Excellent experience, with amazing service. While doing a final inspection of the work, the owner realized very minor flaws in my tint. He knew I was in a hurry, and he had another job to do after mine. I tried to tell him it would be okay, he could be fixed at a later time, but the pride in his work, and his attention to detail had him very reluctant to let my vehicle leave his shop like that. He assured me he could have it done very quickly, and he stuck to his word. More people should take the amount of pride in their work like this place. Also, the defects were caused by a factor that was unknown prior to the job being done. He could have charged me for it, and I would have gladly paid the extra. As a man of his word though, it did not exceed the quoted price.

I would highly recommend Firehouse Films. Scott's attention for detail, is amazing. I could tell the pride, he has for his business. He won't let anything leave, if its not perfect. He did a great job!

I give this place five stars because of the knowledge and customer service Scott has with car wrapping and window tints. Recently I had some window tint put in my truck and it didn't take too well because of dust that makes it difficult to have tint adhere properly. I called Scott and he said bring it back and they would redo it. Great guy great customer service I highly recommend him.
