Didn't have everything I needed but 2 out of 3 things isn't bad and to be fair the bolt I was looking for was a weird size considering the thread pitch.

I've been doing business with O'Reilly's in Caledonia and Hastings. Both places have givenme good service. I'll be trading with them in the future.

Drove to jordan lake(lake odessa) and lost a front wheel bearing on my truck Cayden brought the parts out to me as I have a pro account it was very appreciated up for you guys great service Samuel braddock

If you want something they need to look up and you know the equipment you have but they have to look it up, they do not know how to look it up. At least the lady I went to didn't.

30 dollars into gas n 3 trips, will be 4 when they open, and still don't have the right parts for my car.

When I walk into this store I can see floors are not clean there is dirt and debris on floors, dust on most of merchandise counters most likely have not been sanitized and only one worker in afternoons sanitizers his hands. Very unclean no one is wearing mask to protect customers During this pandemic Otherwise when there is someone out at counter to help you . The associates are very helpful and try to get you what you need that day in stock if not they will order it for you and will usually be there by next day for you.

The employees of O'Reillys always go above and beyond their call, especially compared to the Red store. To ALL Autozone employees, do not fear stepping out from behind the counter or allowing the customer to view what's on the screen. It is called customer service for a reason. To Autozone corporate, scan your employees a lot better and put them through some training.

Went in because my windshield wiper broke, and I had just purchased it a month or so ago. The gentlemen informed me it was Bosch and had a 1 year warranty, replaced it free of charge and printed my receipt so I would have it if O had future problems. Then he came out and put it on my car for me in 14� weather blowing 20 mph winds and snowing. So I'm forever grateful to him and feel horrible I didn't catch his name. Will definitely remember his face.

Great service and friendly staff. Everyone here that I ve dealt with seem to know what they are talking about and have been very helpful in troubleshooting vehicle problems and finding solutions. Done with other auto parts stores, these people are my go to guys when I need a part or have a vehicle related issue.

Had brake drums turned and a step was left in one of the drums with gouging in the face from the machine hitting it. Lack of experience with a lathe in my opinion. Took them elsewhere to get fixed.

I called about a part. Inner tie rod boot because the new 1 l bought didn't come with 1. The employee looked like it up in the computer. Computer said it is with their tierod. We drive there to get it. Computer is wrong.

Not sure what the point in having a shop account with an account # when you give them the #, and they act like it gets applied. Only to get back to the shop only to find that not only did it not get applied to your account, but you pay full retail.

Really poor quality parts.Yes they have a warranty but that doesn't make up for the labor to replace parts.
