Tyler (Teddy) was great to work with! I went in not knowing what I truly wanted for a vehicle. He allowed me to test drive a wide variety of vehicles and answered all my questions. He was very responsive and honest, which was so helpful in making my decision. The financing process was so smooth as well and they even called around to help me find the best rate/deal. I would recommend Tyler and the team to anyone!

Literally the greatest buying experience from a dealer I ve ever had. Tyler P. made the process easy for me from the get go and was the greatest salesman I ve ever dealt with. 10 out of 10, would recommend.

I had one of my work vans towed to their service department nearly 2 weeks ago. One of my guys ran over a deer and cracked the front bumper and broke the radiator mount as far as I could tell. For the last three days, I ve called into the service department, requesting the status of my vehicle. Every day the tech assures me that the service manager will reach out and let me know what their inspection has found. They still have not called me back at all.I called and asked to speak with a manager today and had to leave a voicemail in the middle of a workday.I just want some communication from their end. I m a reasonable guy, if they are too busy and haven t been able to inspect it yet, that would be fine, but nobody has communicated with me at all. This is completely unprofessional and an unacceptable way to treat clients.I will avoid this service department and advise anyone else reading this review to do the same.

The so called special they have advertised was not as advertised!! 90 days no payments ha they only gave me 60 days with some lousy excuse and I asked for a lower payment than what I'm making now and noooo that was 255$ MORE then tried to do a math equation with me to convince me to take the vehicle and come July I can refinance GUARANTEED since the finance rates are so high at this time. Only problem might come up I could be off for medical leave then he says I'll give you a check to hold that's worth 2 months of payments. VERY GOOD JOB IN YOUR ATTEMPT TO PUSH ME INTO THE CORNER AND HAVE ME SIGN FOR THE CAR!! Never will I return to any Ed Kohen dealership

My truck was turning over slow and wasn't starting so I made a appointment for Thursday and had my truck towed there. On Monday my daily driver was having a missfire so I called to see if my truck was done. They said the tech was sick the whole time and they would get someone else on it in the morning if he didn't come in. Called back Wednesday told a cop car was on the lift and it hadn't been looked at. Thursday was Thanksgiving I called on Monday they told me it had a fantom draw and they were trying to find it. I called back on Wednesday and was told it needed a new engine . 10500 plus tax. I told them that didn't seem right. I would talk to my wife and get back to them. I work for the bus service in g.r. and talked to all the techs I work with. They told me it was not likely the engine was bad just from setting a few weeks. I should have them check the front of the engine to see if anything was frozen. I called back and they told me 3 techs were all looking at it. And had looked into that. I told them I was going to get prices from some other places for new and used engines. Stopped back to tell them that I was going to have it towed back home because I didn't have the money to put a new engine in. When there the service manager from Ford was there and told me it didn't seem right and he would look into it and call me back. 4 more days go by no call I call and tell them it was getting towed tomorrow they say ok. The first and only time they ever called me was to get their fee when the tow truck driver got there. Truck got home driver asked why they were bringing it back so told him. He said let's look at it, he was looking at the engine and had me turn it over. He said the crank was turning but the belt wasn't said can I cut the belt . Told him yes. Turned it over and started right up. Alternator was frozen. They had my truck for a month. Tow truck guy and myself figured it out in 5 mins. Take your vehicle anywhere but here for service. They should be ashamed of themselves and only one phone call to me was to get money. I told at least 4 different people there to check the front of the motor. I fixed it myself for 146.00

We couldn't have asked for a better experience with our first purchase from a dealership. The customer service was exceptional. Aaron and John (& behind the scenes crew) were patient with all of our questions and ensured we were satisfied from first browse to final purchase. Thank you Ed Koehn team!

I came all the way from Texas to work directly with Teddy! He did exactly what he promised and more! Not only did we drive away with the truck of my husband's dream, I left with a total peace of mind :) After so many bad experiences in the past, I truly feel totally taken care of. Thank you and we will hopefully see you again in the Spring for my new Ride!

They had my truck for 8 working days and only focused on 1 thing, didn't look into other possibilities. They called me and wanted to charge over 800.00 for a gasket set to the turbo acuator, I bought the gasket set on line for 30.00 and dropped them off on a Monday morning and told them I'll be back in town Wednesday evening and I'll need my truck. It had been there the entire week before,I called on Tuesday and no answer or call back,I called Wednesday 2 times and finally they called and said the tech had it half done but had a medical emergency. I drove around there building and found my truck sitting out back untouched. They were supposedly going to start Monday and nothing but lies.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP NOR THE FORD DEALERSHIP BESIDE IT.

I fell for their scam contest that makes you think you won something. Then they show you the "fine print". I will never buy a vehicle from a dealership that would be willing to con people to get them in the door!

I had an unknown/unexpected repair on my jeep. I took my jeep in for multiple repairs not knowing what the issue was. When we received our vehicle and invoice after, a service manager took care of half of our price. I appreciate Ed Kohen showing grace in this situation and doing what they could with making things right. I will be back in the future for services. They will try to make things right when they can :)

First should be a "0" I do want to give a shout out to Nate service Rep, He gets 5 Nate is highest and caring for his customers, again he had to deal with the Horrible FCA warranty ppl, and his poor excuse of a service manager Tyler Uncaring Dealership, not for the customer, Do Not Buy a thing Here! I brought my gladiator to the 4th dealership for warranty, They Hate Warranty work. The tech found several issues related to cam replacement (warranty work done by Champion of Lansing they Suck Too). Several items not connected, let alone a gasket leaking oil FCA contracted Dealership to get me a replacement vehicle comparable to my gladiator. They say me up in a nice diesel Ram. They have had my truck for month waiting on parts, so upon receiving truck I fill the tank, they only had 1/8 if a task for me to use, looked to be another month for parts. Then this Tyler shifty service manager( or maybe the GM who still to this day has not contacted me sister ) pulled this nice luxury truck gives me a POS filthy inside and out, rust, just a piece of junk I would not be caught ever driving. Their excuse was they had a buyer for the truck they loaded to me, a buyer Truck day on lot for over a month. I can go on, but stay away From THESE lier's go to Ziegler in Grandville, talk to Ted if you choose to go here, in service find and talk to Nate, he will keep it REAL

Tyler and the rest of the folks at Ed Koehn CJDR have always gone out of their way to provide me with exemplary customer experience. I've purchased two Ram 1500's from this dealership and had great experiences both times.

Ed Koehn should be embarrassed. We bought a truck, second day if having it the check engine light came on. We called our sales man, Dakota, he told us to bring it in so they could hook it up and find out what's wrong with it. Next day the windshield wipers stopped working. This is a 2019 truck. We called again and said he'd have to call us back. We said no, my husband didn't want to drive it to work in the rain at night. We had to talk him into giving us a car to drive while our truck gets fixed. Dakota said he knows more about our truck getting fixed. We waited a week with no calls and decided to drop in. Dakota wouldn't talk to us, he said he was taking a test. We finally talked to , I think his manager, they said they were waiting for the Cadillac converter to come in, so they could replace it. Again we were told they would call us to up date. Waited another week, stopped in. Decided to by pass Dakota ( he is worthless) went to service desk, he couldn't find any paper work on out truck. But told my husband that the techs were working on Ed Koehns tractor, like that was suppose to impress us. My husband went to find someone who know something about our truck. Dakota of course ignored us. My husband was upset. Finally they found our paper work but wouldn't tell us anything. He kept telling my husband " I'm not telling you anything til you calm down" which didn't go over well. Finally a manager came over and took the papers. It turns out our vehicle was done but no one called us. Huh! We asked when was it done. Wouldn't tell us. Husband checked truck out and they missed a valve that was leaking, they said it would get fixed. They called 2 days later and it was fixed. Four days later the check engine light is on again. We called the service desk, they said Jordon will call you back. That was this morning, it's now 3:30pm, still no call. Seems to me this company is happy to sell you a vehicle but do not stand behind their vehicles! Piss poor customer service!

I am delighted to leave a 5-star review for Ed Koehn CDJR in Greenville, MI. This dealership has been my go-to for my last few vehicle purchases, and I couldn't be happier with their service. The staff, both in sales and service, are truly fantastic. They've consistently demonstrated their commitment to being helpful and courteous. I highly recommend Ed Koehn CDJR to anyone in search of an exceptional automotive experience.

I bought my Jeep from this dealership in 2020, and I have been going to them ever since for routine oil changes, tire rotations, etc. During my last oil change, they discovered an antifreeze leak from my radiator.Today, they replaced my radiator, before the leak could become a much bigger problem. They did a good, timely, job, and we paid the exact estimate they gave us.I will continue to go back to them as all their staff is extremely friendly and competent.I feel comfortable that they know exactly how to keep my vehicle running in optimum condition.

Blake did an amazing job hand holding me through the process of buying the Jeep I really wanted and then delivering it clean, full of gas, all the way to my door in Cleveland,Ohio. His drivers would not even take a tip or let me buy them lunch. (even gave me a complete car washing kit) I wish every salesperson made thing so easy!

I have never had a good experience with these people and i have had multiple not just one experience with them. They always say one thing and do the exact opposite from buying tires to buying vehicles. I wish they would get it together and make it right with people. Learning how to communicate with customers should be top priority not last priority. Please learn and educate your staff from this rating, it would be much appreciated.

Air filter not long after service here , makes me wonder if we got fresh new oil could have at least let me know it was that bad if you didn t have one. They put screws on the new boxes , and deleted the gauge on new ones to save money apparently we won t be getting our trucks serviced here anymore , I wouldn t recommend service here, to follow up to response - No thanks, I will find a more responsible trustworthy company to service our vehicles, you should be ashamed. Strange response since normally recommend other services , most shops would take a peek and recommend a filter change regardless of requests. So the fuel filters were never changed , but charged for, great

Radio:$524.70Core Charge:$1000.00Service fee:$70.00Installation fee:$140.00 (optional)I have been a loyal customer to this dealership since moving back to Michigan a couple of years ago. The most recent experience with this dealership was unfortunately the last. I own a 2018 Jeep Compass and needed the radio replaced. The radio was $530.00ish. I paid for it in full. I was never told of a core charge until picking up the radio. The core was waived since I turned in my used radio. Again, that detail was never mentioned when placing the order originally. Once we installed the radio, NOTHING was correct. The screen said FIAT, not Jeep. The backup camera wasn't even option, no dual temperature controls, and the milage was blinking. When I called the service department, I was told to wait up to 48 hours for the radio to program itself. Thankfully, I'm not THAT gullible. Programming was NEVER mentioned until I made ANOTHER call to the service department regarding this issue. The lady in the service department was very smug and acted bothered. Very poor customer service. The radio is a plug and play radio. What should have been somewhat of an easy fix, turned into a costly, terrible customer service experience. Needless to say, after the nasty attitudes we received, we will be taking our services elsewhere.

I purchased a vehicle from the Ed Koehn dealership 3 weeks ago they told me a 30 day 3000 mile warranty. After driving the car for a few days I learned that the main screen on the car was defective the left front tire sensor was defective and the light came on. I went back to see if they stand by their car and their word and do the right thing to fix these issues and the first thing that came out of Tyler's (Sales Manager) mouth was "When the car left here everything was working" that's all he had for me and that's simply not true. They did try to fix the tire sensor for 3.5 hrs to no avail they claimed that their scanner wouldn't work but in fact I found out from a reparable Toyota dealership that the Ed Koehn dealership tried to install a used defective sensor on my car. I know this because this left front sensor was Never programed to my car. So $460 later I replaced Both the front sensors. The kicker to all this circus is they did absolutely Nothing for me no customer service at all and now I'm missing my left front hubcap that they obviously didn't install correctly. Go figure.....I called Tyler 2 days ago he said he would get back with me on the hubcap not even taking responsibility for it. Complete utter lack of Customer Service. I would stay away from this dealership far away......So now it's been over 4 months now they responded they contacted me but they have NOT and they haven't fixed anything nor have they replaced the hubcap that they didn't install correctly. Complete utter lack of Customer Service. They are nice to you until they sell you a vehicle then they completely ignore you when you have a problem. No call back No response I have over $1200 in repairing everything that should have been covered including the Hubcap they clearly didn't install correctly. It is to some satisfaction that 500 people have read this complaint and hopefully this has educated people that this dealership is not a good place to purchase a vehicle
