I had an old prepay card that they would not accept. I sort of understand that since the ownership has changed but still was frustrating. The staff people were all friendly. However, the carwash did not do its job. The whole back end of my vehicle was still very dirty and the rest of the vehicle was not clean either. Sadly I didn't notice until I arrived home. I have always received a decent cleaning at this facility so it was a surprise situation.Update to this the owner made this right and I went through the wash again. It was a much better experience.

Staff was extremely friendly, my vehicle Always comes out spotless. There car mat cleaning machine is amazing. I always make a point to stop in here when I'm in the area. I would highly recommend this car wash.Services: Vacuuming, Car waxingServices: Vacuuming, Car waxing

They do a great job. Their staff is really hard working. At Christmas the dressed for the holidays. It is nice to see them having fun with such a wet job.Our go to car wash. Monthly passes are great.

Rude employees, acted like I was ruining their day by arriving. Car was still filthy and covered in bugs with the premium wash. DO NOT GO HERE, mister car wash on the other side of town is much better.

A good car wash. I prefer it over misters any day!Only downfall is the soaps stinks like gearlube kinda. It reminds me of my husband's shop he works at.

I have used this location for around 5 years now. Every use has provided very good results. They do a real good job of cleaning vehicles here and the best part is half off Wednesdays. The only thing I can get them on is they often forget to give you a token to use the vacuum. Unfortunately the vacuum service is token based only. However when I have alerted them to the missed token issue, they immediately replenished them in bulk. So the matter was resolved and I have no hard feelings about it. I would absolutely recommend this location to all in the area.

Paid $14.00 instead of the typical $10.00. The kid acted annoyed that I was there and sprayed my car ( one side only). No brush used before the wash. I came out with dried bugs still on my car and dirty spots on rear bumper. Very disappointed for the up-wash.

The employees do a great job spraying your car off but the actual car wash isn't very good. My car gets mud and water splashed on the side of it as soon as I pull out. Also need tire shine added to the wash.

Sorry, I had to change my 5 star review into this 2 star because of my frustration.This place is closed down Way too often. I have two vehicles in their monthly wash club, and I'm tired of paying for it when they are closed down frequently.Fix the problems already!

I tried to sign up for the month for 32 dollars special, but they would not accept cash, only a card, so it can be billed automatically every month. I just wanted this month. 9 bucks is half off for the deluxe on Wednesdays. Little pricey for a car wash. But I guess everything is pricey compared to the olden days, AKA, before all the inflation.

Very disappointed (again) in the business practices here. I pay monthly for the top priced auto wash and once again I did not receive this service. I did not receive any of the extra services I pay for (undercarriage wash, rust protector etc.) I'm sure it is some way for this business to save money, but certainly not a fair practice.

Got what they call the "Works" wash the last two times I've been there. My car would have probably been cleaner if I'd have just spit on it.In the past they've always done a great job. Lately, they barely touch my vehicle with the brush and spray before sending the car through. I will most likely not be returning.

It's usually my go to car wash convenience, pricing, is great staff is always friendly so I usually over look the fact you can never use the vacuums. But went today and after my wash seen the whole backing of my mirror was ripped off. Never had that issue before at any carwash so definitely be sticking with a touch less place in the future.

You can tell the owner of the wash cares about the place. It is clean in side the brushes don't look full of dirt. As some one who used to work for multiple car washes good ones and bad ones. This car wash is a great car wash. The staff do an amazing job and take the time in the prep of the car to ensure it comes out nice and clean. Also in doing so with the prep keeps the rest of the car wash clean and has a lot less likely of scratches in you paint from the wash.

Employees are always friendly and my car is usually very clean. I just wish they would wash the mirror on the right side as you exit, can't see that side of the car before you leave.

I used to use this wash all the time when I lived in town, now its less often and just when I am there for something.The quality is definitely not as good as it used to be. My husband I both took our cars through yesterday and noticed when we got home they were still dirty. My hood and liftgate still had lots of dirt on them and my husband's still had mud on the fenders.

Rob's car wash is the best I have a wash pass I love I can use it any time I like. And I really enjoy talking to Rob he is really nice and good. My car away comes out clean when I leave. Eventime time I go and wash my car I enjoy bringing car wash catalogs to him lots of new soft in it and the wash is the best he told me he was buying a new heater for the car wash he is the best owner out there. I highly recommend to anyone who lives in on m57 or coming back from the store.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

Best auto car wash in Greenville.Somehow their equipment cleans better than the other carwash on the north side of Greenville.The staff is friendly and appreciates the tips.

I remembered to ask for my free vacuum tokens. Which I feel like should just be given, or at least offered. First few times my car was pretty clean. Last time there was dirt still on my sides, bugs on my glass and front hood. I'm not sure what the difference was that made it not get so clean the last time.

I love the car wash when the right people are there. But today July 23 at 6 pm I was the only vehicle there my truck was pretty dirty the sprayed it off will I hope they did but didn't use the soap brush at all. It's like the couldn't get me done fast enough. I guess they wanted to sit back down. P.S. I monthly pay
