So glad I picked this place when I got into an accident! They did an awesome job at fixing the front end of my blazer and even fixed my exhaust pipe that was sitting too high on top of everything. Great place!

They basically ruined my brand new vehicle!Scratched the outside paint of the box up badly! Ruined my 12 lcd screen inside using dirty rags!Ruined my display gauge screen with dirty rags scratching it all up!!!A true back yard hack repair job!Beware

The people who work here are wonderful. I had gotten my first buck deer of the season! With my Jeep ! The deer ran into the side of my vehicle and unfortunately it was totaled. However Quality Collision was right there to help me out right away and they are so professional. All the other shops I had reached out to (5 different ones,,) all told me due to the season they couldn't touch my car for almost 2 more months. Quality Collision Services was able to get me right in (if they could have fixed it) they were quick and easy to deal with. I would use them again even though I live over an hour away from them they're worth the trip.

I don t normally leave reviews but I am SO PLEASED!! With this business. I hit a deer that left me with some front end damage. They kept me updated via text about the progress of my vehicle which I really appreciated! Tina at the front desk was so friendly during every interaction and not only did they fix my car in a timely manner but when I got it back when I tell you this thing is cleaner than it has been in AWHILE! Bonus, it smells amazing. Dealing with them and my insurance company was a seamless process, they even helped try to save me some money where my insurance company was trying to skimp out! Would recommend to anyone.

I took my car in after an accident and was so happy with the job they did fixing it. Had it done within a week and it looks brand new. Treated me with respect and were so friendly. If you need work done I would recommend them.

Did not get scratches repaired, but they unexpectedly gave me a bottle of touch up paint and touched it up for me for free. This is truly unexpected today! They have my business the next time I have a need!

Just picked up our Journey after only 3 days. The work they did is amazing. The car looks like new. They did some other work that had nothing to do with the damaged area and then detailed it before we picked the car up. Quality Collision went above and beyond. We just picked up our repaired SUV today. The work that was completed on the driver's side of our vehicle was just excellent. The technicians went above and beyond with blending a paint job that really looks sharp. In addition to this great repair, they took the time to clean the vehicle inside and out! This vehicle hasn't looked this good since the day we brought it home a couple of years ago. We are totally impressed!Services: Body & Trim, Paint repair

I can not say enough good things about this business. They were able to schedule my truck in for repairs, sooner then any other body shops. In my area. They were professional and made timely repairs for me. My truck was returned to me clean inside and out. And while they were repairing my trk they set me up with a very nice rental car. I have used Quality Collision twice in the last year because of car/deer accidents. In both instances, I have been impressed at how quickly and effectively Quality Collision responds to my needs. They took over the process by handling the towing of my vehicle, communication with my auto insurance company, providing photos and an estimate to my insurance company, and fixing my vehicles to perfection. I've been going to Quality Collision for over 10 years and they have always done a great job. My auto insurance company tried to send me to their own body shops - but don't let them fool you. You have a say in who performs the work on your vehicle and I always chose Quality Collision. The staff at Quality are friendly, polite and professional. I've always had excellent results with their craftsmanship and quick turnaround on work performed. Big projects and small, Quality has handled them all for me and always treated me as a valued customer.

My jeep looks great! I'm thankful they had a loaner car that was a decent daily cost, as I did not have rental car insurance. Customer service is also great! Highly recommend.

Quality Collision services is the best place to go if you are having issues with your car or have damaged it. I crashed sent it to them and they got right to work to make sure my car was in better condition then it was before I crashed. I was very impressed with all the work they did and I cannot recommend them more for anyone who is thinking about going to them with their car issues.Services: Carburetor cleaning, Air & cabin filter replacement, Body & Trim, Welding, Air conditioning

I can t say enough about this company and staff. They are professional, do high quality work and go the extra mile. I dropped off my Kia Sorento to have my windshield replaced as it had a crack in it, they replaced it and washed my car, never expected that! Great place!

They did insurance work on my 08 gmc an did horrible work.... took them forever to do it and had no communication. Replaced front end part an did no alignment. Then to top it all off they found that the frame was bad an continued to fix it an let my daughter an I drive away in it.... I brought in one of my cars that i had hit some downed power lines with to get all the scrapes and dents fixed. Had to take it back because they didn't fix all the scratches and there were actually drips of clear coat that had hardened around my wheels. So all they did to fix that was taking a razor blade and poorly cut it smooth and call it good. Then when I wanted to speak with the owner and have him look at it and see if he thought it was a "quality job" he wouldn't and said "well everyone has an opinion and my guys are capable of dealing with it." So he wouldn't even take the time to at least look at it himself. So then I was done dealing with them and decided to just cut my losses and take the car. Then when I get inside my car I look and see that my switch panel in the door for my windows is popped completely out and they never put it back so I had to put it back, and the plastic cover that covers the passenger front window beam wasn't sitting tight with it. I looked closer and the reason it wasn't was because they had brokenthe plastic clips that hold it on. Terrible company with terrible ethics. If someone is paying you several thousand dollars to do a good job to their brand new 3 week old car then you should actually hold up on your end.

QCS is overpriced. Don t expect them to waive any deductible on glass. Don t expect them to be prompt. They will not go out of their way to facilitate any authorizations with the insurance company. Told me I was lucky that they rented me the death trap that they did because it was a brand new car. God sees what you do. You may get away with it in this lifetime but you won t in the next!
