The tire air pump at Shell on Mack is a SCAM! Didn't even fill air in ONE of my tires. No price posted.... and charged me $5. Only provided one burst of air every 4 seconds. What a scam! Shell management knows about it and allows vendor to hock the machine on Shell property. I don't trust the Shell station's products and services now.

Used to have free air that worked awesome for decades. Now they have pay air pumps to set psi that are garbage. Charges way too much and doesn't inflate tires at all.

Lauren and Rhonda are fantastic workers, and very kind. Only reason I go there. The manager is usually friendly as well. He went the extra mile making sure they had more of the strawberry banana core power that I love.

Paid for a tire repair twice. The plug did not hold, so I came back to get a patch. The manager told me that where the tire damage was, the tire could not be prepared. To my surprise, he charged me 10 bucks. Not only did I get charged for a job twice in the past, but I got charged 3 times now. Unacceptable. I'll be taking this up with my credit card company. This isn't about the money, it's about the terrible customer service and thievery.

Very reliable gas stations with kind employees and shelves stocked with quick snacks and things. Very good place for an in and out grab and go stop. Right across from St. John Hospital and Better Health Natural Food store.

They do not maintain their pumps. Their pumps are consistently slow and would take hours to pump full tank of gas

I wish I could give them zero stars, but unfortunately that isn t possible. My significant other went inside to get beer and I thought while I was waiting I would fill up his tank. Little did I know, he also put money on the pump. When he came out and saw I was pumping gas he immediately went back inside for a refund. They told him they put the money on a different pump and someone had already pumped it so he was out of luck. Really?! We have to pay for their screw up?!?! I will never go back. I live in Grosse Pointe, but will go out of my way to avoid these money hungry, unethical people.

Quick in and out and always greeted by friendly staff! Not to mention, I feel safe seeing the Grosse Pointe Farms Police always in the area keeping our community safe!

Helpful courteous staff, always pleasant and polite, clean facility, I go in there a few times a week and rarely have any wait even if there is a line. All around good experience any time I go in.

They sell gas, beer, and snacks. They also offer car repair during the day, never had my car worked on here so I can't comment on that.

Excellent service station, came highly recommended by a friend. Fair prices, and turned my vehicle around in a timely manner. Very impressed!

Great old school mechanic. One of the few places you can get air in your tires for free. Again the mechanic is old school.

My favorite gas station in the winter because they still have a full service pump where you don't have to get out the car. They take the payment and pump your gas.

Brought my vehicle in for a job I thought fairly simple, after the manager left me with a 400$ estimate I got a second opinion to see he completely mislead me.Would not recommend

Their service rep, chris is very incompetent, and won't take the job if its too complicated, complicated as in, if you request something specific, that's a big no no. Get your minivan fixed here sure, but don't bring anything worth more than 20k to this place for service.

Having a restroom to use is awesome. When you gotta go, you gotta go....lol Gas of price is slightly higher but this place is always clean.

Out of the 4 gas stations on the corner this is the only one where you don't get harassed by people trying to pump your gas and sell you stuff

The staff is nice and the gas prices are always affordable. The issues is this location doesn't have a lottery machine.

Nothing fancy. Super quick and usually do not have to wait in line for long inside.
