I leave a car wash!

I get the monthly charge,unlimited wash at any time in the month. It serves me well, keeps the dirt,salt,grime,and anything else off the car.Does a better than average job.

Went in here to get my Air Filter changed and they put the part in wrong. All was good for about a day until I started the car the next day and my engine light was on with Mass Air flow sensor with sluggish engine. Cost me over $130 plus the $40 in gas I had previously purchased because my engine was running rich and lean afterwards and ate up all my gas. The original sensor which wasn t even dirty or broken, after trying it again with the air filter in place it worked good as new. Took it into a different shop and they said all they did was flip the air filter and the engine was completely fine after and has been since. They didn t even charge me because they found the problem so quickly.

Came here for an oil change at the suggestion of a friend. Super friendly staff and quick oil change. Affordable and amazing. Small waiting room but free coffee and water while you wait.

Quick, kind, and competent. Great pricing for a synthetic oil change; and I got a free car wash! They carry Bosch wipers; no more chatter noise from other premium blades.

It's funny how people pretty much get on to write a review if it was a bad experience. Well, I'm on here to say I had a great experience and highly recommend this place. Friendly staff and awesome car wash that's included with the oil change. I have been going to this place for several years and have never had a bad experience. Thank you for doing your best to keep the doors open.

Highly recommend!! We have never had anything bad to say about Tom's! You can ask them questions about cuts of meat and how to cook it or season it best , everything about Tom's makes me happy!!

****UPDATE**** THEY EVEN USED THE WRONG OIL IN THE OIL CHANGE****Sadly, I would rate 0/5 if possible. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Went in to have my oil changed and car washed and although the car wash was fine, the oil change staff dislodged one of my hoses from my car when changing the air filter. When the lights came on a few miles down the road, it was brought back less than an hour later and they refused to genuinely look into the concern. They said you should just Google it and told me to keep moving. When I was there, the staff were extremely unprofessional to the point it was uncomfortable. The fact that employees are threatening to have people leave/quit if they don t do something in front of customers seems extremely unprofessional. Additionally, the concerns were quickly brushed off when told exactly what was wrong and asked if they could fix it and stated we must have done something. Upon leaving, we called to see if they could help us fix the issue and they said get screwed and were argumentative/ extremely defensive. Additional follow up with the manager/owner, a detailed voicemail was left of the concern and ZERO response was received. Worst oil change I ve ever received and will never be coming back.

I called ahead asking for the cost of an oil change. I was told $29.99 The bill was $48.62. I asked about the huge difference in price. I was told the $29.99 was just to change the oil but still had to pay for the oil, pay for a shop fee, whatever that is, and then the assumed tax. I should have been told $45.98 to start with so I could go elsewhere. They got me to go there once but that was the first and last time. I didn t argue but I won t go back and neither should you. They might get the message if there are no return customers.

Decent car wash, vacuums are free, watch the oil changer things get done awfully quick, double check that receipt to what they said they checked/ filled/ recommend

The workers were efficient and did a great job! Checked everything from oil change to fluid levels, checked tires and air in tires, were professional, and very pleasant to work with. I will return! Plus gave me a ticket for a free car wash and to use a new vacuum systems outside anytime I want from my car. Plus they have bonuses if you come back several times for oil changes I think it's the 8th one is free. Great service and great workers!

Awesome service with all smiles! These guys are doing a great job all boxes checked. Fast, Friendly, happy to help, knowledgeable, didn t try to talk me into unnecessary services and most of all they really seem to have customers best interest and satisfaction in mind.We came in for an oil change and received a free car wash coupon!!! Both services were outstanding!!

Went through the car wash and it did a bad job and cleaning it. Didn't even dry the car off at all. Water spots left from that. Hopefully it will get fixed soon so 2 stars until then.

My husband has been going here for oil changes for a while and really liked the place. Today he went to get an oil change, hours are posted open until 5 pm. He showed up a bit after Noon, and the car wash attendants said the employees closed up and left. There was another person there hoping for an oil change as well.Not sure how long you will stay in business if your hours aren't consistent with what is posted. Today you lost business for at least two people who went elsewhere.

Rude employee. Yelled at me to put my car in neutral, had to roll down my window to show that I had on neutral. Had to remove spots from all windows except windshieldSpots and streaks all down the rear endDirt and spots all over front bumper and lightsNot happy with at all about your so called spotless cleaningService: Car waxing

I took my truck in to have the oil changed. During the inspection, I was told I had a running light out and if I wanted it changed. I said yes and he went to work. I left and and as soon as I got out I saw my headlight hanging by the wires. I went back to have him fix it but he was unable to because he pulled the light out breaking the clips instead of releasing it. He responded with I don t know man, it was like that when you came in . Was not noted in the paperwork that the light was broken prior to service nor was I told about it. He set the light in place and let me be on my way. Highly disappointed in this business and will advocate to stay away during conversation. Not recommend.

I'd normally say "you get what you pay for" because the price was reasonable. However, I wouldn't even give it that much credit. It's so bad that I am certainly going to have to visit another carwash ASAP because it looks so unfinished. 0 stars, would not recommend ever.

I only give it a 4 instead of a 5 because there was still some dirt on the back of my car. The roof extends out some and that was missed. Other than than, it was great! I will be buying a monthly package!

Car was still dirty after the so called spotless car wash. Went back a second time and it was better went back a third time and my car looks like a leopard it had so many spots.

We drive almost 30 minutes just to come here these guys rock! They are honest and efficient and pretty goofy not gonna lie, there prices are fair and they dont try to pressure you into buying any extras, if you do..cool..if you dont...cool. They also have a military discount which is great and generally have little treats for the kids which is pretty sweet. We will be lifelong customers of these guys for sure

I will no longer go anywhere else. Everytime I go into spotless the guys there are so curious and nice. They go out there way to give you the best experience and I love that they will pull my car in and out for me (for it makes me nervous). I recommend them to everyone.

First off I have a white car. The previous Night I drove in from a 5 hour trip, so my car (white) was dirty and had bugs on the front of the car and windshield. I drove in, order my wash, paid for it. The attendant then sprayed my car, hardly and did not even scrub the front of my car. He took the brush, went over the front lightly and across the windshield and sent me through. I checked the front of the car and it was no better than before I washed it. Very disappointed in this business.

Friendly staff. But it doesn't rinse soap off we'll enough and dryer on left side not working well enough so while left side was water spots. Tried to call but Voice Mail full. Won't go back
