Nick was fantastic when I called him at 6:45 am to come rescue me. I was in tears and the car I just bought overheated on me on the highway. He was professional, explained everything and got me to the dealer. So thankful he was caring and compassionate during this as I was super stressed.

I first came here unexpectedly and it was a great experience. 5 stars . So I returned shortly after for a new tire. I never pick the cheapest option. I always go for the middle/better option as I did. I still make payment on this car so I am very protective of it. If any damages happens to the car it s very crucial to the value of the car.. so when I take my car into a shop and it comes out damaged.. it s unbelievable. It s heart wrenching. The worker ( not John he helped the first time and was amazing) broke the hub cover to my wheel. It s so tacky and a huge eye sore and of course lower the value to my car. First day of the tire it shots down to 30psi (45 is what it s supposed to be at). I fill up the tire twice times and called the shop. They said they can not help much with the tire but come in and check it out. Also they said they can NOT replace the hub cover they snapped in half because they don t have that there there is no way to get it, she said.. very interesting considering I am sure you guys out source almost every car part you install. No help on the tire. No replacement of what you broke.. I truly want to do less than 4 stars for lowing the value in my car when you re supposed to add to it.. but I ll do 4 because I did have a great experience the first time. I just did not like hearing you can t fix the hub cover YOU broke. That s extremely unprofessional and very deserving of 2-3 star rate. I would be cautious picking up your car here. Check before you leave in case they damaged your car.

These people are amazing. New Years Eve day they towed me within 45 min, when my AAA coverage wouldn't even respond! Fantastic! Then they installed a starter in a couple hours for a very fair price. I have nothing but good things to say about Arndt's.

Absolutely amazing services and staff! They provide long-distance and local towing, which saved our Christmas weekend. Within minutes they arrived at our location and offered to look over our car at their auto shop, where they immediately began inspection and provided an oil change. Every staff member was extremely helpful and honest. Highly recommend them, especially in a pinch!

I had an emergency on Christmas weekend where my car broke down and I didn't know why. I called two other companies and even drove to those places to ask for help. Those places claimed they couldn't help us. The moment I called Arndts they not only provided a tow within 5 minutes of contact but also did a short notice diagnostic and repair! My car was running brand new and they did it for an amazing price! God bless them for helping me.

I had a fantastic experience here. I recived a check engine light while travelling on 94 heading out to Chicago from Boston and took the Hartford exit. I looked at a few places but decided this was best. I made the right choice. The entire staff was friendly, skilled, and helpful. They were able to get me up and running in around an hour and a half. Zach worked effectively and efficiently. I am so thrilled with my experience and would definitely return if I lived in the area.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, General repairs

If you re ever near Hartford Mi. And have an have an issue with your vehicle these are the people to call! We had purchased an older truck in Detroit and were heading back to iowa when it just wouldn t start. We called them they towed it to their shop and helped me get it back on the road! And we made it all the way back to central iowa! I greatly appreciated their help, how nice every one was and the fact that they don t take advantage of a situation by over charging people who just need help! If I could give more than 5 stars I would, thank you all again!

Blew the rear end out of my Tahoe right on the off ramp to the Hartford exit and they were there within minutes! Friendly tow guy and his skills were impeccable! My rear tires were locked up and he loaded it and unloaded it like a pro! Kudos to him for that! 5 star service

Was on a road trip with my mother and 3 kids visiting family out of state. After an aweful ride in, we discovered our tire not only had a bent rim, but it was also cracked and could not be repaired. Thanks to the hardworking, professional, and super friendly team at Arndt's Auto, what started as an awful trip ended on a high note! Thank you again for everything!!!

We rolled up with a thump and grind and a "something is wrong and we have 5 more hours of driving to go and are currently 4 hours from home, I know it's late Friday afternoon, but please help". They quickly assessed that the thing that holds the wheel on was not spinning right, they quickly ordered a doo-hickey and within 20 minutes, their delivery guy was there with the part! They used all the whirring and cranking gadgets and in minutes the Whatchamacallit was replaced and we were ready to go! They were super cool, super helpful, super quick and super friendly. I highly recommend them! Thank you for getting us back on the road right away!

Nick, a gentleman with glasses, really made our experience calm and smooth.
