Even though I did not end up purchasing a vehicle from this car lot, I can say that I had a good experience here! I was searching for trucks to purchase and found a possible candidate at Trevor Merren. I worked with Todd and he was excellent about communicating with me and answering my questions. I told him that I would feel a lot more comfortable purchasing the truck if he could put it up on a lift for so that I could more easily inspect it, and he did! I have been shopping around at a lot of dealerships and car lots throughout the state, and these guys are definitely better than most.

Watch for crooked smiles regarding the "42 point inspection". Bring the vehicle to a trusted mechanic before purchase!!!

Bought a used SUV. So far so good. I traded my manual transmission car for a suv with an auto transmission. I really like the car and have put on 300 miles. Haven't noticed any problems.I found the car on line and went to look at it. Absolutely no pressure from the sales staff. They offered me the figure I had wanted for my vehicle. A pleasant experiance. Todd was extremely helpful and on the ball.

Needed some paperwork from years back about our car warranty. Couldn t seem to find it, so I gave Todd a call. Not only did he find it. But he also went out of his way to take it to the mechanic. After telling him I live far. Great customer service deserves to be acknowledged. And Todd served me with nothing less. Thank you Todd! (P.s The car we purchased from him years ago has given us no issues whatsoever)

Do not waste your time or money on this dealership. Either location is a joke. I bought my vehicle from them back at the beginning of 2020. Right off the bat I had heating problems as well as no A/C. Took it in and they supposedly fixed it but nothing changed or was fixed. Still to this day in 2022 I have heat coming out of my passenger side when the A/C is on and cold air coming from my drivers side while the heat is on. That's just the beginning. The start of this year it started stalling on me and giving low oil pressure as well as check engine light. They asked me to bring it in so I did. They had it for almost two weeks and told me they couldn't figure out the problem nor did they do anything to my vehicle. They said they didn't even touch my heat and A/C. But as soon as I got the car back now all my car puts out is heat and it drives worse than it did before they had it. Even buying the extended warranty has done nothing for me nor have they tried to help me or make it right. They want to try and charge my warranty for something they needed to fix in the first place (as in my heat and A/C). THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!!

They are just kinda cheap, not straight up dirt bags, but I still wouldn t recommend them. My car got totaled a week before my wedding, so I needed to buy something fast. If I had had more time, I would have gone somewhere else.I never noticed the issue until a friend tried to readjust one of the headrests, only to discover that the headrest doesn t go with the car I bought. The grooves are on the inner side of the metal bar, and the plastic latch is on the outside (see picture). I now know that the only original headrest is on the drivers seat, none of the other three will stay up because of the above mentioned issue (this actually matters when you are tall).Also, when I purchased it they claimed it had never been smoked in, which it clearly had been. I figure they tell everyone that though

Good cars, great service and fair prices! We have bought 5 cars from Tony over the years and couldn t be more happy with each of them. I know I can trust him when it comes to the safety and quality of the car. When Chrysler wouldn t stand behind faulty/recalled parts that were just barely over the extended warranty miles, Tony went ABOVE and BEYOND to help us out, even when they didn t have to.

Bought a Ford Transit XLT from this lot. Great service and great deal. Easy to find. I let them handle the financing. They got me a great rate through a local credit union. I put zero down. The vehicle itself is perfect! So perfect service perfect vehicle perfect financing. What's not to like.

Always very easy to work with. No high pressure tactics here. They purchase quality vehicles to sell and as a result you can buy with confidence. Have purchased several cars from them and will continue to use them.

Been debating on posting this but about a month ago we were deciding on what vehicle to purchase. We stopped by here to look at one we had seen online. It was pretty much everything they said it was. Upon the rest drive I noticed that it has about 3/4 rank of gas, it drove decent, clean, runs good, etc. Well my wife decides that she wants to drive around for a little bit to think about purchasing the car. She decides she wants it so we go back to let the dealer know. We pulled up and he told me he was taking it to get it "cleaned up" for us. We did the paperwork, I paid in full with cash, and that was it. I told the wife I'd meet her at home. Once I got in the car I realized that the only thing they did to "clean it up" was wash the windshield with the price and they TOOK OUT ALMOST ALL OF THE GAS IN THE CAR! It showed 265 miles to empty when I drove it about an hour before, then 3 when I got in it after it was "cleaned up". Kinda left a sour taste in my mouth.

Had to buy a vehicle last minute, and they had a good deal on a Suburban. I wouldn't drive that far again to buy another car (almost 2 hours), but they were low-pressure and easy to work with. Had to do around $500 in work on the vehicle the first week I owned it, but nothing unexpected.

Best place to buy used cars. Todd from Trevor Merren auto in greenville is the guy to see. Hes been there 20 years so he knows how to treat his costumers. Ive bought 5 vehicles from there over the years and never had a problem with them and if i did they made it right.

Purchased a Silverado over a weekend from there a while ago, when I picked up on a Monday they took the Nerf bars off the truck and said they were never on it. I had pictures that proved they were. Then the salesman then said 'well 9 out of 10 people don't like them. So we took them off.' If I didn't want that particular truck I would have canceled the whole transaction, what a lying scumbag.

Dylan went out of his way to make this process as easy as possible. Very accommodating to work schedules. The financial manager, Dan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely recommend buying from here!

I recently purchased a 2013 Ford Mustang convertible, working with Tony at Randy Merren Auto. I feel like we made a fair deal, felt no pressure, and he even took care of a couple things I needed, even after the deal was done. I was happy with my experience and would not hesitate to shop here again in the future.

Test drove about a dozen cars and all had serious issues. Transmission slipping, steering bad, belts loose or the vehicle was just plain dead and we couldn't even drive it! So overpriced for junk cars.
