It's usually straightforward to get a quick appointment with short lead time at this garage. They know what they are doing, even on German cars. They will tell it to you straight and do quality work. Prices are fair given the quality of work and quick turnaround. I recommend this shop for any type of car.

I cannot say enough good things about this garage. The first time they helped me, I was walking past the garage to head into the gas station to try and find fix-a-flat. Chris, the owner, must have seen the distress on my face and asked if I needed help. He had me pull up and filled all my tires for free immediately, after offering to take the wheel off and fix the actual problem. I was in a rush, had my two daughters in the car, and had been dealing with this slow leak for a minute. Normally, I just filled it with a little more air and no big deal but this day the tire wouldn t cooperate for me and Chris swooped in and saved the day. My Trailblazer was due for many repairs so I promised to be back.Well, I ve had my Trailblazer back for a couple weeks now after sending it in as promised. Chris and his team have gone above and beyond. Not only did they do an excellent and thorough job on the larger repairs, they fixed the smaller issues (such as that slow leak) at no additional cost. It s like driving a new truck! My husband and I will only use Chris and the Mack Moross Garage from now on. We highly recommend if you are looking for quality work at an amazing turnaround for time Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

Charged me $10 to blow out my sunroof drain hole. I didn t mind paying but that could ve been a freebie to gain a long term customer. Ijs

No one likes major car repairs, but Chris made it as positive as it can be. I got same day service that was clear and concise. My wife s vehicle is now repaired and ready for a 1500 mile trip with her and my three kids to my family s farm next week. I highly recommend him and his shop.

Highly recommend! Chris called with an estimate for a brake line replacement at noon. It was done by 3pm! Professional, friendly and fair at Mack Moross garage. We found our new mechanic!!

Chris was VERY RUDE while speaking to me! HE TOLD ME TO SERVICE MY CAR (*I had the part needed)THE COST WOULD BE $120.00 AN HOUR I TOOKit down the street & it COST ME 75.00

`BULLY ALERT!! I went to this garage last week to have a tire put on the rim of a small garden tire it was a horrible experience. The mechanic damaged the rim putting the tire on, initially lied and denied they did the damage, subsequently the owner/manager Chris - did acknowledge they did the damage. But then I was subjected to a verbal assault and mocked by him for expecting them to install the tire without damaging the rim .makes no sense .terrible customer service. The owner is a bully and I sure don t recommend this place to anybody.
