Purchased 2020 Ford Edge there new 4 years ago with excellent service during the purchase. Have had the vehicle in twice since new for warranty work, 1 minor and 1 a bit more involved and their service department is top notch going above and beyond. We shopped a lot of Ford dealerships between Grand Haven and Ludington and thankfully decided to drive a bit further to check out Ed Koehn mainly because they had better inventory. If you are shopping and don t make the drive you will be passing up a gem.David Burnham, Muskegon Michigan

Bought a used 2013 Ford F150 from the Greenville store and well the morning after the transmission started slipping(only happens when it's cold truck was up to temp for the test drive). I was told it's because I wasn't use to a 6 speed transmission and when it persisted they said it was bought as is even though they said they did a thorough inspection. I would not recommend this dealership as they only want your money and not to even help when you spend $20000 on a vehicle. Luckily I found a place to rebuild the transmission for a decent price.

I would give zero stars if I could. I bought a used car in July now it has a brake issue. Had it in the shop for the issue they told me they couldn't reproduce it. But it sound like the master cylinder and to keep driving it till it fails. They also gave me a service paper out of Canada that said it was in the shop for a brake issue. Had issues with the brake pedal not pushing down called again they told me it was a safety issue now so bring it back in. I took it to a different dealership for a second opinion found out I was the 6th owner of the car and it was a commercial vehicle in Canada before I got it. They told me that they couldn't reproduce the breke pedal not pushing down. I still have issues with the brakes called and called Left message after message they still have yet to return my phone call. I went in on Friday I told them to buy the car back I am scared to drive it. Sales manager told me I had the car to long they can't buy it back. He said he would have the service manager call me Saturday or Monday morning. I have yet to receive a call. So I called sales manager left him a message to call still no call back. I've had enough I'm calling a lawyer and sending fox 17 problem Solvers a message.

Parker was wonderful! We are very happy with our experience buying a family vehicle from Ed Cohen and his team. Mr. Kohen was also great as well. We had our 9 month old baby with us and felt very welcomed.

8/24/23 i purchased a 2019 explorer from this dealership (on an emergency basis) to return to california. as it happens, before retiring, i was sales manager of a california chevrolet dealership for 38 years. my point in mentioning that fact is that, if this happened to me with my experience, it can just as easily happen to you.on the day i purchased the vehicle i mentioned that the transmission was making odd noises and seemed to be "jerking" going down the road (along with an a/c issue). i was told that when i brought the vehicle in for the a/c work the trans would be checked. (they finally said they had 'reset' the transmission, but ithas continued to be both jerky and noisy since the day of the purchase(when it was STILL under factory powertrain warranty.a california ford dealer has reported it needs both a torque converter and valve body and indeed needed those items the day the purchase was madesince 8/25 i have called the dealership at least 10 times (sales, finance, service, sales manager, GM, service mgr., etc.) and received only 1 call back from the service manager with noresolution in sight.THIS DEALERSHIP HAS PROVIDED ABSOLUTELY ZERO SUPPORT ADDRESSING THIS ISSUE. THEY EVEN FAILED TO ENCLOSE A COPY OF THE 'DUE BILL' AS IS LAW, AT LEAST IN CALIFORNIA

Would not recommend. My service advisor was always in meetings and there was no communication between anyone. The written estimate was quickly written and didn't explain what was being done, what parts were being replaced, how many hours of work etc. It took me asking for a manager to finally get a call back and I ended up taking it to another shop

0 stars. Wes in quick lube is rude and not welcoming. Much preferred the previous guy, that apparently got demoted because they hired a new GM who decided to hire his friends from previous dealership. I can t believe they would do something like that.

Worst after sale service experience I have ever had, and it s on a brand new vehicle. The problem still hasn t been resolved. So tired of the run around I m getting, totally feel like it s an inconvenience for them to even talk to me. Ed Koehn please have someone in UPPER management reach out to me. Getting absolutely no where through the normal chain

I was really nervous about buying a new car from a dealership. But Spencer Flint made it easy. I had my little girl with me and my father in law and Spencer was so amazing with her. He talked to her and got her toys to play with. He is super sweet, and kind. He helped me pick out both my Jeeps and I love them. Definitely would recommend people to go see Spencer and the team.

$875 for a new battery and a hood latch. Don't take you car to get service here. If they can't be trusted to service you car, why would anyone want to buy one from here?My GF took her car here 4 months ago, they tired charging her $500 extra and then somehow, took those charges off after we asked. She saw a recall warning on the tranmissions and just asked them about it while she was getting a starter replaced, they then charged her for a "Tranmissions tune up", for 2 hours.

Be careful at this dealership, the sales team can be very helpful but overall something just doesn t seem right. My grandmother was sent here to meet a sales person and every vehicle had something wrong with it (check engine light, loud noises, low tire pressure)How can you sell vehicles for 10,000+ if they have clear issues. They definitely saw her coming miles away and are trying to pressure her into a decision that benefits them. Not to mention as a single female they definitely think they can pressure a woman into making a quick decision. Every surrounding business (including banks/credit unions) we ve talked to said they do nothing but harass and talk down to women. Disappointed I sent her here thinking they did good work.Beware. This is not a trustworthy business.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Deanna and Rick in service were amazing. I will recommend this dealership to all my family and friends :)

Appreciate the fact they helped us with a key. We had a 2:00 appt to have a key made for a truck. It was going to take 1/2 hour. Apparently they had a problem with their key machine and it was about 2.5 hours later when we left. No one came out to tell us what was going on. We could have taken the courtesy car (not sure they have one) to family members house if we had known.2nd visit to the service department was a better experience. Although it was difficult to reach them by phone we did finally connect. The repairs were done much quicker than we expected. Appreciate their help.

Brought my car in for an oil change, clunking in rear end, tire going soft every two days, and hard shift between 2-3 gear at low speed. Oil change was done, clunking were bad struts and fixed, found nail in tire and fixed ( still losing air not fixed). Was told I needed a new transmission for $6400.00. Offered me $5000.00 for the car without the work being done for a 2016 mkz black label with 44600 miles ridiculous. Took car to a transmission shop for second opinion they found nothing wrong said it did have a hard shift when cold but once warmed up ran fine. Their recommendation drive it said if it gets worse might be a solenoid but didn t think anything was wrong internally.

I bought a jeep less than 2 years ago in less than 24 hours after taking possession of the 2011 jeep compass the engine light came on when I took it back had to argue for them to fix it because no warranty they said when I told them to cancel the sale they fixed it no charge and I was very grateful but then in less than a year I have had to replace but rear wheel bearings and sensors and the fuse box was wired together had to fix that and now it needs a new transmission at 5200 dollars and a part on the radiator leaks so in less than 2 years I have spent between 6 and 8 thousand dollars to repair this vehicle and it is worth around 1700 dollars but I owe around 6 thousand so I am really screwed don't ever go here you will get screwed every time

Nightmare.Poor communication. It took several visits to get my original concern resolved.Truck was ready for pick up, but original service writer had a day off.No one was able to help, except for the guy that had a day off...So I was never informed that I could come in and pay and get my truck.Service Manager was not available either. No follow up from him.Go elsewhere!11/14/2024: Have not yet received any follow-up from the Service Manager.Transmission issue has returned and I am afraid to return to Ed Koen Ford to have the same issue addressed.Someone at Ed Koen has to realize that they have a severe problem at their dealership.Resolution: have someone who is willing to assist make contact with me...a simple post of "service manager has been advised" with no follow-up is just garbage talk.

Todd DeLore went out of his way to work with me delivering a truck through a military program. Even though there is no sale or commission on his end he still gave top-notch service and stuck with it through a couple issues. Highly recommend this place if you want great service!

Our Escape transmission blew after 130k miles. $6700 to fix it, or they would give us $500 for the car, which was otherwise in great shape. Even after the repair, they offered $5000 on trade.Pricing was insane, customer service replies were very slow, it took multiple calls to get them to call me back, and after almost two weeks there we took the car to another shop. Won t go back, and won t buy another Ford.

I bought my car in December, we were told we would have a key within a week or two. We were called by the salesman and he told us my key fob was ready, my bf drove the hour to hour and a half over to get the fob to find out the key was in fact not ready. After getting it home and driving it for a couple of weeks, the transmission seemed like it was messing up, I tried contacting the person who sold me the car who incidentally was let go. My boyfriend was able to contact Julie in the repair department, she first off told us that she would fill our tank for the wasted trip due to miscommunication, she said she could get the vehicle in at a timely manner and so we set up our appt. My car died on me while I was 2 hours away in my college class and no way to get home, turned out the battery was bad so we bought a new one but we were also given the blue Ford guarantee or so we thought, the salesman did not actually give us the blue ford guarantee but Julie honored it as I had the paperwork that the salesman had falsified to get me in the vehicle. Julie was able to get my car fixed, it was the cylanoids (sp?) Filled our tank and made it right with the battery! She was able to make everything with car right and did it with a smile. She handled my boyfriend amazingly (he is not always the nicest person when upset) I highly recommend working with Julie and she alone gets 10 stars out of 5

Just bought a slightly used truck from here.. so far I am very happy with the service I have received, especially from salesman John Marchell. Very professional and has worked hard to make me happy with the transaction! I will be recommending friends and family to go talk with him for vehicle needs..

Poor customer service on informing or keeping me up to date on what was being done or why there were delays. Got to the point that they would avoid my calls, tell me they would call back when they know the status and not return call, just not answer the phone, put me on hold and then would get disconnected, or told person who knew what was going on wasn't available and they would return call but never did.

Took my car in on December 22th for a appointment to get a diagnostic but they had my car till January 28th, the problem got fixed but once I got home I see a hole in my bumper and a broken turn signal, it did not have that damage when I took it in!!!!! They didn t say a thing about it when I came to get my car!!

Took my truck in to get the heads replaced, they discovered that some of the bolts needed to install heads were unavailable. They contacted Ford and got the ok to install a complete new engine. They received the engine in 3 days, and began installing it. After getting it all back together, discovered the drain valve on the radiator was defective and installed a new radiator. My truck was returned in just 3 weeks, had heard of engine replacements taking months to get done. Thanks to Ed Koehn Ford for the fast turnaround time and for the expert replacement of my engine.

Total lack of communication from this dealership. I had to initiate the update calls over a three day period during which the only thing accomplished was an oil change. Went in for electrical issues and they still don t have the parts or have told me when the parts are coming in. Been a week now. Our experience is that service has been an issue for this dealership. Will be taking our business elsewhere in the future.
