Carwash did a really nice job. Also oil change employees were very polite an did a pretty good job. However they are a bit pricey for a oil change and didn't do the full service. Didn't check tire air pressure, and didn't fill up windshield wipers fluid. But still a decent place overall.

I realize this is a cold weather event however there ia no excuse for not getting all the snow off the roof of my car and wheel wells i asked thevmanager about it and he only said that's they can do given the weather. I was allowed to run it through again for free but had too set through the line again. When you pay top price you should get top service or perhaps close until it warms up enough to do the job properly. N

The WORST experience ever getting an oil change. i went there one time before so i didnt think i would experience what i seen and dealt with. Went 1/2/24 to get an oil change. 1st the guy tried telling me that the oil that they were putting in my car was the wrong oil... well hate to tell you buddy but you guys were the one who put it in my car.. then he asks if i want to change my air filter. My old one looked nasty so i decided to get a new one. didnt think anything else but left. the next two days my car started to drive funny and wasnt shifting correctly. i took it to auto zone because my check engine light had came on. come to find out the idiot who put my air filter on didnt put it back on correctly and almost ruined my transmission in my car because it was not getting any air. they had it so messed up in there that the filter itself was so stuffed in it wasnt allowing air to get into where it needs to go. ill never in my life go back there again. like i said in the beginning the worst and rudest experience i have ever dealt with.

So, one time through, the ice on the top of our van didn't melt off and instead was blue from the foam. We asked about it and they said that's what it was they could do. So once they noticed us scraping it off next to the new customer line, they came out and was like,"ya, you can run it back through on the works, free of charge". They apologized for not working out the first time and for brushing us off when we mentioned it. Everything was perfect after that. As soon as we pulled on to the road a bird pooped on our windshield right smack dab in the middle as though to mock our beautiful van. Lol

Tanner at the Haslett location was the one who directly assisted me. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I was completely impressed with his professionalism. Customer service provided was second to none. I'll be going back for sure.

Had an issue with my oil change done at a different Fast Eddies and brought it here to get it fixed. This location s team got my car in right away, fixed the issue, and gave my car a thorough check over before letting me leave!

I used to love this place and would pay what I consider a little bit above the average price for a car wash. As of late I feel that they are quality of service has deteriorated markedly.

Wish I could give 0 stars! They have charged me $65 over the past 2 months! I did not sign up for any recurring services nor have I been to any locations since October! Corporate office is of no assistance so I'm spreading the word online to beware!

This place is kinda off-putting. Not sure why they list the whole checklist of things included with oil change and then proceed to only do half of the things listed? Why advertise that at all?? They didn t even know how to reset my oil life lightService: Oil changeService: Oil change

i had a great experience today at Fast Eddies in Haslett. thanks to my attendant Tanner. he was friendly and helpful. he provided all the information i requested and performed my complete oil change in a professional manner. he even gave me a free car wash voucher and installed a new air filter i had purchased myself. thank you Tanner and Fast Eddies. Almost everybody there was nice and competent. But the one incompetent guy didn't really dry his side of the car very well and didn't apply tire shine (+$3) to about 20% of the surface. So I had to go back around and they sent someone who knew what they were doing to get and apply the tire shine properly.

Quick and painless. They dried the vehicle. But, in her, tunnel washes cause swirl marks over time.

The guys in the front of the wash always take care and do the best they can but the guys at the end of the wash seem to have a completely different idea of customer service. They yell at you if you don t pull out immediately, long before your car even passes the fans they want you to drive forward. I pay for those fans and I want them to blow my car off before pulling the rest of the way out. Not only do I have the monthly plan but I tip very well every time. Plenty of other car wash options in the area to put my vehicle through that I am sure would appreciate the business. I hope they get things squared away..

Best car wash in the Lansing area! I've taken two cars here several times and each time they are nice and clean afterwards. At least one of the people always wave to me and give a smile as I exit which is nice. I get their monthly membership in the winter and go once a week or so, then just go on occasion the rest of the year.

This is only rating the car wash. Used to go here all the time and service used to be great. Stopped going because my vehicle is never clean at the end of the wash. The staff here don't care to work and vehicle prep is below standards. There is only 2 employees that work hard and strive for good customer service (don't know their names unfortunately). I once waited for an extended period of time as no one would wave me into the wash (I was the only person in line for the wash). Instead, the staff ignored me until someone in the office came out and assisted me.

Much cheaper elsewhere, but they did a good job. Definitely find a coupon to help with the higher cost.

Just moved to Perry, took my stock chevy 2500 long bed in for a car wash. It fit fine, no damage, and actually got washed pretty well. Will be coming back for now on. Props to the workers!

Called and spoke to at 6:21pm and asked if they could price match a Valvoline coupon for oil change. The gentleman I spoke with said they would and I told him I would be there in about 20 minutes. He said that s fine and asked what year, make, model my car was. I get there at 6:43 and a gentleman comes out and says the closes at 6:00. I showed my call log showing I called them at 6:21 and the discussion. He just shrugged his shoulders and said he don t know but they closed. Poor service. Wasted 20 minute drive (40 minute round trip). Google hours say they are open til 8pm. Really irritated by the waste of time this all was and to have the individual just shrug his shoulders and be like oh well. Not using Fast Eddy s again. Will just continue to use Valvoline now.

Went for an oil change and they talked me into also changing the differential fluid. Started having trouble a couple months later. Mechanic at another garage asked if I had the differential serviced lately. I confirmed that I had. He said, "Well the plug is missing, all the fluid has drained and you are looking at probably $5000 in damage." Contacted the Fast Eddie's customer service and they said they wouldn't pay a dime for the damage.Service: Oil change

I bought a brand new car lesser than a half year ago. Had membership for 2 weeks and never wanted wraps because it s a new car. The 5th time I used the membership they ignored me on turning the wraps off. Scratched my rocker panel pretty bad when I mentioned it to the manager all mike had to say was I ll try and buff it out when it s clearly unbuffable. They refused to pay towards damages even though it was there fault for not turning off the wraps and on top of that they refused to refund me for my 6 month membership I used for only 2 weeks IF THAT. They are a dang joke and if you think about getting a membership here..CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED. DONT EVEN WASH YOUR CAR THERE ONCE UNLESS YOU LIKE SCRATCHES BECAUSE ALL IT TOOK WAS ONE TIMEService: Auto detailing

They are so kind! I bought windshield wipers for my car a while ago that were in my trunk. It came up in conversation while I was getting an oil change and they offered to put them on for me!!!! Thank you!!!! You guys are DEFINITELY doing customer service right!!!

I've only had my car washed here, so I can't speak to their other services, but the car wash is great. The staff know what they're doing, and they're quick and efficient. The car wash itself does a fine job of washing my car, and always seems well maintained. I especially like the hand drying at the end. I'm happy to give them give stars. (And just by the way, take a moment to tip the guys at the end. Nobody's going to get rich at a car wash, and tips are important to these guys. It's only a buck or two to you, but it makes a real difference to them. I've been there, and I remember.)

They will take your money for a subscription on site but they won t let you cancel your subscription at the same site. They recommend to cancel credit card because it s easier to end their contract that way. Making it difficult to cancel monthly subscription should be considered a predatory practice.

Love the free vacuum. Car wash I good price and they seem to care if the wash was not good enough. In fact as I was pulling out of the wash the car wash employee said to take it back thru again. This show integrity and the willingness to make sure that the job I payed for was right. The fact that the employee did it speaks volumes to the quality of work they hold themselves too. Keep up the good work and quality of service. I recommend this place for a wash and vacuum. Never got an oil change, so can't recommend.

While pulling into the carwash the young men were sucking around and not paying attention as I was going the way he directed and smacked the railing damaging my rim. Also was recently in for an oil change and they also checked my tire pressure, they filled all my Honda civic tired with nearly 70lbs of pressure. 2 had to be replaced because they bubbled. Talked to management about it and basically got laughed at. Horrible management, terrible workers. Would not return if it was the only car wash in Michigan.
