Lost a wheel on my boat trailer, Larry picked it up and towed it 55 miles for a great price. I was extremely impressed with how gently he got the boat and trailer on his truck without dragging it at all. I would recommend Spencer's to anyone!

Highly recommend Spencer's. My husband was having some brake issues, called Spencer's to have it towed and looked at and it was all fixed in a matter of a few hours! They are fast, efficient and don't gouge you! I am 100% happy and satisfied. Great bunch of people and their sense of humor is awesome!!! We will be using Spencer's from here on out!!!!!

Great customer service. Quick. Polite. Very helpful. Knows the area well and has compassion for their customers, they understand this car trouble wasn't in your plan for the day. Get the correct Spencer's. It's a bit confusing if you aren't familiar with their name

Very friendly. Quick to help. Great service.I have been there a couple of times now and have an appointment to be there in a couple of weeks for new tires. I plan on using them in the future and will recommend them to others.

Came out immediately on a Saturday and helped us remove a buried piece of equipment. Extremely friendly and totally fair price. If you need this type of service I would highly recommend this company. Thank you for helping our family in an emergency!!!

They arrived quickly on the site of my car accident and loaded up fast. The only thing that keeps me from giving the 5th star is that I was not given any sense of where they were located, the cost of towing, etc. the driver was efficient but not really friendly which would be nice when you have just totaled your vehicle.

Needed my car towed this morning to Bloughs Auto in Freeport. Had an electrical issue and car wouldn't start. When the wrecker came he was able to start it. Ended up not needing a tow and they didn't even charge me for the service call. Awesome service. Thank you

Got stuck on a seasonal road about 2/8 of a mile from where the dirt road started back up.. They found us within 30 minutes and despite the all the muddy obstacles in our way got us out within about 30 minutes.. Affordable prices and awesome service!! Thanks again!!

Called about tires and they were very pleasant and assisted me quickly.Only had one used tire but at a great price and I needed two, ended up finding two elsewhere but the service I got was top notch.

I was driving home with some snow and got stuck on the side of the road with 4 kids in my car.. as I was waiting for news about a tow truck, one of Spencer s Towing trucks drove by and stopped to help us out of the ditch!!! Larry was incredibly nice and professional, and would definitely recommend this towing service to anyone who is in need!!

When you need a vehicle towed in the Hastings area call Spencer's Towing. The staff here is amazing. I have used them many times weather I needed a tow or I locked my keys in my truck. They also do repairs.

Called for a friend and quoted me 80 $ when she called a few hours later they quoted her 100$ for a tow, and denied anyone called them earlier, dishonest
