Very convenient to have this car repair shop be on the list of approved locations by our insurance company. The frequent text message updates were invaluable. From the initial inquiry, to scheduling, to drop off, pickup, and the awesome deep cleaning, inside and out, I am very pleased with the entire process to repair my car. The staff is friendly, yet professional. I was updated on the progress, via text from start to finish. I dropped it off on Monday morning and it was ready to be picked up first thing Thursday morning. My car looks amazing! I definitely recommend Car Center to anyone in need of quality body work. In addition, I had a great experience with the mechanical side of the Car Center a few years ago. They were one of the few facilities willing to plunge into the unknown of my Subaru. I was beginning to believe it was possessed. Car Center was able to exorcise the demons at an affordable price!

I cannot tell you what a godsend this company was to me. My car was acting up. My car was sending codes through my computer and leaving my car engine at 50% power. I called them they got me in that day. They fixed my car. My car has been running great ever since.They are actually the nicest people I ve ever had to work with for car repairs. All other shops in the area were weeks out for appointments. I m so happy that I chose Car center. I d give them more than five stars if possible.

I've been there 3 different times and the work is top notch. One-time a deer had hit the driver side rear door of my car and they repaired it. When I went to pick my car up, my headlights looked like brand new. One of their guys buffed my yellowed, cloudy headlights which wasn't even part of the job.

I highly recommend Car Center. Their customer service is the best. They were able to fit in our car for an emergency repair with one day s notice. The work was done perfectly with no issues. They also kept us informed of a parts delay.

The staff were very kind/helpful throughout the time they had my car for repairs. They kept me updated and even worked with Enterprise for me, so I didn t have to also contact them when it was time to return my rental. Bonus they cleaned my car both inside and out before I picked it up! Will definitely use them again if any repairs come up in the future!

The Lady at the desk that handles all of the mechanical issues and communicates directly with the customers is a great asset to the company. Lauren helped me right away, kept me informed on any updates to what needed fixed and gave me an exact estimate I needed to budget for this big service.

This place is very knowledgeable, honest, with affordable pricing. I especially enjoy the greeting at the front desk with Bailey Parker! She is friendly and knows how to get me to the right department, or she has the paperwork right there! She's a dependable part of this team. Always greets me with a smile!

We have been bringing all of our vehicles to Car Center and have had 10/10 experiences. Only place we will continue to go to. The whole team is nice and shout out Lauren (if I spelled your name wrong I m sorry) for always helping us get the service we need!

I would say that even though it's over an hour drive for myself the staffing & hospitality performed by this business is worth it to myself. Lauren has been a big help in any automotive to my vehicles. The mechanics are resourceful. I would recommend this business for automotive repairs.

As always, Car Center went above and beyond in caring for me and my car. I received a message that they had some open time in the afternoon if I had any needed service. Perfect timing! I responded immediately and drove my Subaru to their shop on the corner of M57 and Podunk just west of Greenville. I needed an oil change and new wheel bearings, as well as a washing and detailing. They gave me a curtesy ride home while my car was being cared for and later picked me to go back to the shop to collect my car. I love the positive energy, integrity, and quality service I can always count on from the Car Center.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto interior vacuuming, Oil change

I recently had to have my windshield replaced on my Jeep Wrangler. Being a Jeep it is important to get an OEM replacement due to the emblem features. Insurance companies are terrible today outsourcing glass repair with a 3rd party which usually cost you more money to get the OEM with no justification. To go around this process means more calls and follow up with the service provider working with the ins company. Car Center took those extra steps and got the OEM Windshield within my deductible. There are not that many left that will go above and beyond for the customer. The shop is located in a great rural area that avoids the traffic congestion of other full service providers. Since then they obtained my business for oil changes and collision work. Why go anywhere else.

Took my truck to get fixed from my accident that lead to needing a new windshield and other body/mechanical work and by the time I was told it was done and ready for pickup I got it back and realized that the cab was still full of small shards of glass all over inside on the floor seats and cup holsters and the only part that was cleaned of glass was the dash and my parking brake was still locking up from the day of the wreck and had been dragging without full release of the drum brakes and wasn't properly adjusted to function in a normal manner causing premature wear on my brakes. I was so disappointed in the results my business won't be coming back.

I was really pleased with my body repair work on my impala & painting dent on passenger side Quarter panel front , looks like new now as well as a huge scratches on passenger side front bumper ! And painting of new sideview mirror & installing , and were also able to fit in oil change ! Dropped it off on Monday and they were able to complete everything a day earlier then was estimated was ready by Thursday of the same week ! I paid 1,400 for various repairs on my car. It was dead when i picked it up and needed a jumpstart. It made it 1/4 mile down the road, then died. So we are out 1400 dollars and are left with a vehicle that has the same problems it had when we brought it in. I have never dealt with such poor service.
