My mom and I made an appointment to get 2 new tires put on and have the old two tires rotated. An hour later we received a call that the front brakes were grinding and to replace the breaks that the overall total would be $475. When we received the call that the car was finished we were asked about an alignment, and declined. Upon picking up the car and paying we were told that the total was now $712!! We explained that we were not told about the total and the men working there laughed in our faces as we were obviously upset about a drastic price difference. Then they proceeded to condescendingly tell us that we had heard wrong and that they made everything clear over the phone. This was not the case. After getting home and looking over the receipt, we found a snide remark that we had declined an alignment and that the tires would be worn out due to our decision. Overall the experience was very frustrating and my mom and I were treated as if we were stupid. Would not recommend especially if you are a woman.

They saved us!!!! We were in town for an event and our tire was leaking air. We barely made it there right as they opened on Friday. They said it'd be 90 minutes but they got us in within 20 minutes. They were very friendly and fixed the multiple issues and DIDN'T CHARGE US A PENNY!!! We were very grateful that they were able to get us all fixed. I highly recommend them for any tire repairs and would use them for replacements if needed.

We were in town from out of state and our tire went flat. They got us right in when they opened and we were able to fix the flat and keep us going. Thank you for the speedy and great service.

In the past I have had decent experiences at this location. However on my last visit my wheel had to be fixed, no big deal they would just put my spare on and send it out for repair. First I was informed it would be a 2-3 day turnaround, 4-5 days later I called and was informed it was still out for repair. Once my wheel was finally back they said they would put my spare back under my vehicle. I was informed that I should purchase a new spare wheel/tire due to rust sooner than later but I was all set.Fast forward a week or so later I went to a different tire company to have the new spare put back on my vehicle only to learn from this company that I no longer had a tire hoist and my spare was never put back on but in the trunk. I understand that this is Michigan and steel rusts. It was the complete lack of communication and omission of crucial information that led to my complete dissatisfaction/distrust in your company and the fact that my family will no longer be bringing our vehicles to your location.

I rarely write reviews, but wanted to share that I had a very positive experience here today. I was treated with respect and they fixed my tire quickly so I could get on with my busy day. Thomas even went above and beyond by helping me get my wheelchair in and out of my car, even though he was extremely busy. Great staff and service!

I stopped there today with my 4 week old daughter in the car. Went inside where I wasn t acknowledged or greeted. I asked Thomas if somebody could possibly check the air pressure in my tires. He said, I must do it myself behind the building.. I guess the family will get tires elsewhere from now on (He was not nice about it)

I had purchased tires that had to be ordered so I set up an appointment for 2:00 p.m. & when I arrived at 1:45 I was told it would be an hour and a half to a two hour wait to have 4 tires paid for & an appointment set up I left the tire store at 4:45 absolutely ridiculous if you're going to make appointments then leave at least one bay open to make customers that have made the appointment able to get in & get out or stop making appointments and tell the customer it's first come first serve..

Wyatt and the crew here went above and beyond to be sure that my older minivan was well taken care of and that I left with a great set of tires, new valve stems and a safe vehicle!

No complaints. For us, we make an appointment and have the luxury of being able to drop off our car for the day. I get a text when it is ready and we stop by to get it. Easy peasy.

Went in for tires and a noise my car was making. John and Joe were super helpful at the counter they got me in quick and John had his tech Ted look at my car and he assured me nothing was wrong (thanks Ted). I'm so glad they are honest here because most places would have taken advantage of my situation! Thanks, guys at the Hartland location! The noise is gone and the tires are great

Have had good interactions with Belle Tire in the past. This one seems to be lacking some customer service. Walked into this Hartland Location this afternoon, was 4 minutes to even be addressed by their counter staff. I was the only one in line. They were debating on lane departure sensors for Fords.When I was addressed I was informed it would be 2-3 hours to patch a tire.If you need a tire patched or plugged, use their free air in the back (if it s working) to fill your tire and take it else where.

Got an alignment and they just took my money didnt wanna mention that my tie rod probably would fall right off the car in less than 100 miles but hey now i got new tie rods and ill be getting it aligned somewhere else

Definitely don't come here if you're a woman. I bought a used car and my stepdad took it in for an alignment and they didn't mention anything that needed fixing. I took it in myself a few weeks after for another alignment and they told me I desperately needed new tie rods and control arms and quoted me "AT LEAST" 1500 dollars for that, also for me to get everything in my suspension fixed, and that the tires I bought from a used tires place were faulty and that I should buy their tires. I drove out to a mechanic friend of mine at another belle tire and found out my suspension is 100% fine, and I only needed control arms (at least that wasn't a lie). Guess what I also found out? My tires were fine. What aggravated me the most was that my subframe is almost completely rusted out which is a HUGE SAFETY HAZARD. Even if they couldn't fix it, any DECENT mechanic would have informed me of that IMMEDIATELY. I don't know how they would even expect to fix the control arms if the frame they attach to would crumble away if they removed the current ones. The mechanics here clearly prioritize scamming people than having their customers drive safely.

Today Joe was a huge help. I needed 4 new tires before this weekend. They didn t have any more appointments and tires were not in stock. He did a few things and got me in and the tires from another place to get them on for me within just a couple hours. He helped lessen all the stress I had trying to get into other places before the weekend. Thank you, Joe!

I had a new windshield installed yesterday, after calling 3 other places for quotes I went with Belle. They were 200 to 250 cheaper then the other places and did an excellent job. I was treated professionally, showroom was clean, staff was awesome and I was done in an hour! I would recommend them for sure.

Normally very good, however today I took a tire from a car that I bought all 4 tires from which had a rim leak (and stem). I wanted them to put it on another rim that I cleaned up. The informed me it's to old and they wouldn't do it. Said I should fill it with Fix-a-flat or go to a "Ma & Pa shop"I and My family has spent thousands at the Hartland location in repairs, I always purchased my replacement tires here. I would have thought they could have tried to help. Guess I'll find a new MA & PA shop to get my work done and tires.

So the review below was accurate 3years ago, but arriving today was a different experience. The staff looked inconvenienced when I walked in the door, he had a hard time even greeting me as he sat behind his monitor. Then when I asked for timing to complete an oil change he said at least 2 hours because of my company car, but he could do it faster if I paid personally. Maybe believable if the Belle Tire in Fenton hadn t completed an oil change on the same car in less than 45min last time. I will go back there where the employees are friendly and seem interested in taking care of customers. Very disappointing experience in Hartland.*******Staff here is good and I especially prefer working with Joe Fick. He has been exception with scheduling, fair quotes and standing behind his work. I bring all 5 of my cars to this location because of him.

Dropped off car for leak repair. Walked down to Meijer to shop. Was told about an hour. Walked back, car was ready on time if not maybe a few minutes early. They hooked it up really well and did it fast. Can t complain. Normally I shop at a different big brand place, but after today I think I ll be buying my next set of tires here.

Air pump was broken and they wouldn't help pump up our tire on my Mom's truck made us drive on an almost flat tire about a 1/4 mile to the gas station to get air

Fianc� son dropped off his car for a tire repair early afternoon. Said it would be ready tomorrow if we drop it off at 8 AM. No call nothing they didn t get to a single 10 minute tire patch repair all day. So I go up there the following morning with two new used tires asking them to mount them, Maybe you could squeeze it in seeing as you pushed the earlier repair.Said it be another day or two to mount two front tires at double the charge he wanted $100 to mountain balance to escape tires. Said no thanks local tow/ garage will do it for 20 bucks each cash it s a quick one they said we ll just squeeze it in for you!No more corporate slow pokes for me Shop and support local businesses.

Good prices on tires but the salesmen are con men, they told me i needed a whole alignment cause my car was was way out of alignment and wanted to charge me 139.99 more so i took it to roys in howell to have it double checked and they said i didnt need any kind of alignment what so ever

Good work,Always try to get it done as fast as possible. There is usually a wating timeof a few hours for small repairs But everything is done in a timely manner with customers and an out all day

Told me it takes 1.5 hours to patch a tire, when I told him I could do it in 15 minutes he said why don t you do it yourself and hung up like a little girl. Talk about customer service. This is why big shops suck

I would like to give them a better review but the last few times my car was serviced they did not provide quality work. My tires were over inflated causing uneven wear. The following oil change they did not rotate the tires even though they marked it as completed on the invoice. After returning to the store to have their work fixed, I still had to wait 2 hours for the work they already said they completed. I am not sure the front desk staff has any mechanical knowledge.

Incompetent front of store staff, purchased a new set of tires during the recent special, was told that they couldn't perform the alignment due to the vehicle needing a tie rod end. No biggie, vehicle has 150k miles. Order the part, schedule the appointment for the install. Leave work an hour early to get there on time, they ordered the wrong part (remember, they told me what I needed). Mistakes happen. Reschedule for next day same time. Leave work an hour early again. Get there, no part, "didn't arrive". No call, no nothing. I'm now out 2 hours of work and still need a tie rod end and alignment. Will not spend another dime with this place. Would give less than 1 star if I could.

Seems to be a pattern, I came in for a low pressure warning. Set an appointment ended up waiting an hour to tell be I had a leak but I needs tires. While waiting, 5-6 of the staff seem to be hanging out by the front desk. I blew it off as a freak occurrence. They set up an appointment for the next day to put new tires on, called me later that they couldn t do it because they didn t have the tires (happens, no big deal). I called the next week to set an appointment, can you be here in 40 minutes? I said sure and came in. Like some other people said, the person at the front desk seemed surprised I was there. 2 hours later still no tires. Sounds like a get them in the door and we ll figure it out but I will never come here again wasted too much time. If you have time to burn, feel free to come here. I gave them two stars because at least they were polite when lying about availability.
