Tony is simply the best mechanic I have ever met. Did an emergency job for me at 930pm on a Sunday. He came EXTREMELY highly recommended by many people I asked and even unsolicited by some people I do not ask. He exceeded my high expecyations!

Ordered a dhd water pump for my lly . Fit perfect ! Trucks running 10 degrees cooler than before ! Had the pump in 3 days ! Came with stickers too ! Thanx DHD ! You guys rock !

These guy are straight quality, fast, and professional! I had a roof leak in my travel trailer that none of the big RV places wanted to touch. These guys figured out a way to seal it up and it didn t cost me an arm & leg. It s been a little over a month and some very heavy rains along the way, NO LEAKS!! I live in Redford, these guys are a 2 1/2 hour tow away from home for me and I will take any of my camper repairs to them!!

Excellent and professional service every time I've been there. Quick and honest diagnoses. Tony, Rich, Bob and entire staff are exceptional. I was even broke down in St. Hellen, Mi. once and they came and picked me and my truck up (GMC 3500 Dually Duramax went into limp mode..DEF Heater issue) and took us back to Harbor Beach. And again, repaired my truck and got me back on the road to continue my job. They also have done my DOT Inspections for years. I also had my brother take his Ford Truck there and he was very pleased with them too. Thank you..

The first time I suspected this business was shady was when my father told me they charged him 4,000+ to rebuild a voltzwagon engine which he had taken to get serviced for a check engine light that would occassionally blink on and off. When he got the car back, the check engine light came on and he sold it. Being a small town, we let it go. Last week took a jet ski in because it wouldn't start. We asked them to diagnose any problems and get it sea worthy. We did not know they disconnected battery last season when winterizing. They reconnected battery, put it in the water and called to tell us check engine light and beeping occurred, ie major problems. They didn't know what was wrong would have to bring to dealership. He explained how they tried to flush it but there was a special connector missing on the jet ski and they didn't have special equiptment. I thought it odd that they did nothing else to diagnose. Not check fuel, inspect parts nothing, just charged 103 dollars. So I grabbed the yamaha vx deluxe manual and started googling. I found out that the jetski diagnoses itself (ie beep, check engine light, then a code pops up on screen which the mechanic looks up in the yamaha's service manual). I called back, firstly because we were missing a lanyard, but also told the service manager what I discovered. I asked what code popped up and found out they had no idea what I was talking about. The manager revealed they did not know the Yamaha VX deluxe did that. I also pointed out that all the parts they said were missing were actually there. The special hook up they needed was a garden hose. I asked if they had checked the oil, engine parts, simple pre-launch stuff. He revealed they did nothing. He offered to give money back and admitted they didn't know what they were doing. Now I would have let it go at that, but the manager had the nerve to call my father (small town remember). When he came home from getting back the money he told me I was banned from the shop for insulting them. I would never use this shop again regardless, but the insult to my person compelled me to warn others USE THIS SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!! They seem friendly and act like they are taking care of you, but that is only because they lack mechanical skill. Not everyone is perfect, but at least admit you don't know and have the decency not to charge or bad mouth a person for your lack of skill. I did not demand the money back, they offered it but only because I googled the service manual for more information and pointed out the obvious. This was basic stuff. In fact, the big problem might just be a sensor, oil, or simply the computer coming back online. It also could be that the battery wasn't properly reconnected or that they damaged something playing around with stuff they completely did not understand. The manager claimed he charged for man hours. Yet, they did not take the man hours to read the manual we dropped off with the jet ski? They didn't even have to google it. This is indeed embarassing, but the worse thing a business owner should do in a situation like this is insult the person pointing it out. Unlike the people who run this shop, I know how to use google.

I've not been there as of yet but I've heard so many great things about this place that I'll definitely be visiting them regardless, I need a reputable source of lawn equipment mechanics that really know what they're doing. As I've not been able too do here in Port Hope,Michigan.

Scaplers!!! When much of MI was recently without power during the week of Christmas this company sent out their employees with a trailer filled with generators. Now you would think Hey, thats a good thing!, but in this case NO. They were selling generators to people often for 3 X the actual value.. The same generator that Family Farm and Fleet was selling for 629.00, they were trying to sell for nearly THREE GRAND! A small generator that might run your refrigerator and or a space heater they were trying to sell for over 1200.00 THEIVES!! SHAME ON THEM. Based on what they were doing and trying to do I would NOT do business with them if they were the LAST PLACE ON EARTH>
