Never had a bad experience here. The employees are always friendly and willing to assist you in any way possible. 90% of the time, they have what I need in stock. If they don't have it, they can usually get it there the next day or even later that day if it's early. Being open later is a big bonus for me along with being open all weekend. The only negative point for me would be that prices are higher than if you ordered parts online shipped to your house. But if I need the parts immediately, they are my go to.

Always great service when I go to this autozone. Had my battery replaced and the store manager Max went out of his way to help with that and even cleaned the terminals off for me.

I live in Oklahoma City so when I had car trouble in Michigan, I was very nervous. I stopped in to AutoZone to see if they could check my battery. Dee was wonderful, she checked my battery and I'm not sure it could have been more dead! She hooked me up with a brand new battery and while she was ringing me up Max hooked up the battery. And we all lived happily ever after! Lol

I just had to leave a review about this even though it s not related to us purchasing anything. We were traveling home when my daughter got sick. We didn t have anything for her to throw up in so we pulled over at this auto zone because it was right in front of us. I ran in and just asked for a couple of trash bags, which a male employee in a grey shirt gave us. I thanked them and left, thinking nothing of it. Then a minute or so later he came outside and gave us paper towels and some car detailer in case she threw up on anything. It was was a small gesture but extremely kind and meant a lot to our family. It s nice to know someone treated us and acted like we were real people. It was an act of kindness that deserved recognition and I am grateful for it. From our family, thank you.

Employees are very helpful in knowing exactly where the item I'm looking for is in the store, and using the fix finder service. I like going here instead of other places as a girl. At other auto parts stores, employees just stare at me the whole time, so I feel much safer here

This place has the worst service I ever had I call for a part they quote me the most expensive part and I ask them it's right here on your website for a fraction of the price and they are rude I recently called on a part and ask the why is it marked up 200 percent than what the website says and his response is this is what we have then I ask him why so expensive over everything I find online and he snaps and says then go buy it online totally unprofessional so I did with no problems from the same company they get parts from at under half the price they wanted this place is a joke never again

Would leave zero stars but that's not an option. Almost all the employees don't know how to do their job and are just rude to the customers. They leave customers waiting at the register to pay to wonder off and answer people that have been on hold for maybe 30 seconds. If it wasn't for emergency parts needed I would never go back.

We needed new wiper blades for my Suburban, so stopped in Hart. An employee greeted us, then looked up the blades we needed. We were out the door quickly with new blades.

Gets two stars cause the employees are great. However if you wanna pay the Hart tax of a 20% mark up on all products, then by all means shop here

If you want to stay in business my suggestion would be to hire people who want to put the customer and not be rude! Lucky I had to visit your store on a Sunday afternoon in an emergency if it wasn't for that I'd waited until Monday morning and went to my local small business

These guys can't even identify what parts are what they expect you to know everything about what your asking for because the do everything by computer they probably don't even know what a radiator is without there books or computers if there was a power outage they'd be lost

The handicap parking doesnt have ramp access when leaving step off curb and fell into parking lot against my truck staff did come to my aid but cant get around today
