I ve never had a better experience at an auto parts store until today. The employee William was extremely informative, showed me different solutions to the problem I was having, and was incredibly nice, with a great sense of humor. Most employees would just ring you up, and go to the next customer, but not William ! He truly went above and beyond.

The lady i think manager she too much rude with customer service, I have the purchase copy in the Mechanic shop in my car, i show her my bank account but I do not have the receipt with me,copy for the return warranty parts she said I have to give her original copy then she gave me the car parts, i already show the lady My bank account purchase she said I cannot give you, Without receipt ! i purchase Twice same parts,i give her my phone number she said not active there @@@ she so crazy, lost your customer only reason the manager

Went to get a simple wiperblade time was 8:45 they would not let me in. To buy a wiperblade they closed at 9 still have 15 min left was a quick buy,. Very inconsiderate, would not visit this O'Reilly in hantrmack again

This is a cool O'Reilly's the service is great at this one I won't even go in the O'Reillys on Gratiot Avenue because I end up walking out and going down the street to auto zone.

Jo working in O'Reilly in Hamtramck has the worst costumer service ever. She was yelling on me like I'm begging from her. I have a warranty in a battery and she wont let me explain my point of view and start screaming and yelling. Theses kind a people can't be in front of the house dealing with costumers. Never go back there. AUTO ZONE is next door and they have good people who doesn't have enger problems

Customer service behavior is no good, I am O'Reilly member customer almost 7 years , but others store employee behavior is very nice only Hamtramck no good always behavior bad. One old lady and one old man work here always give service bad.

The cleaners are inexperienced and also do not know the art of service. Warranty Warranty until they work it, which is what it works on, which is not acceptable, except that it is actually under disposal in the city of Hamtramck. Their money this number is fraudulent. I decided to speak to all my friends and warn them of this detective and his shop workers looking at us with contempt and deceit. He is very, very bad.

Good service. They will do minor fixes free. Usually get the parts you need. Got my wipers replaced for 20 bucks. Also took a jumper good quality and reasonable.They also give good advice on parts that need to be replaced. The staff is very curtious and experienced.

First time here. Tasha was very courteous and Daniel went above and beyond in helping me figure out why my "Check Engine Light" issue. Very impressed by the professionalism and knowledge of the team members. I'll definitely keep this place in mind in the future.

Here's a man, an hour before close, and here I am running late. My car has a dead battery preventing me turning it off. He would grab his tools, diagnose, send me packing with the battery I needed. If this was enough he would then come back out to the parking lot and replace the batteries. Thank you Dave, you really went above and beyond your company.

The women who is a manager there is not suppose to be in Customer service she has no knowledge and lie to customers to steal their money, do not spend your money in this store and calling cooperate is useless go to highland park or down the street to autozone #boycotthamtramckstore

They are alright. Really nice, just not experts to fixing cars. For example, of I'm buying a Honda steering pump, they should tell Honda takes a very special fluid and encourage me to not buy the regular stuff...

There's only two O'Reilly's I'll go to, the hub store in centerline, and the one in hamtramck. The individuals at these two store's take a lot of flack, but maintain they're patience when it comes to dealing with bone head people. I compliment them immensely for that !

Staff is always very helpful!! The customer service is awesome at the Hamtramck store!! Nina helped me today with my burned out headlight.... So thankful and grateful for her assistance.

They are very unprofessional and have poor customer service skills at the HAMTRAMCK store.. David A should not be working there if he is not a people's person and Tiffany B didn't do any better.. THUMBS DOWN my first experience will be my last.. I would much rather give AUTOZONE my money.

I called about a gas cap for my grandson's car I told me they only had one so they would put it up for me when I arrived they had it for me I paid for it and that was that I appreciate That the item was saved for me

Went to the store before 9 o clock the guy closed the door 25 minutes early. When I knocked on the door told the guy store close at 9 he started yelling at me. Never had any experience like that any other place.
