I ve been dealing with Fred s for the past year and would like to say they ve been great to deal with. Everything from transmission work to heavy duty truck. Always been satisfied and will continue to bring my fleet of trucks there. Great people to work with.

Only mechanic I truly trust with my vehicles, taken multiple vehicles over the years and even though I m pretty sure they didn t recognize me as local a couple times, still gave me great service and a fair price on it.Warned me of other issues with the vehicle but didn t attempt to charge me to fix them or push the repairs on me right away. Just gave me all the info and let me make my own decision.Don t take your car anywhere else Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

my usual mechanic sent me to Fred's. I had a line fixed on the clutch and had an ECM (computer replaced. Customer service was great and the mechanics are top notch.

Quality work and they have never tried to sell me on anything which makes trust them more. I've been to a few different repair places that always seem to find something extra wrong with my car and try to sell me on something, leaves me feeling like they are dishonest. Fred's are straight shooters.

I have been using Fred's Auto for close to ten years now. They were referred to me by a close friend who lives in Greenville. Their services are efficient, timely, and competitively-priced. Staff is friendly, direct, and above all, honest in all transactions. I always drive away from Fred's a happy and satisfied customer!

You will not find a nicer, more helpful, honest and reliable auto service. I am a female who knows nothing about cars except the color and make of mine. Everything I need, i rely on Fred's Auto Service to know and take care of and they always come through for me. Every time I have a problem with my 2000 Camry with 210,000 miles on it, I panic and Fred's is always there to evaluate and fix the problem -and the price is always reasonable.

I have been using them for 5ish years and i had an ongoing underhood exhaust leak pre turbo on my trk. They took a long time on it bumping it back in line as other vechicles were coming in. ( long haul truck driver and i bought a smaller trk for primary use just need my 1 ton to tow my big trl. So no big rush) i then was needing a repair done to my trk and they were willing to do it. Had to have trk towed in and now they wont do it so now i gotta get my trk towed home and try to do it myself since i cant wait for an appointment at another shop. Will not be using them again as they just cost me over $200 in tow bills for not even touching my trk plus a couple months ago my trk killed its batteries there since it sits so much and they called me asking if i had issues with my trk not starting in which nothing like they described so i drove in since i had some time at home to realise it had dead batteries again and they couldnt fiquire that outService: Auto brake repair

They did a Great job they fixed my problem but when I dropped it off there it was just for a estimate to see what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix. When I got the call from them they had already fixed the problem with out my permission and I got stuck with a $143 Bill so all I can say is they do good work but MAKE sure you tell them not to fix it without your permission

You're in good hands here! They always take good care of my family's vehicles and dont try to push unnecessary repairs (as I have encountered many times before discovering Fred's.) Highly recommend!!

Was charged 50.00 for a headlight bulb. For my subaru. They said the bumper had to be taken off. I got home called a subaru dealer who said it would cost 15.00. I will not go back to Fred's auto . I feel like they cheated me. I will pass it on

Went to Fred's because they were on the spot with my short . that was draining my battery . but this time a different mechanic. A lazy one i guess nothing fixed nothing done just excuses of why he won't do this or that . very unhappy with Fred's at this moment.

This shop is the most qualified group that I have had do work on my vehicles anyplace I have been, and I have travel and moved around a lot! They have not only met their cost estimates but they have also always met their time deadlines and they have frequently provided very good advice.
