And this is why you should support local businesses! Mike is a miracle worker at detailing. Took our 2020 Ford Expedition in to get the best of the best detailing so we could sell it. No joke, he did such an amazing job that we changed our minds and are keeping it. Looks newer than when it was new. Smells like a dream inside. Smooth as butter on the outside. He took the time to walk me through all the treatments and long-term benefits on the car. I highly recommend On the Side Detailing enough for anyone who has been looking to get their vehicle detailed!It had been over 2 years since we had had our car detailed, and with two young kids- it was pretty yucky. His attention to detail was impeccable! Our car at the end looked the cleanest I have ever seen it. I appreciated all of the updates throughout the process, and explanations of the different treatments/the benefits to them.

Mike did a GREAT job on my VERY dirty car interior. It looks like new; I'm almost afraid to ride in it! He worked around my schedule to make it convenient for me. I highly recommend this business.

Took our van in for detailing after recently purchasing it from a dealer. We didn t realize how much work it actually needed, and how much the dealership puts a quick cover over the issues. On The Side did an absolutely incredible job, he fixed so many problem areas and made us feel like the car was actually new. No one wants to drive around in another families car this really made it our own. The work he did was not comparable to any other place we have been to. Mike did a fantastic job detailing the interior of my work truck. The truck was previously used as a parts runner and was fairly dirty inside. I took it to Mike and he called several times during the day to keep me updated. He evaluated the condition and gave me some options and advised me on a couple of treatments that he could do. Mike is a detailing God! Would have given him 6 stars. Great customer service and attention to the smallest of details.He took the wheels off the axle and cleaned both sides. Incredible job! He really knows what he's doing! He takes care of your car like it's his own, and doesn't give it back until it's IMMACULATE! Such high standards. Brought our Jeep Wrangler and GMC Sierra to him this past month, and to say we were impressed is an understatement. We got both vehicles back and they looked like they came off of a showroom floor! Will ONLY be going to him for our auto detailing needs from now on!

Our 2016 Super Duty has lived on a dirt/clay road for 7 years. 1st time ever to be detailed inside and out. Mike did an absolutely incredible job. Looks so shiny and new!All the chrome was polished.The interior even looks new again. Seats are stain free! When calling about services I received a quote much higher than other companies. The owner, instead of explaining why his quote was so much higher, started generally bashing other companies, as he did not have a specific company name. When asked to justify the price point that was different than the other companies, the owner refused to tell me the products used, distinct descriptions of how staff go about cleaning cars, etc., and did not define why his price point was twice the price of others that would come to my home instead of needing to be dropped off for three days. The owner hung up on me when I asked specific questions about services and was generally rude. The owner gave me the impression of a sleazy car salesman and I would recommend going elsewhere for services. The disclaimer is, when receiving quotes from other companies with a much lower rate for the same services, I called back and asked why they were charging such a larger amount, the owner became very evasive and hostile towards me, as well as hanging up. I did not say I would not use them, I simply asked, why their much more expensive services would be warranted. My backing is from another detailing company, as well as an established automotive company such as Tinny's. Please understand that this company works on smooth-talking and cannot answer specific questions. They hung up on me when I inquired about their products and services.

I've been meaning to write this review, but time got away from me!If you're looking for someone to clean your car who goes above and beyond, do not hesitate to call On The Side. I contacted Mike after I realized that water was entering my car and it stunk to high heaven, after sitting for the winter. He told me what he would probably have to do and we agreed on doing business. I felt confident with his choice of pro-grade cleaning products and obvious experience.I drove my car to Mike and he discovered two different points of entry for the water; my trunk and my radio antenna. Evidently water gushed out of my interior liner when he opened it up and my entire car was full of water and mildew, maybe mold? Anyway, he offered to take my car over to a shop he trusts to fix the leaks before starting work. I was SO HAPPY with their prices, and that Mike would take time out of his day to drop off and pick up the car!Mike did a full interior clean, he took out the seats, the liner, and all of the carpeting and foam. He extracted gallon after gallon of moisture from within the vehicle. He also did mold and mildew treatment with a full and complete interior and exterior bath. He polished the wheels, did a treatment to make my paint look whiter than it's ever been, he did it all! He even cleaned under the hood, I think it would have killed him to make my car so beautiful without that attention to detail.I almost cried when I picked my car. It looked better than when I bought it. I spent some cash, but it was all worth it and I know he did more work than he charged me for because he was at it for over three days! This was a huge project and Mike took it on with enthusiasm. I cannot recommend On The Side more and am going to take my son's car in for his birthday gift.I could have gone with someone who charged me $75 and pretended to deep clean my car, but I know I made the right choice in the end. I'm amazed how gorgeous my 2008 Ford Edge looks after Mike worked his fingers off. I had no idea she could look brand new. Wheels, polished headlights, cleaned seats and floors. Buffed out scratches. I brought Mike three filthy vehicles for detailing. My expectations were guarded at best. What he did was transformative. All three cars now look like they just rolled out of the showroom. If one is looking for a mental boost for the long winter, but not wanting to spend for a new vehicle, let Mike work his magic on a used one. My girlfriend cried when she saw mine. He made my car look brand new after my husband used it for a work car. I couldn't believe it! He got all the oil and grease stains out that I didn't think was possible! He was highly recommended by a professional business so that's why I used him. He also went out of his way to help me get my car to his place which was a huge bonus!! He did an amazing job inside and out of my car. He got spots on the outside off I thought were scratches. He got stains out I never dreamed would be gone. He keeps you updated on the progress and he explained what he was going to do. If he noticed something he let you know as well.

I had my car s interior detailed. I am thrilled with the excellent results. Every single nook and cranny is clean. The real leather seats were cleaned and conditioned. The floor and trunk mats look brand new. Superbly done.

Worth every penny! I had parts of my van cleaned I didn't even realize were dirty. Great communication and easy to work with. My van was cleaner when I'dpicked it up than it was when I bought it. I'd definitely go back and recommend anyone thinking of detailing their vehicle, either inside or out go to On The Side LLC!

Very flexible with scheduling and they ABSOLUTELY go above and beyond! Super reasonable/affordable prices. The attention to detail and care for their customers really sold me.They found out my car had black mold hidden under my carpet and in all sorts of places. They found and solved what caused it. Got all the mold out and my car looked/smelled INCREDIBLE. It s been about a week and my car still smells and looks great. Heaters blowin stronger now that my blower motor is water/mold free. Couldn t be happier. I drive 4 kids ages 5 and under all over so I m glad they did such a wonderful job. Amazing communication and work. Will definitely be going back in the future for all my detailing needs!! I work at a local gas station and have told many of our customers and truck drivers about this place. Very happy. The best interior car detail I've ever had and I've had a lot of them! I typically get an interior detail 3-4 times a year because I spend a lot of time traveling with my kids and they are rough on my car with snacks and spills everywhere. When I went to get my car from On The Side LLC I could not believe my eyes; it looked BRAND NEW! The stains on my headliner were GONE which I didn't think was possible because I had hired other detailers to do that same job and they could never get the stains out. Every crack and crevice was cleaned with great detail and my car smelled amazing! Took my car in to have the interior cleaned and I am so happy with the results! Mike was able to remove stains that I didn't even believe would come out completely. He also kept me notified of the process, bringing to my attention the mold that was growing in the spare tie compartment, something I never even thought to check out. Despite it being a few years old, I feel like I'm driving a whole new car. Definitely recommend!

I can't believe the job that On the Side LLC did. Amazing. I trashed my car for five years. It was moldy and had been rained in many times. It was so bad and so stained I had forgotten that the seats were two tone and it came back to me looking absolutely bran new. The man is a genius. I will gladly recommend this company to anyone. I was truly amazed at how clean my car was. I had forgotten that my paint job had a pearl finish until Mike brought it back from years of neglect. Mike has a true talent, he pays attention to detail and does things the right way. Hard work ethic, integrity and old school values are hard to come by in these days but Mike has them all.
