A lot of fun. Next time I will look into the half day rental, but at $220 for 23 hours that wasn't bad. We were out for about 6 hours, only problem was that our thumbs got sore from the throttle. We rented helmets, the heated shields are a must, do not question that decision.Good guys to work with , I will be back next year for Winter Carnival and go sledding again.

Rented some snowmobiles for our first trip ever. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable with any questions we had about he sled itself as well as the area! Price was perfect for what we were looking for and the sleds were in great shape and well maintained. Will definitely use them again in the future!

Rent elsewhere. The convenience of being right in town is not worth it. They will charge you full price for cosmetic defects on parts. They even admit the parts are still good spares but charge you the full price. Upon arrival they almost refused to rent to me because of the lack of snow in town. They tried to put the fear in me that I'll wear through carbides on the skis and that they will charge me for that right off the bat. The place is not about the customer experience at all. Their rental prices are higher than others, and they will take you to the cleaners for any cosmetic issues upon arrival. I can't stress it enough rent elsewhere. Will never rent from them again I'd rather not rent at all and sit in the cabin the whole time. Definitely don't suggest getting the insurance either because that's just another money grab unless you really are in experienced.

Gear oil leaking. They were able to get it in and find the problem and come up with a creative fix that didn't have me spending a fortune on a 20 year old boat. Ran the boat last couple of weekends and it is running great.

I had my boat here for 2 years. They did a winterization and also hooked up my nav gear. The nav gear was half and put in. They left the old stuff. They were mad that either my kids or someone used the toilet during the winterization. They told me I had a slip this year and not to worry about calling. Calle to confirm and I quickly realized I was forgotten. They had my name down. Gavin even told me I paid. I informed him my boat was still winterized. He called back and made up a bunch of excused. The one that stuck was when Gavin stated he did not care about local business. This was my go-to place, but I would not recommend them after these practices to anyone.

Absolutely terrible. All was fine until we got back. We admitted to dropping part of the boat in the water. We were completely understanding that we needed to pay. We then asked if the boat was good or anything else needed to be done and he said we will take it from here . He told us we could go on our way and an hour later we got charged $500 (not including the piece that we lost). They charged us for cleaning fees and proceeded to send us pictures of crumbs on the floor. They knew that they wanted to scam a bunch of college kids out of money otherwise they would have warned us to clean every square inch of the boat. We called and they eventually took off a little bit of the money but this could have been avoided in the first place. Never ever use this company unless you want to be scammed.

Easy pick up and drop-off process. The guys were nice and helpful. They didn't push on the upsell once they realized that we were happy with our original booking. Sleds are nice and well maintained. Will definitely use them again!

Cannot say enough about these guys. They fixed 3 sleds in 2 hours and saved our trip. Very friendly and helpful did whatever they could to get us going. Defiantly would call Dollar Bay before I would waste your time calling any of the dealerships that don t have time to look at anything because you didn t buy from them. Thanks again Dollar Bay!!!

Service is awesome! Seems like everytime my buddies and I run into sled issues we can't address on our own, and we are only up riding for a day in the area, these guys dont hesitate to jump to get the problem fixed. I came 4.5 hrs for a day of ridding with no prior issues with my sled, we unloaded and I made it 200 ft and my clutch wouldn't disengage due to bushings. These guys saved the day and had me back out before 11am! Ran all day with no other issues.

Saturday noon 2 of my sleds go down, They take the time out of their day on a Saturday and fix both sleds and get me up and running. Owner and employees were all great. No complaining about working late on a Saturday to help someone they never met before. They just dug in and fixed them. Thank you to the Owner, Jed, and workers Baron and Ward. Unbelievable service and attitude. Thank you!!!

I have brought my snowmobiles here twice for repairs in 2021, both times they fixed them, explained what they did and provided awesome customer service. Repairs were completed fast and I was called as soon as the repairs were done.So far I am very satisfied with my experiences at DB motorsports.

DB greeted us upon their closing time openly and ready to help! The owner/mechanic guided us to understand what was going wrong with our sled and proceeded to problem solve everything with patience. His customer service was outstanding! His kids were just as patient and helpful too!!

Was up there riding with a friend and he blew out a rear shock on his sled, these guys went out of their way trying to help us out and get him back on the trail. After measuring and making several phone calls on our behalf we came to the conclusion that we weren t fixing the sled while we were in town. They were able work their rental schedule around and get my buddy a rental for the next two days of the trip. After that was set up, the issue was we were still 40+ miles away from the truck and hotel. Then gave us a ride back in their shop truck to our hotel and let us keep our sleds there over night. These guys went above and beyond and out of their way to try and help us out and were nothing but nice and professional.

I have been sledding since the 90s. I can get a belt, oil, parts etc from any dealership. What separates a good dealership from a great dealership is customer service. My son broke the side wind deflector off his windshield on his 800r. We came into DB with the windshield. DB had the replacement part. I had my torx wrench ready to go. Before I could get going on the repair the guy behind the counter ran into the back and got the tools to fix the windshield. In no time the windshield was repaired. The name of the guy behind the counter was Jed. He has great customer service. If you to DB. Ask for Jed. You will be in great hands. Thanks Jed from me and my son.

These guys go the extra mile.... very friendly and easy to work with. We rented a sled for Saturday and sunday, the temps were negative 10 degrees on sunday and our group decided they weren't going to ride. We called to ask if we could return the sled on sunday and they gave us a full refund without question. Excellent to do business with.

We rented a couple of sleds today and were treated royally. The sleds were in great shape, ran perfect and the staff was very friendly and helpful, indicating better areas and things to not miss on the trails. These people are top notch.

Saved the day, a 800 mile trip came to a emergency fix 300 miles in when my 01 zr600 broke a clutch spring and had a bearing on the drive shaft go out, they immediately brought it in at 9am had it back going a few hours later. 2 guys went at it and got it fixed right away, awesome service

On the fly, my girlfriend and I decided to rent a couple sleds. We called in advance and were met with a very professional salesperson, who informed us of the specific details and gave of accurate conditions of the trails. We were met with extremely personable employees, fair prices and detailed explanations of the equipment we rented. We couldn't be more satisfied with our experience with Dollar Bay Motosports.

Went in looking for a fuel injector connector to a sled. Staff was very helpful, we even took a trip outside to get the part off of a parted out sled in the middle of winter. Didn't even charge me for the parts. Will definitely be gong there again!

Brought my outboard in to get a broken bolt extracted. They weren't able to extract it, which was disappointing but understandable. What was less understandable was the $36 charge for drilling a hole and some repair tips. Had they eaten some of the cost I would have been more likely to return for future repair work. Unfortunately I have to assume any actual repairs would be incredibly costly.

I have had nothing but great service from DB motorsports. We bring all of our atv's and snowmobiles there.Last year I had a power drive shaft, bearing and housing blow on my bomb-proof Tundra. The only replacement part was in Alaska. Unbelievable bad luck for me. I had my sled back as good as new in three days.Good people

The folks at DB diagnosed and replaced the failed circulating pump on the diesel engine of a sailboat. Their response time was great, they fixed the problem, and they went above and beyond on their customer service.

Would highly suggest not to go here. Took my 09 summit there for over heating problems. They loooked at it and said it was probably the thermostat. I paid 200$ to get it fixed and they said they test rode it. Picked it up drove it a mile to the hotel seamed to be ok. Next morning made it 5 miles and it was hot again. Brought it to a shop near my home town in the twin city's and it is the water pump. I then called silver bay and was very respect full. I told them that it had not fixed the problem. I asked for half of my money back, knowing that I couldn't exspect all of it. And they said they didn't feel like they owe me anything, they couldn't have test rode it very long if at all. And they must not of let it run very long either. They told me on the phone they thought at the time it could have been the water pump to cover there asses. But when I was in there shop they said the water pump was working just fine. So now I throw 200$ out the window for nothing and I'm down another 1000$ for the water pump. Half money back isn't a lot but it's better then nothing. Thanks a lot silver bay. There many shops near them take the extra minute to drive and go somewhere else.

They change prices as they see fit they sold me a used brake resevoir (which leaks) and told me since it was last 1 they had that they would need full oem price for a used part. What was really bs is the resevoir is 59.99 straight from a real skidoo dealer and there price was 77.68 for used garbage. If u need parts i wud shop somewhere else as all these guys truly care about is ripping people off

Will never go to this place again, rented snowmobiles from here and they were hard to work with from the start, being slow and had no interest in us, just our money. At the end of the day brought my sled back with very minor damage and they charged me an arm and a leg, $600, for which I looked into and could have done for less than half of that. They just want the money
