I can t say enough good things about this guy and his company. I ve used him two times now. Always on time. Always going above and beyond from normal flatbed service to rescue and recovery. Andy, thank you sir.

Quick and easy but not worth the $750 he charged to pull our car out of a puddle!! We were 1 mile off Baxter Bridge Road across the road from the entrance to the Baxter Bridge State Forest Campground. He insisted on bringing the bigger size truck. He hooked up the wench and walked us out of the puddle and was done with us in 15 min. We are senior citizens and one is disabled. I had to walk 1/2 mile to get cell service. One other businesses had an answering machine, another didn't answer. $750!!!Service: Car towing

EXCELLENT SERVICE and PROFESSIONALISM: Received a bid for Nickerson crane to lift 1,000+lb ridge beam for extensive home renovation project. Andy was responsive, on-time, calm and entirely capable throughout the installation. He was completely done in 30 minutes and made sure we were satisfied with placement/etc before leaving. We have a narrow driveway that he navigated perfectly with his equipment. Trees/landscaping were untouched. Cannot say enough how pleased we are with his turnaround and excellent quality of work. Such a pleasant and respectful professional, too. RECOMMEND 5 STARS!!!

Our daughter's car was totaled out. Nickerson came and gave us $50 flat rate to take it off our hands, saving us the cost of a tow. The father son team at Nickerson's are extremely friendly, punctual, knowledgeable, fair, and easy to do business with. They are a life saver if you just need to get rid of a vehicle. From the minute the phone was answered I knew he was on his way. The driver was kind, very communicative and got us out of our snow drifts. 2 vehicles 1 rescuer. Definitely a good call.

Andy did an amazing job moving my late dad s 1969 Cadillac from a garage out in Benzie County to the middle of Traverse City. Even though the car is in rough shape, he took care to ensure the front and rear bumpers didn t scrape the ground as he was loading it onto the rollback. We followed him from behind as he made his way into town and he was very safety conscious, using his turn signals, stopping at lights, allowing other vehicles the right of way. And once arriving at its destination, he did his best to not block traffic on a fairly traveled city street. I highly recommend Nickerson s, no job is too small or too big, like our boat of a 69 Limousine.Service: Special vehicle towing

They pay 50 bucks for junk cars, as a towing service that's super predatory you could get more having them tow it to genes and scrapping it. Bad business practice in my opinion, sheisty

I had to go off road in the snow to avoid hitting an SUV that stopped suddenly in front of me. They got to me within 15-20 min to pull me out of the snow. Reasonable price. Knowledgeable and polite tech. Hopefully won t have to use them again but it s nice to know they are out there doing good work.

They got me on the schedule quickly and I'm thankful for that because I was traveling with my infant that day when my car got stuck. Super nice and super respectful! He even did a quick glance over on my car to make sure it was able to be driven. I appreciated it immensely!

I contacted this company to help my daughter who accidentally locked my granddaughter in the car. This company answered the phone on a Sunday at 7:30 PM. They were 15 minutes away and did not hesitate to get going toward them right away. Fortunately my daughters boyfriend was able to get the door unlocked. I contacted the guy from Nickerson towing and let him know he could cancel it. He was professional and so polite on the phone, I could tell he truly cared about the whole situation. He wouldn t even take my money for his time. Amazing professionalism and an great company if anyone ever is in need!!!! Thank you so much.Service: Car lockouts

Todd was very efficient and courteous. He winched me out safely and quickly. He also helped me with my tire, which apparently was locked up with ice. I appreciate the help and was very pleased with his attitude and his professionalism. I will be recommending this company for sure.

Accidentally locked car door with vehicle running. Called Nickerson towing and they came within 30 minutes. Had the car unlocked and was able to leave 5 minutes later. Tow guy was super friendly. Highly recommend.Service: Car lockoutsService: Car lockouts

Nickerson s has been amazing every time that I ve needed them including yesterday. They came out faster than expected and had a great price for me when my 4 year old locked the keys in my car. I highly recommend them to everyone!

Awesome customer service! I had my one year old with me and our tow guy was extremely accommodating and personable, he definitely brightened up the mood. He was also very knowledgeable on places to have my vehicle worked on. If you must call a tow service, these are the guys to call!

The gentleman who towed our vehicle was wonderful. Our huge Ford Transit was a beast to deal with and he handled it expertly. It had to be spun around to face the other way to load on the wrecker, and he used a winch to turn it . It was amazing to watch. He was professional, kind, and explained everything he was doing and even cleaned up the debris after.To make the job even more difficult the driveway was icy and snowy. He did an impressive job. I would highly recommend Nickerson Towing. They were prompt, efficient, and highly skilled. He made an already traumatic experience less so. Thank you!

Kind and Professional... very nice driver who helped us in a small tourist town on a late Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend to make sure we weren't stranded. We were 5 hours from home, no hope of pickup, no car rentals available, even getting a hotel room doubtful... the tow driver made calls to the few repair facilities left open but soon to close for 3 days, and they were all so backed up they said they could get to it "next week"... he drove us, car in tow, to several repair shops before finding one even willing to look at our car... the driver went way beyond the call of duty out of kindness ... by the way, we did get car fixed and made it home safely that night... thanks to the Nickerson driver!

The guy that towed our truck to us did it in a very fast manner and was extremely kind. He was sure to answer any questions we had and joked around with us in a way that made the experience even better. It s always nice to be able to have a good laugh. Very impressed.

Excellent service! About 30 minutes after I called, my car was loaded up and on its way to the shop. Driver was very friendly and professional and the equipment was top notch. Pricing seemed appropriate. I highly recommend this towing company.

Truck arrive rather quickly. Driver was fast and professional. Took care of everything while I sat and watched!! Gave me all the info I needed for my roadside service. He knew the shop and the mechanic. I will always use Nickerson in the future!

These guys were AWESOME!!! Our fifth wheel leveling system stoped working and they came on Father s Day at 2:00 to tow us to the repair shop. They even came before we were ready to make sure they would have all the right equipment needed to do the job!! These guys are AWESOME.... nobody else wanted to help or even try to use jacks to put it on our truck... call them FIRST!!Service: Special vehicle towing

I only use Nickerson Towing and would highly recommend them to anyone. They are ALWAYS kind, professional, welcoming and very fast . I have used them more than 5 times Andy Nickerson is my favorite and he treats you like a friend . Wouldn't go anywhere else for towing. Thanks Nickerson''s for all your hard work and for being such a great company .
