I can t say enough good things about Grant Tire. We go there for any car issues (and we have 4 vehicles they service) and they are always helpful and courteous and most of all, honest. If something needs done they tell you but if it doesn t they let you know that too. They are AMAZING and we ll never go anywhere else for our car repairs! Rick and his crew are the best!

I have rarely been treated as well as I was here. Ric and the whole staff were extremely helpful and kind. They really listened to what I needed and gave me that and found similar cheaper. I highly recommend it to anyone!

Needed spare replaced and I was so impressed... I was happy to bring my vehicle back when I had major repair. Wasn't an inexpensive repair-- but they were lower price then my regular mechanic. When my neighbor also recommended them, I knew this place would be great. Rick has a great sense of humor too. Many thanks

Rick went above and beyond to help me out, coming to my vehicle down the road to put air in a flat so I didn't have to pay for a tow.They had me on the road within 20 minutes for an incredibly modest fee. Cannot recommend this shop enough, they take care of you like family.

Rick is just an amazing human. Always has a smile for everyone and makes them feel at home. I needed my headlights looked at and the young man at the desk took a look at them and had me all taken care of in less then 10 minutes! Amazing and fast service. This is a very honest & caring business! Rick loves God & shows that to his patrons. Anyone who walks in the door is treated like family & walks out satisfied with the transaction. The place is clean & the sitting area is comfy so waiting for your car to be serviced is not an inconvenience but there is a restaurant within walking distance if you don't like sitting there.

The other reviewers must know these people personally, we have waited in line behind people who are treated very friendly and we are looked at like it s an inconvenience that we are in there. If you are new in town you will be treated like you do not belong. We have had to use them 3 times and each time the owner has been VERY rude. The guys in the back have been wonderful and do great work but it s hard to support a company who s owner only acts professionally and friendly with people they have known forever. If this wasn t the only place in town I believe they would no longer be in business.Service: Tires

These guys always get to my vehicles as fast as possible and always do a great job. Very honest. I dont trust many places with my vehicles but Grant Tire have definitely earned my business.

When disputing the charges for the time spent going back to the shop to get the proper equipment, we were treated like second class citizens. I cannot remember the last time I was treated so poorly by a manager/owner. I got the feeling that the owner/manager does not like women. However the service done by the techs was professional and efficient.

Friendly local business. I bring my vehicles here for work and leave as a happy customer. Recently went for an oil change and found out they are cheaper than a dealership. Love the old man running the shop.

One star because they are nice people. Beyond that here's the story.11/30/21 I order tires through them to be installed on 12/4. I arrive at 8am and find out at 9 am that they had sold the tires to someone else. 12/4 reordered different tires to be installed on Monday. Told price was "about $7xx" Dandy. Dropped jeep off and called at 8:40 per their request so they knew what it was there for. I asked for a call when done to pay and didn't receive one. I called after work and their credit card machine won't accept my card. Jeep stayed there another night. Called next morning(12/7)to pay and found out that bill is $60 more that the "about" number. Would like to have heard "we messed up so we'll do something good for you on these" but no. Price quoted was $30 more than tire place in Muskegon and actual was $90 more. Next set will come from my regular tire place because I pay what they quote me and always done on the scheduled day.Service: Tires

Came here a couple days ago to get an oil change. The staff was very friendly and kind. I did not make an appointment or call ahead, but they were able to work on my car very shortly after I arrived and were done in less than 20mins. The price was very reasonable, and my car has been running smoothly.

The old guy there charged us 956$ for 2 tires, after paying for them I called the Fremont location and asked them a price on those exact tires and they said.. $208 per tire that's, $416 total, the old guy at the grant location said the rest of my money was for labor, they literally had my truck for 25 minutes it was a dually so I know the tires are expensive but really, same thing happened when I brought me explorer in there before I could even tell them what I wanted done they had 4 or 5 guys just ripping my tires off after taking my tires off and putting the same ones back on charged me $50 my advise would be do not go to tire wholesalers unless u want to be ripped off

Rick and his great technicans are very helpful. Sometimes busy he always make you feel as your the only one there. We have mechanical repairs on our car and tire work done on our semi. Great place to have in our small town. Thanks GTW.

Called all over the area (I farm in Ada) for someone to fix a leak in a compact tractor tire. Ended up with these guys and boy was I happy. They identified the problem, worked on the tire quickly and accurately and refilled the "Load" before getting it back to me. The staff was competent, timely and helpful. Recommend their outstanding service to anyone needing wheel or tire work.
