Dad spent more then an hour initially, showing us different options to consider, knowing we wanted 2 trailers, one for a side by side, and another for Harley, kayaks and mountain bikes and gear for all. He suggested 1 trailer with design changes moving door to easier exit razor. 3 weeks later we are beyond happy. Go see him and Lucrecia for excellent customer service!I am adding an update to my initial review 6 months ago to report that we pulled this 7x14 trailer to Florida and back for 2 1/2 months with our Durango with Harley, kayaks and mountain bikes and gear for all with absolutely no problems. We most recently used it again to transport our side x side to trail ride pulling it with our dodge. We are thankful beyond measure that we took the time to get input from dad. He could have sold us 2 trailers if he were all about profit but the design changes allowed us to buy 1 trailer to use for both our needs. He allowed us to test pull a couple different trailers to see how our Durango would perform towing different sizes and weights. He also suggested E- track positioning and ideas to store our kayaks above our Harley making room to hang out mountain bikes as well. He is all about making sure you are happy with your purchase and we still are!

We just bought a new RV trailer from Kat super nice not pushy stayed late on Saturday to get us taken care of other staff we dealt with very nice an informed on everything

DAD did a fantastic job on my trailer. Not only did they do a great job on what I wanted done, but they provided great advise that improved the safety of my trailer. Much appreciated. I will use them for all my trailer needs.

Ed was nice enough, but more gave me a roundabout, I can't tell you over the phone without seeing it, but was quite comfortable telling me my idea wouldn't work without seeing it. Then at the end of the conversation admitted that's what they would do anyway. My question was more about is it possible and clearly after him trying to convince me to bring it in and boast the idea of an axle sale, yes, it is possible. Seemed like he was more bothered by the call than he was excited to have a potential customer. I think I'll pass on this place from here on out. I'm sure he has trailers to fix and I have parts to sell.

Best quality trailer by far in a 75 mile radius of Grand Rapids I looked at all options at every dealer and dollar for dollar there is a great difference.The owner himself guided me around the many options in stock and explained the differences to me in detail. There was no rush or hurry he took his time and taught me more about trailers and why Dad's is the best bang for the buck.Prices are set and really fair so if you want the best don't settle for the rest and be sure to ask for an ice cold diet Pepsi too!
