Honest, reliable, and best price. After wasting over an hour trying to find a tow, they beat everyone by a hundred dollars or more. I never mentioned what others wanted to charge and was even out of the normal area they service. Amazing experience.

I would like to thank the driver who came out at 4am to rescue my wife who was tired sick and frustrated. Thank you. I couldn't be there I'm thankful that you answered the phone I called every wrecker service in Stanton but they must have solar powered trucks.

I had the unfortunate experience of meeting Twisted Metal Towing last weekend. After a phone call to my insurance, Hunter called to confirm my location and also get more information about my vehicle. Hunter got to me as fast as he could and he treated my broken F150 as if it was his. I had zero damage from getting towed. We made the best out of a 2 hr dive with good conversation. To be honest, I feel they need to raise their price. The tow was about half of what I was expecting and they could use an updated truck if they are driving people around. All and all, Twisted Metal surpassed my expectations and I wish them the best in building their business. Hopefully you don't need their service, but if you do they will be your best choice.

They are so quick, affordable, and professional! As a woman I have to state as well that I felt 100% safe and comfortable with the crew that was sent which was a huge bonus, and not something I could say for all towing services I've used in the past. I would highly recommend them, and will use them again in the future if I need a tow, or pull out of a ditch this winter. 10/10 you guys rock!Service: Car lockouts

Alex is amazing in a snow storm he came and rescued me went out of his way to help me.... I would never use another tow company if twisted metal is bl to do th job.... Alex and twisted metal Iyou guys are great keep up the great work..... and marry

Alex (at Twisted Metal) has helped me out a number of times in the past 6 months with my older cars. He is professional, punctual, and always has answered his phone and been extremely patient and courteous.I would recommend Twisted Metal to anyone who hasn't tried them yet.

I was in a bad accident on a Saturday. I called him for a tow and he was there in 15 minutes. He arrived before the other tow company that was dispatched by the state trooper got there. He had it towed to a repair facility. He did an awesome job and was very professional. I highly recommend twisted metal towing for all your roadside needs!!

Called on a Saturday morning and he answered on the second right. Showed up within a 1/2hr. This guy is the real deal. I called three other tow company s in Greenville, but this is the only guy who said, I can do it. My truck was stuck in the mud off a two track leaning against a tree on a incline. My man, pulled me out without a scratch. He put lots of extra effort into helping me out and for that he has a new customer and friend. Give him a call first. I must say it s the first time that I have happily tipped a tow driver.Great service...

Thank you to the gentleman that helped my daughter with her flat tire, it was a huge pain to get the tire off and he was very accommodating, patient and easily could have just towed her car to our home, but instead, took the time to get the tire off and put the spare on for her. My husband and I are from Ohio and ran into a little hiccup while in Iona, Michigan. We was referred to these guys and I am beyond greatful! We have never had this level of service in Ohio from a towing company! The gentleman are very polite and friendly, explained everything they were doing, and made me feel very comfortable with them towing my vehicle.They went ABOVE and BEYOND!!

I want to give a special thank you to Alex, the owner of Twisted Metal Towing, LLC, in Greenville Michigan, for heroically rescuing me during the snowstorm Monday on my way to work . I was stuck between two hills in Honey Creek, in Ada and was terrified I would wreck. I still had my dang snow tires in the trunk of my Volvo and just couldn t get traction to climb up either hill. I saw a tow truck pulling over and asked the driver if he had some sand I could use to help get me up the hill. He offered to instead drive my car up the hill with me in it. This young 22 year old man patiently and calmly rocked the car back and forward while gunning the gas and got me up the hill to safety. It took about 30 minutes and felt like an eternity. I had to hug him when we went done. He didn t even try to charge me a thing. Then he went on to help other drivers like me that were also stuck. What an angel!
