We were looking for a Toyota Highlander and saw this one on Facebook marketplace. The mileage was what we wanted so we drove over an hour to test drive. Ben was very helpful and friendly. We found a few issues with the suv and they fixed them in less than 24 hours. Jessie did our paperwork with ease and now I have a new Toy in my driveway. Very helpful staff, I d recommend them to anyone looking for a nice ride!

I can't say enough great things about this team! They brought a vehicle to us, the price was below market value we compared another vehicle that was exactly like the one we purchased, there was a light that came on after we purchased it however this company stood behind it's product! They made it right in a world where customer service is an after thought this company has been great! We will be purchasing more vehicles from them in the future! The team was friendly and professional. They made a large purchase easy and convenient for our big family. Thank you guys!

I have bought several cars from used dealerships and this was by far the best experience I have had. The staff was very kind and reasonable. I got a great deal and love the car. After I brought it home I realized a small issue and I called them and they told me to bring it back and that they would fix it immediately. I am a very satisfied customer.

We recently bought our minivan from BMG Hastings upon the recommendation from a coworker. I was really not looking forward to buying a used car, but they were easy to work with and I am very happy with the process. We drove down from Grand Rapids and I think it was worth it. They were fair with the pricing, straightforward, and flexible. I would recommend them if you are in the market for a used car.

Alright so typically I hate car dealerships they are the most greasiest businesses around. When it comes to new cars everyone should know once you leave that lot your vehicle isn t as valuable as you bought it . Used car dealerships are just as bad with the wrong kind of people running the show. HOWEVER, the guys and gals over at BMG are phenomenal!!! They price the cars out at a fair market value rate. They make sure you have good tires and proper fluids in the vehicle before you buy it. THE 30 day 3,000 mile warranty on any used car is AMAZING . They also made sure to fix any minor issues I had before purchasing the car. I got a used 2017 Toyota Yaris IA with them and I m a satisfied customer!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND getting your used car through this trust led dealership

My husband bought a vehicle from Broadmoor recently and has been having multiple issues with it. An appointment was made it fix some of the issues. More issues presented themselves before the appointment and when we called to inform them that we had these issues, they ignored us or wrote him off. Worried about not having a reliable car or further issues we took it to autozone for their scanner. It unfortunately showed us more issues than we had known about. He was treated so rudely on the phone and this entire experience has shown us and our friends and family what type of business this is. I m very disappointed in how this situation was handled. We love supporting local but if this is how they operate and treat their customers I would recommend looking elsewhere first.

Over a year ago i purchased a vehicle. Used, with a less than desirable history. I was greeted. I was allowed test drives with ease. I was allowed to take the chosen vehicle to my preferred mechanic for an inspection. It appeared to be in good shape. So i purchased.The vehicle had a carfax report which was shared in detail with me. It was driven with low mileage (52k) with a less than desirable history. Which led to BMG dropping the price considerably, when comparing same vehicle at other dealers. About $6,000 less to be more clear. So again i took that risk and purchased.One year later. No issues. Regular oil changes, one basic maintenance trip(alignment), and wiper fluid. That s all it has required so far. I have definitely tested its durability. I ve had the vehicle as far north as boyne falls. And as far south as indiana. Highways, dirt roads, and everything in between. Through the snow and ice. AC and heat still blasting. No major issues. No sign of negligence or hiding shoddy maintenance on it. Drives like new still.They were honestly great. Allowed me to bring in my own loan terms from my bank. Did not pressure me with extras. Filed my paperwork quickly. Very laid back. The vehicle was clean and detailed when purchased. Staff was honest and helpful. And the vehicle was a great purchase so far. i was very skeptical, but now i m glad i went to BMG.

Our experience with Broadmoor was great through the whole process. I was impressed with Broadmoor's honesty and fairness - unlike other dealers we visited. Things like providing Carfax, 30 day warranties, and having in house mechanics means they stand behind the cars they're selling, and we appreciated that!

Love the people that work at all the locations, Middleville, Hastings, and Wayland, and BK motors as well. Great place to buy a used car. I can't say enough great things about them, but God has blessed us with this family of car sales/service. They will take good care of you .

As a young female, I have had a great experience with this business. I was able to find a very nice car within my price range and the staff was very helpful. The car did have a small issue after I got it home but when I called they were more than happy to help me and I was able to take it back and have it repaired the day after I purchased it. Very easy process, highly recommend!

I recently had the opportunity to work with Crew to purchase a car for my daughter. He was great to work with. We had a small issue with the car after leaving the lot, he was happy to take care of it for us even if that meant going to a different location as we drove well over an hour. This dealership actually stands behind their vehicles. We will definitely refer Crew and Broadmoor Motors to friends and family. It s rare to find a dealership such as this one.

I just bought a used for from these guys, Jessie was the agent I dealt with and over all I was very pleased with my experience. Jessie was prompt with answering or finding answers to my questions and did her best to make sure I had all the resources I needed to make and informed purchase. From phone calls to in person meetings, she was friendly and approachable throughout all our interactions. I would recommend to friends and family to purchase from this business.

I had a great experience with everyone at Broadmoor Motors Hastings! Didn't feel pushed or pressured into anything and everyone I worked with was kind and patient with me. In particular I had Mike, Jessi, and Crew help me greatly through the test driving, paperwork, and final signing of getting my car! I'd highly recommend them.

I went there to possibly see about getting a vehicle. Started the process in the morning and drove my car off the lot later that day! Most amazing service. I never felt pressured and the staff there are so welcoming and friendly! Will go there again to get another vehicle in the future.

Jessi was fantastic. I had driven over a hundred miles to get here and she definitely made it with the drive. Purchased a very nice 02 grand prix gt from here. Got 15 minutes away and the battery died and car wouldn't drive. The guys drove all the way to us to try to jump it. That didn't work they drove back to get the batter charger which didn't work. They ended up driving back again and bought us a brand new battery and got us back on the road. They go out of their way to make sure the customer is satisfied. Great group of men working there. I even recommend my family looking for cars to go check them out. Outstanding in the used car dealer industry. Legit.

Amazing experience at the Hastings location! My husband and I have been shopping around for a newer/bigger vehicle for what seems like forever. My husband found what we were looking for here! We came to check it out the same evening, and the next evening we were in the SUV that we d been searching for! Dean was accommodating, knowledgeable, super friendly, and wasn t pushy at all! The fact that we were treated like humans instead of just numbers spoke volumes in comparison to other dealerships we d been to. We would absolutely purchase here again in the future. Awesome team!
