Jeffrey, the dude in there was really nice. And was very informational but The Little Heavyset lady was very rude, and seemed like she did not like her job at all. Very bad customer service on her part.

Too quiet in the store. No noise or music. Makes it a bit uncomfortable and awkward. Employees standing behind the counter not really doing anything. Store manager on a ladder working. Wasn't greeted at all when I entered the store. Was asked if I wanted a bag for my purchases after an akward few seconds of standing there in silence with the cashier after he completed my transaction. Then he asked if I wanted a bag. One of my items rang up incorrectly. Store manager politely refunded the difference and applied the Michigan scan law to my purchase. Store was very clean.On another note, a diffferent customer came in looking for wiper blades. Clerk behind the counter told him which ones and where they were and it was the wrong aisle. Clerk didn't bother to show him. Not like he was doing anything.

The worst Auto Zone in Michigan. Bought a battery 3 days later it was dead in a under 2 year old truck, Craig, refused to honor the warranty, forced a charge on the battery, said it would take a hour, but because he forced it because it wasn't holding one it was miraculously "fully charged" in 20 minutes, by the time I got back to a mechanic it still wasn't holding a charge and had to go to a different autozone. If you value your money, your time, and don't want to deal with condescending employee that doesn't know or care about your vehicle or the warranty you pay for, go anywhere else.

Shawn replaced my truck battery for me tonight. It was a tough replacement with how tight it was in the truck. He was very helpful and provided great customer service. It was his first week on the job too. Great hire!

The People here are very helpful and are full service. When I bought wiper blades and employee saw me changing them in the rain and immediately came out to help me get it done faster. Thank you

Whatever you do DONT EVEN THINK YOU CAN DEPEND ON ANYONE AT THIS LOCATION! RUDE is an understatementI would rather walk to work !I m very disgusted , insulted and disappointed with the service I received at this Auto Zone location. The female manager was sitting in a chair when i walked in the building. She seemed bothered and annoyed that I approached her for assistance WOW Just the beginning I then requested to return a part under warranty and was immediately given an attitude and she further accused me of trying to return a part that wasn t sold by Auto Zone. After 20 minutes of me proving my innocence I then said bet you 20 bucks if you go in the back and look at the same part you will see that I am correct. After proven correct I never received a apology or expected one at that point.What a complete Joke! The other Auto Zone employee was just sitting n the counter eating popcorn while I wasted 30 /40 minutes of my life on planet earth !Really straight out of a movie script! Felt like I was in the movie Tommy Boy !It gets better! I then said I have the receipt from last May when I purchased it to prove that I am under warranty, she said it doesn t work that way I said Really could you explain to me how it works then ! All ears ?She said well I don t have the 100 dollars cash to refund you so you are going to have to go to another Auto Zone !I then said could I speak to a manager She proudly said I am the Manager but the general manager isn t here so come back tomorrowI said I ll come back to speak to him or her !You are not a very good manager !I won t ever walk through this location ever again! I will advise and spread the word to everyone I know to never shop here again!Realistically in the heat of the moment and you depend or simply rely on common courtesy or reliability to fix or maintain your vehicle to transport your family or drive to work, dealing with rude employees that could care less about your situation is the last thing you want to deal with or rely on !Unbelievably Rude ! That can be fixed in some situations, unfortunately there are no remedies for laziness or lack of caring about their job or what consumers think or even care if they come back again !Unfortunately the most current Reviews I have read , suggest Auto Zone in general could care less about we think or if we come back !Too bad !I will be contacting Auto Zone corporate ! If I was the individual who started Auto ZoneI would like to know if people were destroying me and the company I worked hard to build!

I bought a radiator that I installed today,it was defective,I called up and the best they could do was send me to another autozone 27 miles and 40 min.away.Thanks autozone,appreciate the help for a junk radiator!

I've had great experiences with most the staff. The bad attitudes of 2 employees have kept me from going back. They're unfriendly, unwelcoming and never a bit if help. Make you feel as though you are wrecking their night by coming in.

I visit this store very frequently, MOST of the time the parts I get are right, however I would highly recommend bringing in your old parts to compare. Because they aren't 100%. (But who is, really?)

Oil bin is always full, and engine code reader is out of order. If I can t handle oil changes or code reading at your store, why would I go there?

Stopped in yesterday morning around 9:30 ,wanting some assistance of help locating my transmission dipstick.. Ask the lady at the counter if she could possibly look it up on the computer she says they are not responsible for checking fluids .. It wasn't even what I asked.. I said, I did not want my fluids checked just wanted assistance of finding the dipstick ,she was unwilling to help... So thanks autozone I Google enough to find out I don't have a Dipstick.. but you definitely have dipsticks working for you..

I went yesterday afternoon after having to get my car jumped twice early that day. Kyle was excellent and being 6 months pregnant I couldn t carry the battery. He carried it out for me, switched it out, and took the old one for me. Thank you very much for your help Kyle!!

Good group of guys I rarely encounter bad service there if you have a lick of common sense and a general knowledge of what you are doing the guys are helpful and friendly. You will get the "you're stupid look" if you just walk in and say "I need brake pads" fine by me. Give them the tools and they will help.

Brought my vehicle in for code reading and was given device to do myself. He printed diagnostics report and told me to Google it. Pretty rude customer service.

Donald was very respectful and polite. Explained everything word for word and made sure I understood everything. Did not end the phone conversation until I was completely satisfied and had no further questions. Even ordered a part that they didn't have in stock and told me it would be their the following day, and it sure was. AutoZone even called to let me know it was ready to be picked up!

This is the worst AutoZone around. Giving it 1 star is being nice. The people who work here have absolutely no idea about cars or car parts. The so called Manager is a younger man, tall with sandy blonde hair, well don't ask him for help because he doesn't know anything and he will straight up tell you he doesn't know. Asked him if he could look up my oil filter size so I could buy the correct size wrench and he wouldn't. So when I asked if I could return, if it's the wrong size, he told me not if it's out of the package. Well maybe if you could take one second to look up my oil filter I wouldn't have to buy the wrong wrench. How the hell this kid became manager without a bit of car knowledge beats me. Was in there 2 days ago to get my battery tested, and the girl who was working, didn't even know how to hook up or use the battery tester. Every time in here, it's a bad experience.. don't waste your time at this location! Go to a different one, or O'Reilly's instead. At least they know what's going on and are KNOWLEDGEABLE.

Have an issue almost every time we go here. Needed a simple brake part for a classic vehicle (not specific to the vehicle) and he couldn't help us because the part wasn t listed under the vehicle in his computer, even though we knew exactly what we needed. The most recent visit we checked online to see if a part was in stock and it was, so we went in to pick it up and the guy was very snobby and rude. We asked for the part and he kept telling us they didn't have it and that we were wrong about the website telling us it was instock. 5 minutes later he looks at his computer again and realizes it was in fact in stock.

Been using autozone on M59 since they opened. Went in today for a battery, service was fast, however, of the 3 employees working only the manager had a mask on. Not too happy with that. If you want to keep customers coming in MASK UP.

I've had friendly people serve me at McDonalds during rush hour when I pay in all change. I know there are a few wonderful people that work at this particular Auto Zone, but 90% of my experiences with the employees in this store were absolutely terrible. There's a woman here in particular that has always been just flat out rude, she seemed rather disgusted to have to look up a part for me on one occasion. Unless you plan on being talked down to I would avoid this location.

Very helpful staffUpdate, I was in desperate need of a power inverter. The very helpful staff explained all the available products, took the one I chose to the counter and had it waiting for me. Once again AutoZone saved my neck!

This place seems to have supplies that other auto parts stores can't keep in stock. The DOT 4 brake fluid I purchased here was about 1/3 the price on Amazon.

Went in needing to replace a bulb. Seeing the extensive bulb selection and without knowing the type my vehicle required I asked for help from one of the four counter persons at the registers. He told me the bulb number and then proceded to go about the conversation he was having with the other three counter persons. Spent several minutes still not knowing which exact bulb was best because the bulb number comes in many different varieties. After several minutes in the Isle and sideways looks at the counter from both me and the employees I walked back up to the register to ask if any of the four counter persons could help me with the selection since I was the only person in the store and they were standing around talking it seemed quite rude. One star for the organization of the store and another for finally helping, eventually. Will never go back to an autozone ever again. I take customer service seriously, clearly they do not.
