After taking my truck in due to it running rough I was informed, in the most delicate way possible, it required a new engine. Although the evaluation/news cost me over $300, it was an older model, so I decided to trade it in.Adam informed me if I found something, they would be happy to check it out for free. Luckily, I found a newer, similar model, took it in and they gave me a complete readout of things that may need to be done according to manufacturers suggestion, but only found that the cabin air filter should be replaced. (Also provided a picture of it). Otherwise it checked out well. Adam also, however, pointed out some details about Ecodiesels that I may have needed to consider. I appreciated the additional information, mulled it over, and purchased the truck. I will definitely have A&D do the manufacturers suggestions when it is time, or if any concerns arise. They are thorough and professional.

$2,400 I WAS ROBBED!!!! Car was stalling while driving. I still don't know what was wrong with it and what they did to fix it. I felt like I was treated as a "female senior citizen" and taken advantage of. No customer service as they knew I was upset and didn't offer a clear explanation of what they were doing! There was "smoke" coming out of my ears and they did nothing to assuage my frustration!! They had my car for EIGHT days!!! Go elsewhere where you will be treated with respect!!!EDIT: With receiving a dented, old and dirty loaner there was no inspection of it before or after the usage of the vehicle. I did NOT damage it! I would have told you if I have created any! To add this to your comments without telling me of such damage is typical of a cheap shot and an unprofessional treatment from your facility!

The best place I've ever been to. Top notch service, great quality, and the nicest people you'll ever meet. My husband and I go here for EVERYTHING car related, whether it's been oil changes or collision repair. We've never had a bad experience.

Friendly & professional, my alternator died on a Saturday & they got me back on the road with a loaner until my car was ready on Tuesday. Found a couple other issues during inspection & included it all in an emailed report with pictures. Final invoice was very detailed with what exactly was done during servicing. As a woman I ve felt taken advantage of by other shops before, but definitely not here at A&D. They ve definitely got my trust and future business!!

Excellent service. They explain what needs work and what can wait a while. They touch base with you to make sure you're happy. I trust them and they are really the nicest guys. They're now my mechanics and service guys!

Had to replace the fuel injectors on my wife s Pacifica, did it myself and had problems. Brought it in here and they figured it out and fixed it quick. Best part is that they take pictures of everything and you can see your car taken apart before agreeing to any fixes. Can t be dishonest when you literally show what you re doing.

They care. A rare commodity that can t be taught or bought.They live their slogan and go the extra mile for you. Josh (mechanical ) and Ian (body) are amazing humans. They are the reason we take all of our personal and business vehicles for mechanical and collision needs.They have also worked on several classic cars for me. The brakes on my wife's van seized up the day before she planned to go out of town for the Thanksgiving holiday. I had it towed to A&D that evening and they had the problem diagnosed by 8:00 am the following day. They were able to do the repair right away and the van was ready to picked up by noon. We're very pleased with the result.

Thanks guys for helping me keep my 2000 Saturn in wonderful condition. You really are the BEST!Once again, my experience with this company was great! My daughter s Subaru needed some work and it was well taken care of at A&D. Thanks to all of you.It was my first visit to their new shop. It is very impressive. More important their repair staff are wonderful! I had a check up and repair needed on my 2000 Saturn. Thanks to the A&D staff this old car has remained in extremely good condition.Previous review:My GMC was quickly repaired, the suspension problem is in now good workingorder .. I went in to have my starter replaced, and figured I would have the oil changed and a couple of things diagnosed. The front office was great and was able to get my car looked at quickly. The starter repair was perfect. Unfortunately, the diagnoses were very expensive, and I was charged for two 30 minute road tests (each 60 or 70 bucks) when both issues were really quick checks. What was more disappointing was that they never properly replaced my air filter after the oil change, which I didn t discover for a while. A special shout-out to Ian, Gary, and Eric! These guys are focused on taking care of their customers, period. I got into a pretty bad deer wreck. Where other body shops tried to schedule my car to come in weeks away, they towed in my car the day I called them. They worked with my insurance and were clear and transparent in all their communication. My car ended up getting totaled, but A&D knew how to make a terrible situation just a bit more bearable. Thank you A&D!

The service, experience, professionalism, knowledge, and amazing environment keep me coming back time and time again. Do I wish I had less issues with my older car? Yup. But no matter what, these guys keep me on the road and keep my business running. I perform home inspections so my vehicle is key to the business. Between their quick turnaround and loaner cars they ve kept me going. I feel completely safe driving an hour plus for my inspections knowing I have these guys to support my vehicle. Heck, I drive 45 min out of my way and past other shops to even get there. Worth every bit of it. Thank you Eric, Roy, and the rest of the crew for all you do!

A&D Auto Repair is THE ABSOLUTE BEST repair shop I have ever dealt with. From the moment I called I knew I was in good hands. Within an hour they had my daughters Mini loaded up and hauled in. A short while later, expecting the worst(it is a Mini Cooper and can be known to be expensive) I was shocked at how inexpensive the repairs were going to be. After giving the 'go ahead' I was called a few hours later to come pick it up. That was fast. I cannot stress enough how pleased I am with this shop. They will have all my business going forward. I am so happy I found them.

I can't say enough good things about A&D Repair! With our 4th child due any day and our 2017 Chevrolet Suburban LT's battery giving up, we were in quite a predicament. Lack of professionalism all across.My experience was very unpleasant.First, I made an appointment a week before and dropped off my car early in the morning, but they did not get to diagnose it on that day and wanted to keep it for the next day, providing me with an old, dusty loaner car with dull brakes and without a backup camera.I decided to take it elsewhere upon learning of their plan and unreasonably high price (they said it could be more expensive than the dealer repair as they use superior materials).They charged me almost $180 for a diagnosis they hadn't mentioned at drop-off.In addition, my car was ready with the AC in heating mode, although the outside temperature was above 90 F. Why???I will highly advise you NOT to use this place for auto repair.

Had an amazing and easy experience with A&D Auto repair this weekend! Took the car in the same day, they got the car checked out and repaired within an hour or two and had me back behind the wheel problem free before no time! Scheduled a service appointment online. Was contacted next business day with appointment for same day. Routine maintenance on motor home. Was given great treatment by Josh and service man who walked me to correct door. Fair price in todays world and being a RV. Would not hesitate to advise friends to use them for RV service. Paid over phone and keys were left where I asked them to leave. Another happy camper. The people at this shop clearly put a lot of care into their work. I used A&D for an insurance claim knowing nothing about them. I called around to 12 shops and not a single one would look at my vehicle. 8 of them flat out refused and 4 of those shops never called me back. Not A&D! They simply said "Bring it in! We love a good challenge!". Their facility is top notch. If you have spent any time in a repair shop you know they are typically very dirty. Not A&D! The lobby area is very clean and well organized and the guys at the front counters are friendly and professional. While my vehicle ended up being totaled and they didn't do any repair work, I know exactly where I am going for future repair needs.Service: Vehicle Inspection
