I was very skeptical coming to this dealership because of past experiences with another but the more and more that I dealt with Lisa the more I felt comfortable moving forward.She communicates very well from the beginning to the end, I felt very comfortable, returning my lease to them and purchasing a new lease and she was very helpful showing me all the options of the Cherokee including the features of the jeep app.She treated me as a human not just someone buying a car.

I have never had a better car buying experience than this dealership! I worked a deal all by phone with them and it couldn't have gone any smoother. My salesperson Lisa was absolutely phenomenal to work with and I highly recommend her for all your buying needs. I have bought many cars over the years and this was buy far the most enjoyable yet. The vehicle was delivered to me by them over 2hrs away and it arrived just as it was disclosed to me. The team at Zeigler was amazing, thank you all!

Amazing service! They were fast, able to get me in and out with a brand new fully detailed vehicle. Nate in finance did a great job explaining everything and Rod did an awesome job going over the vehicle with me! I would definitely recommend seeing them for any of your car needs!

The process was pretty easy. Larisa, our sales agent, was pleasant and helpful. My wife likes the vehicle. We are a little disappointed with a few things. First, from what we understood, being a used car it came with a power train warranty (standard) and a 3 month 3000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. It isn't much but again it is used. When signing the paperwork I was informed absolutely nothing was covered except the power train. Second, the online price was $1000 less than what Larisa told us. I brought that up before signing the paperwork and after talking with the gm, she said they would honor the online price. When I got home and was looking over the papers, they did not take the $1000 off the price. Finally, I have never gotten a car with less than a full tank of gas. This was a few miles short of the gas light coming on when I drove off of the lot. This is not how you build repeat clients.

Taylor in service was amazing! Her customer service skills are above and beyond. She made me feel valued & respected from the very start. She promptly, thoroughly, and painlessly arranged for my vehicle to be serviced and fixed! She made a headache of a car repair so easy and pleasant! LISA DOWNIE... That is the sales person you are looking for!!!!We purchased a Dodge Ram Truck from Zeigler and we were lucky enough to have Lisa as our sales person. She is amazing and down to earth, not pushy, prompt and will help you with anything you need. On top of that, she knows her sh*t when it comes to vehicles... I was amazed by her knowledge of trucks! She could keep up with my husbands knowledge :) We are definitely going to recommend Zeigler to anyone we know and most defiantly recommend they speak to Lisa!Bonus, we took our teenage son with us, and Zeigler has an indoor basketball hoop and snacks and drinks galore that kept him entertained while we did paperwork. Smart thinking on their part :)The whole buying process was smooth, and we couldn't be happier with our purchase! Thank you Lisa!!!

Update*Yes Mr condescending GM. you're correct other shops have worked on the Jeep. As I noted when I said that I had records of everything ever done to it.That part is important! Because Your company was the *LAST* (Key word: Last) to be inside of the transmission.Now Dewitts Auto spoke up the moment they found it... my records point to you. (Yours do too)This is not a warranty issue. This is an issue of one of your employees doing something naughty to hide an expensive mistake.Carry on though.....Well this is an awkward long story. But it's principal... right vs wrong plain and simple.2017 my wife had her jeep into service for a transmission fluid change and filters changed. The photos show the transmission fluid pump that one of the filters is supposed to slot into.The tech must have broken it on accident trying to dig out the old seal. Instead of saying anything either the tech or the service department decided not to inform me at the time and bodged it back together with silicone to reconstruct the broken portion.I discovered all of this after my wife complained about her transmission slipping. I sent it to MY mechanic over at Dewitts auto and the photos below are what they found.Now I keep records of everything that has been done to this jeep because I do not work on it. I have record of every shop that has touched it since my wife got it.Nobody else has been inside of this transmission.I understand the concept of a repair coming back 6 years later, being suspicious. However you don't get to break the vehicle and ghetto rig if back together then hide behind a 2 year warranty policy.When you cause damage then HIDE that damage to get the vehicle out for long enough that we might have sold it by the time it's found. Unfortunately for zeigler that isn't what happened. We keep this vehicle because it is in nice shape.Now I'm out anywhere from 2,000 to 4,000 to have the transmission pulled and have that fluid pump replaced when I never should have had to deal with it in the first place.I also enjoyed the tone the GM took when he referred to my mechanic as if he is just some shade tree back yard hack. Almost as if to dismiss it on the idea that I take this anywhere and everywhere.I work in multiple industries and I see about 20 to 30 people a day just doing my job naturally.I'll be warning every tow customer, every dumpster rental customer, every junk removal customer, people I find in the store anybody with ears, eyes and a pulse. The best part is its all truth. .Remember the towing part that's important. You're off my personal reference list. Even if you're right next door. If my customer WANTS you... i'll show them the photos of what you guys did...You can't be trusted to act with any honesty...

Going into buying my first vehicle and not understanding the process was very nerve wracking. Fortunately, I had excellent luck with Garrett and found exactly what I wanted. I brought in my vehicle for a leak, engine light and auto start light on 2/09/24. I paid for a diagnostic and was told after a few hours that in order to fix the issues I had to pay $1700. I agreed to repairs after being guaranteed all 3 of my concerns would be fixed. After two days my auto start light came back on. Immediately I sent a picture and reached out to my advisor to inform her. That following Monday she reached back out and she suggested I wait for the light to come back on before bringing it in being that they would not be able to tell if it wasn t on. After a couple weeks of it coming on and off I reached back out and requested another evaluation appointment. At this point my engine light came back on. On 3/6/24 I brought in my vehicle for a second diagnosis and after a couple hours was told I needed to pay over $4600 dollars to fix the problem. I didn t agree as I had already paid for it to be fixed first time and was guaranteed it would be fixed. The next day I reached out to Brent the manager and his answer was I can t do it for free and told me this second time around it would fixed. He offered to lower it but I did not accept as I got scammed the first time around. After reviewing there google review it seems like a common problem they have I will not be bringing my vehicle back unless they are willing to fix it right this time for no additional cost added.

Not your typical dealership in the BEST way!!! If you're concerned about high pressure sales or you've had bad dealership experiences in the past you can set your worries aside when you visit Ziegler Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Grandville . We inquired over the phone initially about a vehicle we had seen online. It was so easy to set up a test drive! The weather has been less than stellar and it was a longer drive for us to get there but Lisa had the vehicle ready for us ! It was ready and waiting in the SERVICE BAY so we could take our time checking it out without contending with the snow storm .Lisa was so knowledgeable, kind, funny and genuine! Lisa was so easy to talk to and she listened to what we were looking for. Not every day you leave a dealership feeling that way! Nate in finance did a fantastic job . He answered all of our questions and listened to our concerns when it came to our budget.I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience! Ive already shared my experience with others and I will reach out to Lisa for any future vehicle needs !

The Best! Had an issue with my Durango and the Holland store said it would be 2-3 weeks, Zeigler CDJR in Grandville has me in same day!!! Excellent service from Taylor!!! I purchased the car from Nate a few years ago, and we use this store for service, as well as for our other needs. If it was possible to give TEN Stars, I would.

Nik Schepers was awesome! I called to explain that I saw a vehicle I was interested in buying and had a trade in. When I parked at the dealership, Nik greeted me with a friendly smile, calling me by name from the front door so I would know where to go. I was impressed that he remembered my vehicle, my distance away, and watched for me. I feel very uncomfortable at dealerships, but Nik was very friendly, helpful, informative, and energetic over the long process. He offered to buy me dinner which was thoughtful. He showed me the features that I would use on my way home and paired my phone to my new vehicle. I also liked that he introduced me to 3 other team members who I worked with- great team player! I love my car, probable because it s a bmw.I worked with Justin,He is probably the most lie filled sales man I have yet came across.He lied about paying for my first oil change . My oil change is covered till 35k and he paid for it dude it s free.There was a rip on my handle when I bought it. So I brought it in and he said he won t fix it As soon as I left that parking lot, he dropped all his duties.I can t even get a hold of him.Left messages and no call back.You can pay me to go see him again to buy a car and I ll pay you back to not see him.Justin, blonde hair, white guy,Please do better Ziegler.Thanks

I had quite the wonderful experience purchasing my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit. I had the pleasure of working with Lisa Downie. She spent a lot of time (months infact) helping me find the vehicle of my dreams. Not many places/people will stay committed to finding exactly what you want, especially in a used vehicle and especially considering the challenge of this market. The only good thing about this place is /was Lisa (sales). Service department is horrible and crooked. Funny how about a year ago they wanted $700 to replace my thermostat and said it wasn t under warranty charged me $100 for diagnostic when it was already diagnosed somewhere else for free all it was was a stuck sensor. It has now been a year and I have been all over the country in my vehicle with no issues. I sat down with Lisa for a bit thinking about buying a new vehicle but it didn t pan out. Anyways 100 stars for Lisa and only Lisa!!!

Horrible service. I took my Grand Wagoneer in for an oil change and some recalls. They delivered my car back with a cracked windshield, claiming it was already there. We had proof that it wasn't, and they had no proof showing it was there when we dropped the car off at their dealership. The police were called and checked the video surveillance footage, and they agreed with me that the windshield crack was not there when we dropped it off. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

JUSTIN IN PARTS! Needs a raise! He helped me find information on my truck that should be easily accessible and printed on the doorjam sticker, but was not; nor could the 1-800 number for Ram manufacturing help to find me this information! He was friendly and kind and extremely helpful! Very thankful to have been able to talk to him!

Run from this Service Dept. They had my car for 4 months before finally quoting me 40k for an engine swap, then 20k for new headers, after telling me it would be under warranty. They gave me 12 different reasons for engine issues and never really had a grasp on what was wrong. Advisor told me they had it down to 3 hours for diagnostic billing for the nearly 4 months that had the car. Then he left the company. 2nd advisor told me the diagnostic was 10 hours or 2000 dollars to diagnose the repair and then ask me for 20k to replace heads on a 14k car.I finally had it towed to another dealership. I had to pay 800 dollars to replace battery due to location and type because it was now bad because it sat outside at the dealership for 12 weeks. They then ran several tests and determined intake manifold and egr were bad. Zeigler dealership told me it failed a leak down test which was not the case. I had both items replaced under warranty but had to fork over 4k for repair of water pump, battery, and radiator. This originally would have been under warranty but because so many people have now touched the vehicle they cannot tie it to warranty.Long story short the incompetence of zeigler service has cost me now 5 months without a vehicle. They originally asked for 40k then 20k to replace an engine and heads that were fine. They never diagnosed the vehicle properly.I'm debating whether to take them to claims court and have them pay for the repairs that would have been covered and wouldn't have been needed if it wasn't for their incompetence. Also, they charge roughly 20% more than the other local dealers for their service rate.

Its ok place to shop for a vehicle they use to have very pushy sale people. But now u can buy a car online and pick it up later with very limited interaction. Car shopping has definitely changed which can be frustrating to some people because they use to old ways with the pushy sales people.

Great experience,Thanks Jake out of all the dealerships I ve been to this one did not make me want to leave when I walked in. I spoke to Jake he treated me like I was royalty did not know me from Adam, but he gave me much respect. A lot of the other dealerships I ve been to they took a look at me and for some reason they didn t feel or didn t think that I would be able to purchase what I want and that is an expense that really bothers me but thanks to Jake. He gave me a new outlook that everybody is not the same, which allowed me to change my perspective of how I view representatives from dealerships. Thumbs up to Jake Lancaster.

My experience at Zeigler was great. Ron and his mechanics were polite and kept me informed about my car.It was supposed to be a simple oil and rotation of the tires. Couple of other parts had to be replaced. Ron was very nice and could have asked for a nicer person.Thank you

Justin helped us out and we had a great experience working with him. He was not aggressive in his sales approach, and helped answer all of our questions. Both he and Nate in finance were both honest and were a pleasure negotiating with. I would recommend them if you are in the market for a vehicle.
