I came in for an estimate for scuffed quarter panel on a lease turn-in. It turns out that the leasing company isn't charging very much to accept the car as-is, so I didn't end up getting it repaired. The estimate process was fair and painless, They suggested options from a simple polish and brush-touch to a more comprehensive repair, without any hard upsells. I can't comment on the work quality since I didn't have any work done, but the business side is honest and reputable.

I had an unfortunate incident with my 2017 Chevy Suburban involving a deer, which resulted in significant damage. I was extremely pleased with some welding and paint work that I needed to have don at A&D Collision. The quality of work was excellent and the color matching was perfect. The pleasant and professional way that Eric and his team handled my request is very much appreciated. I just have to say that from the moment that I walked in until my truck had been to the body shop and the service department, it was basically first class all the way .Having worked in retail myself, my company knew that we could never compete on prices with everything type of thing. But the one thing that we could do was give superior customer service and that would bring customers back to us over and over again.And that is exactly what I received from Ryan and Justin and forgive me if I forgot some of the other names because I just had surgery and was a little out of it but they were so polite and friendly and genuine.The work was completed promptly and the prices were very reasonable and I appreciate it all that they did.They followed up with phone calls or texts so that I would be in the loop all the way and in my opinion went out of the way to help me get new tires because they knew I needed them and with my right shoulder being completely replaced I needed a reliable and dependable truck to get me around safely.So all I can say is that they want me over and my neighbor goes to them for their RV and my roommate is now going there for servicing so word of mouth is the best form of advertisement.So once again I rarely give out five stars and unless something drastically changes they will continue to get a five star. So if you've had bad experiences at a dealership or other service stations, give them a try. You won't be sorry.Thank you, A&D Collision. You are a top-rated company and it shows.

Repair shop like many that claim to not have the staff to meet the needs. Most of us need our vehicles and most of us don't have the luxury of a rental, or loaner car. While their new building is pretty, they felt really slow, having my car in for almost 3 weeks, waiting on a part? My van has been dropped off for well over a week, and hasn't been diagnosed. It is very concerning that everything seems to take a very long time to be looked at. They did however give me a loaner car for a couple of days, so that was nice even if it had all of the vehicle lights and warning on, and told to ignore them. That didn't make me feel safe at all. I say give them a try and know there are other good mechanic's out there, but they seem to be hard to find.

I had a situation where a light post won against my car during the holidays and they were so quick to get me in. Everyone else was booked for months and they were super accommodating about everyone. Because of my insurance I had to bring it in twice for an initial review and then for the full repair and they were able to get me a loaner both times. On top of that, they were able to really accommodate around my schedule. Once I got it back, it looked brand new. I have a really unique green color for my car so I was a little worried about them matching it but you can t tell one bit. Highly recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

A & D Collision was a pleasure to do business with, and I would recommend them to anyone.The bumper of my MINI Cooper fell off when I hit a snow bank. I called before coming in, and the service advisor I spoke to, Chris, was super nice. When I arrived (only 30 minutes before closing time), he greeted me and was amazingly helpful. He laid out my options clearly and explained when I didn t understand. The entire service- from when I pulled into the lot until I left- took less than a half hour. 10/10 would recommend!

My daughter and her friend were driving to college when the low tire pressure light came on. The wonderful people at A&D helped my daughter immediately so they could get back on the road. I am getting body work done here on my Chevy Silverado. The staff is very friendly and treat you like family. They were aware I work on the road and did what they could to provide me with a shop car/loaner. I m currently over the moon! I m able to keep working and get the whole scraped up/dinged up side of my truck fixed!

I just had my second experience with A&D collision and they are two for two! The first one was a very tricky fiberglass job for a 40-year-old vehicle, and they took the time to make sure when I got it back it was perfect. The second one, I stopped in unannounced to have a bumper reset, and they got it back together, checked all the sensors, and I was out the door in 15 minutes. I would strongly recommend!

A & D goes above and beyond in taking care of even the small things. My wife's rear view mirror came off. I tried to take care of it myself but, ended up having her take it into A & D and they got it taken care of! I has trouble with the lock on my door and Eric the owner stopped on his way home to take a look. He took care of it in 30 minutes and did it for much less than I expected, what amazing service! I highly recommend A&D, thanks Eric!!

Needed a new CV axle and was told it would cost between $200 and $500. I looked up how to fix it myself with my friend's dad was able to buy a CV axle from O'Reilly's Auto Parts and we installed it for less than $100. It also took only 45 minutes

I cant thank these people soo much for all the work they did for me. I had great experience. Kind honest... etc... Had.multiple Transmission leaks from seal etc. And a radiator that decided to bust they walked me threw everything told me what needed done highly reccoment these people i treated me like i was family..

I came in this morning to get some scrapes on my dads vehicle buffed out and was amazed at the service I received. I was not charged and I was given several recommendations on what to do with the car going forward. 5/5 would recommend if you need anything looked at.
