I don t have enough nice things to say about this organization. While my car was not within their mechanic shop getting fixed, it was recently towed, utilizing one of their flatbed trucks, to arrive at Belle Tire.The tow truck driver (whom I forgot his name) was professional, nice, and made sure that my car was strapped down on his flatbed tight. Due to my brakes not working sufficiently, I was scared rearranging my car to align up with his flatbed. He offered to help rearranging my car, and with my consent, I allowed him. Very caring!

So nice, so professional, so helpful. I was in HS from the UP for the day when suddenly my power steering went out. They were the nearest service center I could attempt to steer my car to. Even though they clearly had a full schedule they promptly took a look squeezed me in to change the broken steering fluid line the very next morning. Highly recommend. Thank you!

We were on a day road trip visiting Petoskey and Harbor Springs. Our car had an unexpected flat tire and a kind local resident stopped to ask if we needed help and recommended Harbor Springs Car Care. It was after hours, but their helpful tow truck driver told us where to park, where to fill out an after hours report and leave the form/keys in their drop box.The next day we received incredible service and information about what was the best plan for new tires due to the excessive wear on our other tires. After everything we have new tires and confidence our vehicle is safe for our vacation and beyond! We will travel to this location again for future service! Thank you!

Our car broke down while vacationing Up North. They were able to get us taken care of and back on the road in under a week when other shops couldn't even get us in that fast. The prices are fair and estimate was just what we needed with no suprise charges. The owner even took a hit and honored a discount after a third party vendor promised us an expired offer. This small business does great work and puts customers first. A+ all the way!

I had just purchased a Volvo XC70 from Suburban Volvo, and the alternator had gone out on it. This was under the NAPA auto warranty program and Dan took care of this for me. He did a great job and now I don't have any issues with my 2015.5 XC70. He knew how to fix it quickly and correctly. I highly recommend this shop as they stand behind their work.

Best place every to take your car, they tell me everything that's wrong with my car, they're pretty quick, and they're super friendly. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars!!! I just found out the guy who worked on my car was Shawn, he was funny and super friendly. They did a great job and I paid hundreds less than taking it anywhere else!

Was up in Harbor Springs for a winter holiday weekend.. Had a major car issue. AAA sent a truck. Awesome driver, got my car to shop quickly.They had to order part. and kept me informed on progress of repair. Dan addressed all of my car issues...He went above and beyond my expectations of an auto repair facility...The best service! I highly recommend Harbor Springs Car Care

Had some car trouble while in town for a short vacation and everyone here was wonderful. They didn't get the business as I had to go through my dealership, but were nothing but kind and helpful. Also were very reasonably priced and didn't try to take advantage of the situation at all even though I was being reimbursed. Thank you so much, nothing but great things to say about this shop!!

10/09/2021 My car was having a fuel problem. We talked to the dealer in Traverse City they said they could look at it on December 8th. I then took it to a GM dealership in Petoskey and they could not work on the Nissan. I was stuck!Then I rembered that there was a gas station in Harbor Spring, it looked like the gas statrion we had in Jackson. So I called them and they picked up the car because it had stoped running. They told me they could look at it in about 3 days. They called with an estimate and had it running again in about 3 days. Thanks for helping us out. You will be the place I take all my cars from now on.Bill DeVault

When you need help, you need people like Harbor Springs Car Care. I happened to need help, and they charged to the rescue. They treated me with respect and sensitivity. I would recomond Harbor Springs Car Care to anyone how is in need of service to utilize them.Very good people, very easy to get along with. We met by adversity and they treated me like a loyal long standing customer.

Fabulously kind and professional. AAA dispatched Harbor Springs Car care tow truck to the scene of my accident. They were wonderful. They took very good care of me and my van. Thank you

Charged my 16-year-old who's had her license for two weeks and accidentally locked her dog in the car $85! How these scamming criminals can justify that kind of behavior is unconscionable. I'm disgusted by their lack of common sense and compassion. Take your business elsewhere because these people don't deserve yours.

Locked my keys in my car, and when they were trying to open my door, they accidently broke off my door handle :( They did offer to replace it and I had a new door handle a week and a day later. The car must be prone to eating keys as when they were installing the door handle they also locked my keys in the car.... At least they didn't make me pay for the door knob as they said they did have me sign a waver that I wasn't properly informed about waving any right to seek damages. So I'm glad that in the end it only cost me 10 dollars in fule and 3 hours of my time. They were really nice though.

They can work on any vehicle you bring them and they are very good at explaining things so anybody can understand what is going on with their vehicle.

Dropped a tire of early morning asked specifically for a patch, they called me five hours later saying it was done drive 20 minutes back to town only to see they plugged it which takes two seconds and I could have done that myself then explains they don t wanna mess with it what a joke!
