Great place. This place had amazing friendly fast service. I had a tire issue on my way back from Copper harbor MI. I was able to get a great deal on 4 new tires. We were running late and from time I arrived and left all 4 tires had been changed in under 30min. I was truly impressed at the quality and friendly staff. We were able to wait in a nice quiet area while the work was done and relax. It was also pet friendly.

They broke one of the caps for my rims and didn't even tell me about it.. now I have to wait until Monday to find out if they still have it..... Not happy about it

I was broke down 6 hours from home. They got me right in and made repairs quickly at reasonable cost. Very accommodating, even gave me a ride back to the camper while repairs were being made.

Everyone went out of their way to help me very last minute. I was a student at MTU and wanted to go home for winter break but my car wouldn't start. They had the part and stayed late on a Friday to fix my car so I could go home the next day instead of waiting all weekend. They had a great price and were exceptionally kind.

Buying a set today. . .will give an update. So far I was impressed with the knowledge of the serviceman for so young.There was a young lady who seemed new. . .no more than 18. In 2 years she'll be calling tires with the best of em!

Clark, his son and all the employees, are exceptional! They are prompt and professional, the customer service is second to nine! They fixed my vehicle when even the dealership failed to do so! It always a pleasure to deal with someone whom is honest, and doesn t try to take advantage of people! More company s in America should be like this the service industry would be a better thing to deal with!Thank you Fineline tire and staff

I was up there on vacation this past week. We had a little bit of a tire emergency on our camper. Called them and they held a tire for us. Ended up recommending a different tire for our camper. They put it on in about 10 minutes and we were back on the road a lot safer. They did an excellent job and they really care about people traveling. I wanted to post this and let everyone know how great of a job they did and to thank to them for all their help!

I would give 5 stars but they put some white residue that got on my headlight. I bought it up to them when I was there and nothing was done. When they use the tools it puts that residue on the vehicle. Other than that they are okay.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They are kind and honest. The waiting room has coloring books and puzzles for kids which is a huge bonus if you are going to wait there to have Services done with your children. We have gone here for brake services and for tire installments and would not consider going anywhere else.

I had a flat tire while visiting in the area and was referred to Clark at Fine Line Tire by my brother. I received a warm and genuine welcome when I introduced myself. My tire was quickly repaired and I was on my way.Thank you for superior service!

Blew a camper tire heading out of town so we pulled into Fine Line to get the spare put on. Was informed that the tires were old (2004) and it would be safer to replace them all. About 20 minutes later we were back on the road with new tires and air pressure checked on everything. Attention to detail and safety was impressive!! Thanks again guys.

Just had my 2 new tires i had already bought from a different place for the back put on & weighted. It took them like 30 min & everything was done. Very nice employees & only cost $42 because i bought home my old tires, its cheaper if you do that.

We needed a mobile call to a campground because of a flat. They don t normally work Saturdays but we worked out having a tech come to us and repair. 4 days later we had more problems and were able to go to their shop. They were really busy but made time for the quick repair we needed. Thank you!!

I woke up to a flat tire and I had to get to work in Calumet. Fine Line took me in immediately, dropped what they were doing, and patched up my tire in 15 minutes. They were amazing and so understanding. I highly recommend Fine Line.

Out of state on our way home stopped with a bad tire, they made us a great deal on 6 tires for our RV in & out in 30 minutes very pleasant bunch of young men

If I could rate worse, I would. Owner is not professional in the slightest - advised my husband who is also a mechanic (but we came from out of town where we have no tools to fix our issue ourselves) that he was uncooperative and good luck finding someone who would work with us. Refused to just do the brake pads to get us back to our cabin 30 minutes away so we could finish the repairs. Unnecessary work, just to get more money.

I pulled in this morning, with steam coming from my hood, as I was losing my brakes. Two kids and a puppy with me and Clark was there to open the front door. No joke. They had my vehicle up in no time and they fixed the ruptured brake line. Clark emailed me a photo of the new line. They offered me coffee and even a slice of butter bread that someone had given them. We've been here many times and when you need them, they're ready. Thank you, Fine Line Tires.

I made the regionally risky decision to swap winter tires for all seasons this last week. Fine Line had me in and out of the shop in about fifteen minutes. Super professional service at half the cost and time of the last shop I patronized, and the tires haven't killed me yet.

Blew a brake line on a Friday around lunchtime and they got me in the same day!!! Excellent customer service and not to bad on the price either :)Highly recommend!!!

Great place to get your tire work done! They fix flats, switch out summer/winter tires, and have a fine selection of tires to choose from. Never any problems and always fast service, even at winter crunch times.

We only had one hour to get a set of tires. They got us in fast, showed us reasonable options, and did a professional job. They were friendly and took good care of us.

We were 500 miles from home, and got a flat, thanks to a wild snow mobile stud. Another shop said the tire wasn't repairable, but we shouldn't run on the spare, or any kind of different tire, as it would damage our AWD differential, and another tire would be a couple days out. Fine Line was next down the road, so stopped for a second opinion. After explaining what I'd been told, Clark verified what the other shop had told us... But decided to try to repair the tire, to see if it was even a possibility, and whether it may get us down the road. Clark made a repair, and asked that I stop back on my way past (I needed to go back to Copper Harbor and pack up my family and head home). I stopped in, and he checked the repair, saying it looked okay. We took off for home, stopping for the night in Munising. I got a call from Clark, about 6:30, JUST TO FOLLOW UP AND CHECK ON US! That is what I would refer to as DELIGHTING the customer. We made it all the way home on that excellent repair. Thank you, Clark!

Fineline did a front\rear break job and repaired my suspension at the beginning of winter. In May one of the rear calipers started to stick. They replaced the rear caliper, both pads, and cleaned up the rotors for free under warranty. The service here has been incredible. They treat their customers nicely and always do a great job!

I have never had someone drop everything to help me out after I went to them to get repairs. Very good shop, super hard workers and I'll definitely be back for tires or repairs! Such a friendly environment to be to add to it :) thank you

Worst shop on the planet will do anything to rip you off. Stay away. If u want to put last year's summer tires on he refused. Just trying to make profits no customer relationship just a #ick..
