I ve had better luck here than the other parts stores. I do most of my own mechanical work and find that they have quality parts and they get them in pretty quick

Sent my daughter and her friend to pick up a part for me. My husband talked to the associate and made sure he gave her the right part and that we had the price right. After we hung up the associate charged my daughter DOUBLE what he quoted. He told my husband $72.99 charged my daughter $130. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH GREENVILLE O'REILLY'S. SHADY AS CAN BE.

I went in to have my battery and alternator tested and the machine wasn't on the cables for 30 seconds and the manager tells me it's my voltage regulator. I go to the dealership that I bought the car from and it just a weak battery. What a joke. I used to go here all the time but not anymore.

They ll tell you they will call when parts come in, then let you know after having to call them first, that tell you they will hold them. And then sell them while you re on your way, then promise discounts and not honor them because it s first come first serve. Terrible service.

Amazing costumer service!!! Patty went above and beyond helping me with what I needed and guiding me! Also Priscilla was amazing with helping too! They both even carried out my order to my car! A+++!!!

All 4 of the dudes working were screwing g off on their phones. I asked where a item was and was told "oh its probablysomewhere in isle 5". Expecting someone to show me where it was I look back only to see the person who was supposed to be helping screwing off on their phone again.After looking and not finding the item I requested help again to finally be shown where the item is.2 stars only for having the stuff I wanted in stock. Ended up purchasing elsewhere due to experence

Went in to get an olive filter for my riding mower. Was in and out with the part I needed in just a few minutes. Service was friendly as well.

Elizabeth and Wyatt were so helpful to me. We had a difficult time finding the parts I needed, and Wyatt was able to find them with no problem and was very knowledgeable (always reassuring). Elizabeth was quick to give me the service I needed and the parts, she was very efficient. Not to mention, they both were very welcoming and friendly! I had to come in the next day to exchange a part, and was greeted by Ryan. I was in and out in just munutes, and he was really helpful as well.

We ordered some parts for my car online to be picked up in store (just some stuff for a brake job). When we arrived, we were told that the parts hadn't arrived, but would be in the next morning. Not a huge deal, but a little annoying as they told us the part would be there at 7:30 but forgot to mention they open at 8.However, the parts the next day weren't the right ones for my car, which we didn't notice until we got home. When we tried to exchange it, they did the same thing (ordered the wrong sized part even though my brother pointed to the correct part on their computer screen). It took three tries to get the correct part from them. Thankfully I was able to borrow someone else's car to get to work.Each time we were met with confusion by the employees. There was even one point where an employee told us he had been the one to speak with us on the phone, but we didn't call.My family used to love this place for its great service, but this past week was really not their week.

A young lady who was not a counter attendant attempted to help me when her co-workers were busy. She handled my questions well and finally got one of her co-workers to help finish. She was extremely polite and for that reason alone I would go back---let alone the less expensive parts they sell.

So who doesn't drink beer working on cars? Came in with my friend with a torque converter.. had to use the bathroom. Their public restroom was clean they pulled up a picture of the part we brought in that we were trying to replace. They were both blue!!! Win win. Had fun, great customer service and bonus on the clean bathroom. Thanks Tayler.

Called late got the manager thought it was weird, found out later an employee quit. The last time that happened the store closed with a sign on the door, this time not the case thank you Scott for your sacrifice .Frisbie Auto appreciates you and the remaining crew

All in all it was ok, I might be hard on customer service reps, I spent EIGHTEEN (18) year's BACK IN THE DAY! I say back IN THE DAY cause it was different, people ain't being paid fair, barely surviving, why be motivated, loyal etc.But, the person who served me was knowledgeable, but I think could've been nicer, happierI will go back again 4sure

Not a fan I go there when other stores dont have what I need. Last three times no sale they didnt have chevy lug bolts for a standard rim . I snapped off a cpl and needed them that day, riding on 3 out of 5 !!! No luck the last time before that nope and the guy there told me he didnt know anything about cars!!! lol Dont waste time go to napa or auto zone just saying

I have never felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome in a store. I went to the O'Reilly's in Greenville Mi seeking out a hub assembly for a trailer and all of the staff claimed they knew nothing about hub assemblies and had no interest in helping.

Would not buy from here again. Ordered parts twice, both wrong. Then would not give me the money I paid back. Only a couple dollars but it's the idea. If it had been more I would still be there.I would give them a negative rating if I could.

My usual go to for my automotive parts needs. Last battery made in USA, lasted 8 yrs, new battery, same brand but made in Turkey, will it last 8 yrs?

I would rate 6/5.Priscilla is fantastic. Going above and beyond. Working in 90� weather right over a hot engine. This is an example of why i choose O'Reilly over competitors.

Needed a front headlight...got a young guy named Wyatt. He guesses my make (easy) and year right away, then shows me my bulb options. He then says that O'Reilleys installs these for free, so we go out in the cold (16�) and he has it replaced in 10 mins. Wow! Could not have been better! Will be back for sure
