Jeremiah has helped me so much with my project car. Even going above and beyond to help me with something I wasn t even in for! He s helped me order all my parts and even helped me get my hood latch fixed! He is honestly one of the best mom service person I ve ever ran in to. I will be going to him for every little thing I need for my car and highly recommend Jeremiah to anyone who needs help with honesty

Over the Thanksgiving holiday, Jeremiah was a big help, it s clear with his service and the reviews here I m not the only one he s ever helped but it proves it s not a fluke and he s willing to go the extra mile to help as much as he can as often as he can, for as many people as he can! He embodies the idea of great customer service.

Jeremiah was great! Very friendly and informative; even used his personal vehicle to jump start my car and also recommended a couple mechanic shops to me.Reading this AutoZone s reviews I see that Jeremiah already has several good ones it s a pleasure to add to the list.

I go to AutoZone for everything I need car wise I don't really like O'Reilly's because of past issues with staff but I highly recommend AutoZone when it comes to looking for specific parts they're normally cheaper than O'Reilly's a majority of the time.I buy all my parts and my seat covers with AutoZone They have decent selections when it comes to products especially cleaning products if you're like me and you really like cleaning bikes or your detailer.

My battery died in my car while I was in downtown Hastings, so I got a family member to give me a jump and I headed straight to Autozone. Jeremiah was a huge help! He helped me find the best battery for my car and he installed it for me in the parking lot. He also cleaned the terminals and gave me some extra maintenance advice. He was extremely helpful and his customer service was fantastic! Great customer service is harder to come by lately, so I greatly appreciated Jeremiah's!

I stopped in about 20 minutes before closing to get some brake parts for the rear of a vehicle that I was working on. Yes, they were aware that I was working on the rear of the vehicle, most of the parts they sold me were correct, however, the pads were clearly for the front of the same vehicle. This mistake by their employee prevented me from repairing the vehicle in the timeframe I had planned. Drove back the next day, they did not seem the least bit apologetic or understand the gravity of giving someone the wrong parts. In fact, one of the guys behind the counter even said life goes on . As many of the other reviews have stated, customer service is not top-notch here.

Always helpful, detailed, and patient for a person who knows nothing about cars. With my Chevy and dodges and Chrysler they knew everything, they were a little less knowledgeable about my German made car (audi) though, but they had a computer to help look stuff up.

Jason and Tyson helped us with a replacement battery for my son's car today. They were very patient and beyond helpful. The battery was difficult to remove and they spent a lot of time making it right. We appreciate all they did. Christmas bonuses for them??

Me and my mom drove here because her check engine light was on. When we got to the store she went in to ask if someone could check what code popped up Jason threw the OBD2 reader at her and said here do it yourself. When she said she couldn't she didn't know how. His response was "It is very easy. I'm sure you are smart enough to figure it out." Ryan offered his help after Jason walked away and we figured out what needed to be done. Not the best experience we have had there and I'm sure it won't be the last or the worst.

We went to AutoZone to get a new battery. Lucas G. assisted us throughout the entire process and was MORE than helpful and extremely professional. Lucas researched our battery type, made a recommendation based on our car s requirements, and was quick in retrieving the battery. Lucas went above and beyond our expectations by assisting us with the removal of the old battery and installation of the new battery. My husband has a pacemaker/defibrillator and cannot handle large batteries, which makes our simple battery swap that much more difficult. Lucas took the time to install the battery and ensure that our car started properly without issue. THANK YOU, LUCAS!!!

All was going good, I'm disabled, and an employee was helping me check my lights, I bought one, untill I guess a manager came out & told him he was spending to much time helping me. Might want to Retrain your management!

They are fast, courteous, knowledgeable, and have what I need. I love it when I can get it and out of a store quickly, and be helped. It can really beat spending too much time researching on Amazon before making the right purchase.

Today I had some amazing service from this store, after being treated like crap by the people at O'Reilly. Their team member Jessica offered me the use of her stroller after I had lugged my 9 month old to O'Reilly and then to Auto Zone after my car broke down! Not only were they super helpful, but to do something so kind to a total stranger. That was WAY above and beyond! good job, guys keep up the good work!

Autozone you mean the jokezone can t even grab the right part to sell to customers I got to go put my new one in and found out it was wrong so had to drive 20 minutes back to get the right one and ask if they are going to give some kind of credit since it was their fault and gas isn t free and get told no we can just give you your money back and you go to a different parts store and of course Jason the store manager has a cocky attitude as always only way I will ever go back is to replace parts under warranty they will no longer get me buying parts from them

This is the only auto parts store that I use in Hastings. Occasionally, one of the employees will be having a bad day, and that makes things a little less than expected. But overall, this is a tidy store that has all the options you need, or they will order it in, usually available the next day.No complaints here at this location.

Man I went to Autozone today, looking to replace my car battery. The gentleman told me they could not replace my battery themselves due how my battery was positioned in my vehicle. I eventually went to O Reilly s up the road and they went replaced my car battery for me in 10 minutes..... All I have to say is really Autozone? You could not replace a car battery and the competition up the road could? That is sad.... but I can t blame the organization as a whole, maybe I was just talking to the wrong team member.I appreciate the response, from my experience these things don t change within companies. I honestly don t see myself coming back to any Autozone.

I thought a young man who quickly assisted me worked at autozone but it turned out he was only a customer...WOW!!!...what great customer service I got from him...he gets a 5+ star from me!!!
