Called and within 24 hours they had service to my house and replaced my trucks windshield in less than an hour. Install was great and very professional. Thank you for the help. 2015 ram

We had a double pane glass, on a picture window, replaced after the seal in it broke and it became impossible to clean. And we also had an unfortunate mishap with a brand new bay window and the glass broke on that as well.Service was very good! Our estimate was done within a week of calling and our windows were replaced about a month later. If this seems long, all of this was done this summer during Covid. I've already recommended Hale Glass Doctor to a couple people because of how impressed I was.

The person on the phone was very thorough in finding out what we actually needed, we would have ended up ordering the incorrect type of glass for our project otherwise. The technician was polite and worked quickly, we are highly satisfied with our table top and flat glass services. It's hard to find someone that does good flat glass around here. We have also used them for windshield repair on stone chips and the repairs have held up over the past year. Will use again.

I've gone through this company a few times and always have had a good experience! Our cabin is located in Hale, and they have repaired windows and replaced mirrors for us there. They are great about working with our limited schedule and the work is always top notch. Most recently though we had the back window of our jeep blown out (long story!). They got us back on the road in no time! They even repaired a chip in the windshield for us while they were there. We will calling again soon to check out glass table top options! Two thumbs up!!

I've never posted a review on a company before but I truly do not suggest these gentlemen. They were very upset when we weren't there when they showed up to do the job even though we informed them we would not be there, then they were difficult and wanted to charge us almost double for the job without doing anything more. Then when we called to discuss they job they yelled over the phone and refused to do the job and hung up mid sentence. They were very rude and clearly not fit for the job. I would not recommend anyone hire them.

Not reputableI called my local (Hail, Michigan) Glass Doctor office and the service person David Burton came out and took a measurement of my window and told me he would order the glass and would be able to repair my window in a week or so. That s been over a month ago. I ve called the Hail office several times to follow up on the status and was told Dave would call me back. He has not. It s apparent that Dave can t or doesn t want to do this job but hasn t the professionalism to tell me so. Instead they just string me along.I ve had a long history of using Glass Doctor, unfortunately they are no longer the reputable company they used to be.Larry Rivett

The gentleman that came to our home to fix our window was cool. But the lack of communication with the company and the results were unbelievable I paid 255 and my window doesn't even look like it's going to hold.

They told me they would be able to repair my window. Left me waiting for nearly two weeks saying they would be out to look at it as soon as possible. Finally, they called me back and said they were too busy and were not going to be able to do the repair at all.

Only four stars because I could still see and feel where chip in windshield was. First time I had a chip repaired, maybe I was expecting too much.
