Milton and rest of his team were very professional and knowledgeable. Had my car fixed and ready to go in 24 hours. Also gave me a free loner car just in case it took longer.

I have had numerous vehicles serviced over the past several years and I have yet to have a bad experience from Milton and his team. If you want a legitimate estimate and quick service call Integrity. The vehicles I have had serviced there were, GMC, Jeep, Mercedes, BMW and Ford. I only wish they were closer to Traverse City but it's still worth the drive to see them just South of Chums Corners's .

Was given their number for a second opinion...Previous Indi, was not too involved in getting my old girl up to speed. They were not rude or unfriendly, but not very enthused..I had Milton and Vic look at her and sure enough, she did have some challenges, but the way they explained what was needed, was delivered with such a sense of understanding for the vehicle that I instantly felt comfortable. Milton is truly passionate about these older cars and very knowledgeable. I was invited to the shop to witness the progress and they even sent me pictures!!! I have found my new Indi for all my service needs. This shop is a class act!!!!

Well, my 4-wheel drive is getting older and getting leaky. (Gee, sounds like me :) ) Milton came through with repairs, maintenance, and needed milage updates. While he did that I had the free use of a loaner which is a major blessing! No more leaks (wish I could say the same! :) ) and vehicle runs great! Thank you Milton!What a day and Integrity came through and saved it again. All the different warning brake lights came on. Husband went into the hospital, and a snowstorm struck. Well....Milton put me into a Yukon loaner truck and sent me on my way. Fixed my Ford in the same day and did not rush me to pick it up as the husband was admitted he said take my time. Can't get better than that! Oh....by the way truck running just fine once again! Thank you, Milton!

I have taken my vehicle to Integrity Import Service each time I needed work done, including oil changes, for most of this year. Each time, I have been very pleased with the service I received. I work with a gentleman there named Milton. Milton has taken the time to explain to me, and show me, what he sees going on with my vehicle and how to address any problems. I have not had any problems with the work Milton has accomplished. In fact he has corrected problems for me that were created by another automotive repair shop. Milton has been very flexible in accommodating my schedule and has either stayed late of offered to stay late more than once to help with my vehicle. I find Milton to be completely straightforward in his work and his communication. Told The owner Milton what the 2 issues we had were. After picking the car up both problems were still evident but yet they had charged me 1500 to fix the 2 issues. New rear brakes and a plating and a front right bearing fixed nothing. Milton is very knowledgeable and curious. After explaining the problem, he lets you know what he is going to do to find and correct the problem. If he finds anything other than what is discussed, he lets you know before he does anything. Also, costs have been kept in a manageable range.
