I came in with a huge nail in my flat tire. In no time at all it was fixed, mounted, and my spare was reinstalled under my minivan for only 30 bucks. I was so glad they were able to save my tire. Everyone working here is extremely outgoing and friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Woke up to a flat and had no way of safely jacking up the vehicle to put on the spare. Gave them a call and they provided an air tank to temporarily fill the tire and get it over there. Had it patched and out within 30 minutes with extremely fair pricing

Was having an issue with my front tires feeling wobbly n loose...30 min later problem fixed! 2 studs n 10 lugs,feels great to have peace of mind driving an feeling safe with NO wobble! Thanks again Rcrew

They do a solid job here and the pricing is very reasonable. They put on my snow tires a couple weeks ago and when my tires started leaking they fixed the leak for free. Great customer service.

I called to tell the shop that the inside tire of the dual rear wheel of my RV was flat and off the rim. They advised me the best way to get it there and had me back on the road in under an hour. All 3 guys were super friendly, and worked fast. It was not a particularly easy job and it went smoothly with great attitudes and a very fair price. I will definitely be back.

The shop is owned by a decent guy pricing is about the same as anywhere up here. Easily I would recommend the shop for tires but if you need snow tires put on schedule ahead he has a LG customer base.

I showed up on a Saturday with a spare on because of a flat tire. I told the staff I wanted two all season tires for the front of my car. My car was taken care of in the next twenty minutes while I enjoyed a cookie inside. They were professional, very friendly, knowledgeable, and did NOT try to sell me anything I didn't need. I highly recommend this shop for all of your tire needs. They made a life long customer out of me! I will absolutely be back.

Repaired brake line and exhaust breach. Excellent work. Mechanic skills are obvious and not just parts replacers. Very positive experience. Friendly and professional. In at 8am and gone by 10am. Fresh coffee and homemade cookies! This is my go to shop from now on. Fair and reasonable cost. Kudos gentlemen.

Always have a great experience here. Straightforward, honest and professional guys who do the job and nothing more, don't overcharge, and don't come up with more things to charge you for. Good pricing compared to other places in both Houghton and Hancock, and speedy service. Will definitely shop here again if I need tires.

Great service, the staff is very friendly and helpful. We blew out a tire on vacation. They were able to get us the exact tire we needed the following day and even put our spare back on for us. The price was cheaper than the dealership at home.

These guys are the best! Rick is super friendly and service is quick.I went in with a flat they found the metal shard that was causing the trouble and patched it up, no charge! I ordered a few tires from them and was quoted the full cost out the door, which was reasonable. When the tires came in it was only a matter of minutes before I was all set. They even popped in my bumper that needed fixing without me even mentioning it!I don t always leave reviews but these guys really earned it.

Not only do they do excellent work(which is huge) but the owner is the nicest guy!! Competitive pricing and you re treated like family!! They have coffee, water and cookies in the shop at the ready. They were efficient and had me out of there in no time!! If you re looking for a warm atmosphere and quality work, this is the place to go!!

Rick is the perfect business man. He knows how to make you feel welcome . coffee andcookies fresh and plentiful.However ,,He hides the candywhen he sees me coming in.Prices are very fair.He personally road tests tomake sure the mechanics got it right.

Great and fast service! I went in to fix a leaking tire, a nail was removed and the tire was patched within an hour. At a great price too! Would reccomend to people in the area, especially college kids looking for simple fixes before driving home.

Rick provides good advise and a great value. He indicated the time of year I can plan for manufacturer rebates. By waiting a few weeks for new tires in the spring, I kept $60 in my pocket. We'll certainly be back the next time we need new tires.

Only place I go for tires in the area. They are reasonably priced and honest. If they can patch your tire rather than replace it, they will. They are upfront with you about whether or not you really need to replace your tires or not too. They are pricey for repairs other than tires, but that's not really their purpose, so I can't really blame them for that one. The staff is also always very friendly.

This is the best shop in the sister towns -Houghton-Hancock- Michigan. They care to make relationships with their customers, have lots of patience, and concerns over customers crisis and otherwise problem situations. I had gotten my back drum brake system parts fixed and another business in Houghton and the brakeline or hose broke about 5 days after that fix.That firm said there was loads of rust up inside those back drum areas..So I had hardly any brakes..This "Tire Shop"fixed my brake systems and made sure air was out of the lines.. after a brake repair. The mechanic said there wasn't much..if any rust in the back brake system..and..I wasn't overcharged for the appointment.

My son had a tire problem. Went here & they were GREAT!!! Found the problem & fixed it in 15-20 minutes at a good price. Very friendly too!! I recommend giving them your business! :)

I would recommend the Tire Shop to anybody looking for reasonable prices and good work done on your vehicles. They're the best tire retailer and I'm always satisfied with the work they do on my car! The customer service is great too.

Great place and great guys to deal with. I've never had an issue with their service and if there is an issue they do the best they can solve it. You might pay a couple extra bucks than other place but it's well worth it.

They are friendly enough but will not schedule appointments, they also were unwilling to sell me just 2 tires for my old truck. I bought three sets of winter tires from them last year, I won't be buying from them again. Auto Pro Glass and Tire is a fantastic shop that WILL make appointments and WILL sell you just 2 tires, they put the customer first.

Always top notch service. They go out of the way to make sure your taken care of and ALWAYS will give you fair prices. They are into retention of customers instead of ripping off the ones they get!
