We were on our way back from a Tigers game and started loosing pressure in my tire. We are not from around the area but searched for the closest tire place and found City Tire Repair. They found a nail in my tire, plugged it and got us back on the road in about 15 minutes. They were very friendly and took care of us so we could get home safe. Thanks City Tire repair and Anwer for taking care of us!

The staff is very friendly, helpful and respectful. I thought I needed a new tire and rim, and told them that is what I needed. They looked at my tire and said they could fix it with a patch for $15. I got another flat from nails and they tried to plug it first, but it needed a patch. They will try to get you out the cheapest way first.I was frantic and appreciate their candor and excellent customer service.

I rarely write reviews, but this place deserves one! I called several places in the Detroit area because I needed a late Friday afternoon tire replacement. City Tire was open, the person who answered was cheerful and positive, I got there and the service was prompt, efficient and affordable, and everyone was very nice. I would highly recommend this shop if you need a tire repair or replacement!

Been here many times, he charged me $10 max $15 to fix flat tire. Today I left the car because it was busy he never called to let me know its ready and charged me $30 saying its because he had to do extra stuff. When I questioned him what he couldn t answer. I had cologne and airbuds in my car that are missing but they said its not them. Its too cold to argue never coming to this unprofessional place again.

Originally the people that owned the same shop, fix my car across the street and did the wrong part. Then I took it back. He took five hours to call me back said it was fixed then when I pulled off the car was still having the same issues! I complain once, and I won t be playing again. They have bad service and I will go to a professional shop!they don t know what they doing! Brakes, and tires is what they specialize at if you want bodywork go somewhere else!! would not recommend.

I recently had to get my car serviced at City Tire and I had a great experience. I was able to get my car in for an appointment quickly and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to make sure I got the best service possible.The technicians at City Tire were able to identify the problem with my car quickly and efficiently. They then explained the issue in detail to me and let me know what I needed to do to get my car back on the road. They were even able to show me how to do the repairs myself and gave me all the tools and parts I needed. I was very impressed with the service they provided.Finally, the technicians at City Tire were able to replace my tires quickly and efficiently. They offered me several different options of tires and explained the differences between them. They were able to install the new tires on my car within a few hours and I was able to get back on the road right away. Overall, I had a great experience working with City Tire and I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for car repair or tire replacement.

They have a line. GOOD customer service is to tell your Waiting customer, that you will be right with them. They do not acknowledge you. No thanks

The employees that work there are really friendly. If they miss your call they always call back. If they don t have the tire in stock they definitely do their best to repair the tire. I was in and out in under 10 mins with a repaired tire for $15

These guy don t do the right servicing, last time i went there for an emergency they charge me more money and gave me 2 uneven tired when i went back they told me they can t do nothing, now i went there yesterday for another emergency tire because i hit a pothole and got a bubble on my tired he almost sold me the wrong tire side and charge me more money, thank got I caught it before he put it on. Be careful with these guys!

Great place! Stayed open 30 minutes after close to fix my tire. I was about to trust them with my car. They put on tire before I arrived, best prices haven t had any issues since!

They sell bold tires. I just bought a used tire that is constantly leaking air. Took it back to have them check for a slow leak. They claimed no. Yet I have to put air in the tire everyday or every other day. Then they have a younger male working there who tries to get over on ppl. He charged me $70, talked to the boss he charged me $60. Then the boy tried to charge me $10 to put the tire on my truck. I've always supported them. I will no longer go back to the shop.

Amazing see is we are I town from NYC caught a flat tire and this was the k Ku one llave that we doing open. They had the right model of tire and price was great. Friendly Nd very fast. Our tire was replaced in 10 minutes. Totally recommend this place!!!

If you're not an experienced driver, Don't go here.Rip off for new drivers. When i first bought my car & had a flat... They charged me 30$ for a plug. I didn't know how things work. So i paid and leave.Not trustworthy at all

It's almost always busy. They are fast and inexpensive but they might not have what ur looking for. I've had pretty good luck with them so far. The staff can be a little frustrating if you're not assertive and let them know what you're there for.

I got my tires balanced and it still drove horribly, not to mention I waited like 1.5 hours when they werent even busy. I took it back and waited 40 minutes to have them re-balance only the back tires which made it better. I took it back to have them re-balance the front tires and they wanted to charge me again, REDICULOUS!! The second time I went back there was another customer complaining they had to come back for the same issue too. They are horrible and I will never go back and I suggest you save your time and money and go somewhere else

Got in and out within half an hour as a drop in, with a customer ahead of me. There was a nail in the tire. Very courteous, efficient, and inexpensive. Would have given them five stars, but they don't have an inside waiting area.

Took my tire off and then said I m going to eat first. My fianc� and I had to wait and we were on our way out of town when our tire blew out. This is such bad customer service! Not paying $50 for this tire change.

I definitely recommend this business. After purchasing new tires, I went there to have them installed. I got my old tires removed and my new ones installed for $10 per tire. The people there have a reputation for taking care of their customers. They have a new customer in me. Thumbs up!

I called Thomas in a pinch to get a new tire because I got a flat yesterday. He told me to come to the shop, and instead of selling me a new tire he fixed my rim and I was able to keep my original tire. In and out in twenty minutes. He also gave me a great food recommendation nearby for dinner when I asked. He is a lifesaver. Thank you!
