I ended up in a snowbank and Curtis from Ashland Auto Parts came to my rescue. He was kind, professional, and incredibly helpful as he got me out of the snowbank, gave me a better route to Hesperia and led the way in his truck! He arrived within 15 minutes of the 911 call and talked me though the process. I was back on the road in no time and his charges were very, very reasonable. I would highly recommend Ashland Auto Parts and Curtis. I also want to thank all the other drivers that took the time to stop and see if I was okay. Newaygo County is full of kind, caring people including my superhero, Curtis!

They always have the parts in stock. Everywhere else we try has to order the parts by 1:00 so they can be there the next day. If Ashland could deliver it would be even better.

I have to say that Ashland auto It is definitely The people you want to call when you need something, toad or something done. they are awesome!!. I would definitely , Highly recommend them. They are very kind and caring people.. T.hey understand that life happens. I am very satisfied with them they are open later than most auto parts stores on Saturday yesterday and they have the best prices around they're a small Auto parts store but they are the best It beat all the big chains hands down

My car was immobilized after a deer collision, was stranded in below freezing. My gratitude to Cutis, tow-truck driver extraordinaire!Rescue was prompt, courteous, and extremely helpful in getting everything squared away, even in being able to affordably replace a few parts to get the car back on the road. I recommend Ashland to anyone in the area! Five stars and the Super-hero award!

It's the friendliest Automotive parts store in the area, pet friendly and competitive brands and fair prices. Excellent counter personnel. Need hydraulic hoses, they can make them specific size and connections.

The tool price was fair . The wrenches had rust on them in the package. The package smelled like cat urine .
