Even though I had to go to two separate AutoZones. It was so worth it. I got the right parts for my friend's Saturn Astra(never seen on till now). At a Fair price. Thank you guys!!!

horrible experience. Lady at the counter is NOT funny at all. Bad customer service, plus not a single one of them knows how to dress. Spent 200$ for the worst mechanical experience of my life. Never coming back.

Worst experience ever. I go this store always and I never had any bad experience. But today there was a young boy at the counter who needs proper training and should educate himself how behave with customers. He has no shame but very arrogant attitude. I just really feel bad for his parents. He just proved where he is from and what is his family background

Horrrible experience went to chang my battery and none kd the workers would come out and help me because it was to cold workers were rude and unprofessional they also do not have no car experience worker was pointing at my filter and saying its my battery

Great service the workers are very fire fly and helpful. The employee had helped me find my correct fuse for my vehicle and took a lot of his time to help me. I beleive his Tag said Murad A. Ask for him if you need help.

DON'T CALL!! I'm on the phone RIGHT NOW while writing this review. I've been on hold for 15 minutes. I'm about to hang up cause I feel very disrespected!! At least check back to see if all is well or apologize! C'mon Auto Zone!! You can do better than this.RIDICULOUS!!

I wanted to give my service today 5 stars, but usually it is 3 star service at this location. Kristian helped me today and was very kind and courteous. He went the extra step and I felt appreciated as a customer. When I called yesterday about the part I came in for, the service agent was rude and I felt like going somewhere else because of it. My son convinced me to just go to this location so I didn't have to go far. I was happy that I listened. Thanks Kristian!

Really horrible customer service. Ive been a customer since 2014 and i get all my car parts from here. The employees there just seem like they do not want to work and so sluggish.

Customer service isn't the best. I'm giving them three stars mainly because of an employee there who's name is Wendy. She goes out of her way to help with anything that you need. She is the best there and another older gentleman which I forgot his name. The rest of the staff seem disinterested in servicing you and at times can make you feel as if they are doing you a favor by doing what they are paid to do.

Not gonna lie , I loved this place & its customer service. The new lady management is not a professional business person. She likes to push people to limit with her corny jokes . Wants to be in the spot light loudest person in room. She belongs in podcast or radio station . Not In automotive store . Kinda disappointed . Let her get her shine somewhere else .

Very unprofessional Service. I don't think the staff are trained enough to handle customers. I was put on the phone hold for a longtime and they never got back to me, when I called back they refused to help me and put me on another hold. When I went to the store I waited in line for a long time because of only one person working on the counter to cash people out while the others were just wandering around.I decided to leave and take my business else where.(A commercial account).

This place is good sometimes but AWFUL at other times. Sometimes you can walk in there, get what you want and get out in 5 minute. Other times, it will take 15 minutes to 30 minutes to get one item. They are usually not busy either, it just takes them this long to give 1 customer what they need. They also never have things in stock which is another problem.

Light keeps coming on. Customer service provided a detailed list of what needed to be done (as well as what did not been to be done). Also provided an idea of what could be going won't with another component. I found them most helpful, friendly and willing to assist, even without a sale. I will return here to buy parts

I walked up to the service counter and waited to be addressed--that is asked if I was ready to pay for the item I had in my hand--and was ignored by three employees. I replaced the item on the store shelf where I found it and went across the street to their competitor and received the good manners, and intelligent behaviour, I was expecting.

Customer service is pretty bad. Dont waste your time unless you have no other choice. Ive been going to this same location for 5 years and it hasnt got any better. Good luck.

Reason for 2 stars because of 2 employees. They don't greet regardless to the race. But one manager is really good and nice. I switched back to Highland Park store.
