Highly recommended!!!Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable. Walked us through all our options (which weren't many). The tow truck arrived timely, and was loaded easily.The mechanical work was done timely, longest part was getting part in from out of state. Communication was great.Thank you for the new transmission. Truck runs like new now .

Got stuck in some loose sand during road construction. Rear axles deep in sand, driver showed up right on time, extremley prompt,professional and knowledgeable. I went through 3 straps trying to get it out. Hooked it up to rear wheels and got her out first try! Will recommend for any service in the area!

Whenever my wife runs out of gas (gas gauge wasn t working), one of their several tow trucks shows up in a very timely manner and very professional.The auto repair shop is very knowledgeable and professional. Repairs are always done in a timely manner and fairly priced, no surprise chargesHIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!

I got stuck in the mud and Brandon was able to help me. He was very kind and professional. It definitely turned a stressful night into a more peaceful one. I would recommend these guys for sure.

Great place to call if needing a tow. Had to have my Tahoe towed back in the middle of the night to my house. Called them and had to have State Farm Roadside Assistance pay them for a tow. Brandon the driver showed up way earlier than the eta issued by State Farm. Was a great guy to talk to and knew his job well. Was hooked up and on my way home which he gave me a ride also back in less than 10-15 minutes. Overall 10 out of 10 service. Would recommend 100% precent of the time when needing a tow. Thanks guys alot.

Just want to give a shout out to Legacy Automotive and Towing/Priority Collision and their towing driver Dustin Moore for providing on time, accurate, professional, friendly service for me today when I had to have my vehicle towed from my apartment to Centerpoint Auto. He is very funny, polite and knowledgeable. He taught me something new today about my vehicle. I highly recommend him and Legacy! Thank you for providing me with a wonderful experience today

Unfortunately, I don't remember the drivers name. We were stuck in sand out in the middle of nowhere. We gave them coordinates. Driver showed up and used every chain and strap he had. He was sweating through his shirt. Driver had an excellent attitude. They showed up promptly and they were all very professional. Matt Spencer: DONT LET THAT DRIVER GET AWAY!!!!! What a great guy!!!!!

I've got all four of my tires for my vehicle from Priority Collision and I have got to front end alignment for my fiance and her sister they did a wonderful job and Joe their head mechanic is awesome and knows what he's doing I recommend you to take your car there keep the good work up guys I'm giving you a thumbs up

Our car blew the transmission on the side of the high way. Our driver Orin, arrived 1/2 hr earlier than insurance estimated. He also has the car hooked up and loaded by the time my son and I clicked our seat belts on in the tow truck.He was extremely professional and provided a safe comfortable ride. When we arrived at the drop off location (my house) He even offered to lower it back into the garage so I could work on it the following day.The service was beyond excellent and I hope to always get a driver like Orin he needs a raise!!Service: Car towing

Wheel bearing fail on my boat trailer at launch. Waited several hours for another tow company, no show. They came from hastings to Coopersville. loaded boat and trailer in a few minutes. Got it to my house and unloaded right were I asked him too. Great service. Definitely the right person and equipment for the job. Thanks.

No to be trusted with your vehicle. I slipped Mark's mind. Then he couldn't get the part when he told me it would be there which left my vehicle stuck at his shop over the weekend. So no car for 3 days. I had only called Matt because I thought I was calling Spencer's Towing from Railroad St. All I needed was a door handle and a tow because my door wouldn't open in the cold . I broke it accidentally. The tow wasn't a mile. My door still doesn't open with my key. $380. I called them back and wanted them to back up their work. That's was a bloody nightmare. So, I called the correct Spencer's. They took it across town. $65. They are very accommodating and polite. Quick. Great customer service.

Progressive estimate didn t include door damage. Matt asked and got it sorted out with me. Then took my truck back in. I d rather work with him than progressive!Great shop!

I had an experience with having this company selected by my USAA roadside assistance company. The service was excellent . The young men Dylan Burger and Keegan Spencer were very professional, very kind, they worked well together and helped me get in the rig I drive after I missed placed my key. Keegan wouldn't even except a tip. Whomever raised these young men both families should be proud these are good workers and even more so nice people. Matt, Alex, and the rest of the guys at Priority Collision are wonderful, caring, and knowledgeable mechanics. Lots of other shops in the area quoted me much higher than Priority did. They go above and beyond to provide a quality service that is often lost in today's busy world. I would trust anyone there with my car, no matter the situation. The woman at the front desk was also very helpful! I will bring all of my cars there for all automotive needs.

Andrew Davis is my hero!!! The dispatcher answered the phone right away on a Saturday. Within minutes the driver, Mr. Davis, called me to confirm my location. He arrived on time, and was the most personable and professional!! He took great care of my vehicle while wenching me out of my predicament. I absolutely recommend them for all your towing needs. Reliable, professional, and affordable. A+++

My company truck and trailer was stolen by an ex employee while I was on vacation. The truck was trashed, doors sanded down, and tools missing from crack head who stole it. Matt Spencer auto. Was called to do the towing and impound on my truck once located. When I arrived Matt looked at me and said, I m really sorry about your luck and personally helped me get my truck from the yard and gave me a break on the bill to help. Great guy. Guys like Matt and myself who have worked hard our whole life to build a business understand the respect deserved goes a long way with me. Keegan Spencer towed my vehicle at 2am from Grand Rapids to Muskegon. He was kind, caring, professional, and saved my bacon after a long day on the job and a longer night dealing with car trouble. Your employee Orin came to my house to help me get my car out of a snowbank and the dude was really helpful &went over and beyond to help me along with having a really good attitude about his job.Overall the whole experience was really good. Also, I'm somewhat forgetful and I meant to write this review a few days ago when it happened,but I got distracted and busy with life. But none the less Orin did a really good job and I appreciate his help. 5 's

Service arrived promptly. The driver, Orin, was courteous and professional. The cab of the tow truck was clean. Even though I was having a bad day I had a great experience with this company and would use them again. Highly recommend using them!

My insurance sent these guys for my flat tire. I have a spare, but getting to it is difficult (suburban). My truck was in the most difficult place, wet dirt. The guy they sent out, Orin, was absolutely AMAZING. He was professional, nice, funny and rolled with every problem my truck threw at him. He got down in the dirt and did everything to get my tire changed and make sure it was good for me to drive. I 100% recommended these guys for anything you need. Thank you guys so much!

I am so happy I was directed toward Priority Collision! I am from Florida and my check engine light went on. Of course I became a little frantic being so far from home with car trouble! I went to Priority Collision and they were so wonderful and helpful! They found the problem and within a few hours my car was back on the road and I was ready to continue my travels! Everyone at Priority Collision couldn't be more helpful! They drove me back to my hotel and even offered to pick me up to get my car but since I like to walk and it was a beautiful Michigan summer day I chose to walk. Again, thank you Priority Collision I will always be grateful for your kindness and wonderful service!!
