2 people working only me and 1 other customer in the store and the guy refused to scan my car told me because there's only 2 people he can't do it but I could do it myself. He obviously didn't want to go out in the cold he could barely even walk. I should have asked the other employee

I asked the gentleman who assisted me TWICE before cashing out if he was absolutely sure that HE chose the correct filter and once as I was checking out and he assured me, he gave me the filter I SHOWED him, I brought the old one in to BE sure. It was NOT the correct filter and even though I was there minutes before and they found my purchase on the computer, they would NOT refund the money I spent.I then went to NAPA, and got the correct filter for $7 less.

Purchase new brakes about a week or 2 ago. And they have failed, the pads fell off. And they will not honor the warranty instead of honoring the warranty. They want to be nasty, rude, and disrespectful. I do not recommend that store to be open. Or it needs new management and new employees.

Why do we wait until it is raining to stop in for windshield wipers? Scott took the time to look up exactly what I needed, gave me a price comparison and recommendation, and then installed them for me. He even had me try them before I left. In and out in less than 7 minutes. I am good to go.

Told my son to get his check engine light checked there. He has no mechanical experience. They explained and made him use the machine from what I'm being told. What type of customer service is this? Isn't that their job???

Helpful people and average prices. Carry most items needed for vehicles. If they don't have it in stock they can and will order it if it is something they have on their website. They will also contact you if you wish to return to pick up.

Worker would not accept my returnwith a receipt gave me the wrong part I just wanted an exchange for the right part 3rd time this has happened I will be taking my business elsewhere

Ray did an awesome job, called another location only to be put on hold 3 times for over 38 minutes all together. Ray answered the phone was super helpful and very pleasant to deal with. He went above and beyond. Hard to find outstanding customer service these days but he definitely exemplifies it, and moved autozone up a few notches in my book!

They helped me with fuses..got a new one and he put it in. Got home to check for more fuses because he had no clue there was another under the dash idk but I checked the fuses and he put it in the wrong place. Lol they were nice but clueless.

Ill be honest I was about done with Autozone. I have been to a couple locations where they just wanted to sit on their phone and so unhelpful. I went in the Greenville location and they habe been nothing but extremely helpful, patient, and have gone above and beyond every time Ive been in. Awesome guys and I know before I even head in Ill be taken care of.

Ray was super helpful. We needed our 3rd break light of my Honda fixed. It burnt out on the way to my son's driving test and we had 10 minutes to fix it. He got the part we needed and the bulb was changed successfully in time for us to make it to the test. Ray wished him luck and we were on our way. He passed!

Store managers are always knowledgeable. And completely honest if you ask of they would recommend an iyem they'd share their personal preference. Scott ome of the managers is also a really funny guy great place to get parts

We traveled from Ohio to visit family. Car battery died. Came to AutoZone, open on Sunday. Just realized it was Father's day and there were 3 gentlemen working. I didn't wish them a Happy Father's Day (if it applies). They had the battery, complimentary toolkit, and voila... back on the road we went.

Um large selection but knowledge behind the counter is lacking in my opinion. I can just look up parts on my own i sometimes don't know whats best and in thus case neither did they

They did not carry that part at all and told me to try the Ford Dealer service. He said they should have the part or would be able to get it pretty soon. Thought that was good of them to steer us to somewhere we would get help finding that part.

My ole truck wouldn't start on its own. Needed to jump start. The guys that were working this morning were awesome. They tested my battery, explained what the read out was telling them, and even installed a battery at no charge. You don't find that kind of service these days. A+++

Stop and pickup a gasket, and price a ECM with a few other questions. Very helpful
