I m not used to posting reviews online but Swanson s deserves a good review. I m a new driver and not quite knowledgeable about cars. The team at Swanson s were very accommodating, very professional and honest about wants going on with my car. Swanson s will definitely be my go to for car maintenance and issues. Very professional and fair. Needed brakes and they told me that I only needed to replace the rear brakes. Front ones were still fine. Saved me a few hundred bucks. Scheduled an appointment and three hours later my car was ready with the brakes done. Could not ask for anything more. If I ever have any car issues, I know exactly where to bring it.

Good for most things in our experience and they did me well for my first couple visits but had a doozy this spring where they couldn t figure out how to fix it but still ended up charging me over $1300 in repairs I ended up bringing it to Ensings repair and he fixed it same day for $450. Just seems ridiculous that they had my car for well over a week and charged me for not actually fixing my car.

Swanson's was very helpful. I came in from out of state and my truck broke down in the last 15 miles of the trip. They were very busy but got me in and fixed in about 4 days. Charged a fair price also.

I took my 2016 Ford Focus to Borgman's and was quoted $3500 to replace the full Rack and Pinion on my vehicle. I called Swanson and their quote came in as $2300. Over a thousand less than dealer using all the same parts. There was a hiccup in the scheduling that put the work behind schedule but after discussing my frustration Swanson went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We needed the vehicle by a certain date and they met that expectation. The total including oil change as well came out to $2600. Pricey nonetheless but more affordable then a dealer in the area and I would 100% recommend using Swanson. I test drove the vehicle quite a bit and they cleared up the issues I was having. I would definitely use Swanson again. Shoutout to Wendy. You were welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful. Thanks again.Services: Wheel alignment, Auto maintenance

With them being only 2 minutes from my house is a bonus, but I would still go to Swanson's if they were a good distance away. I've used them for both my vehicles and they always perform great service. Just recently I had a timing belt issue that they were able to repair very quickly. They explained the issues and what the repair would be along with the cost. They even called me the day after to ensure everything was running properly. Great people, great company. We knew we needed to have our tires rotated due to uneven wear, but we also knew that they could be used longer and didn t need replacement. There was still plenty of tread on all four tires and space before the wear bars. Another tire store said we definitely needed four new tires. I knew that wasn t true. Swanson s was honest. They did the rotation and wrote on the bill their recommendation of two new tires which were more worn than the other two. I appreciated their honesty. Their service was also prompt and their pricing was fair.

They offered me $500 I countered asking for $800 to cover some of my losses. By offering the $500 tells you they know they should have approached the repair differently. Done more research and asked for advise from the experts at a GM certified repair shop.First repair $1880.00 fuel injectors, did not correct issue. Second try $2800.00 repair & replace #4 cylinder push rod. Still did not correct issue. Come to find out they should have done more to find out that the camshaft was defective for number 4 cylinder as I was told by a heavy duty mechanic from GM and Chevy. After all said and done over $15,000 and more than a year to fix issue. Do not use this repair shop. Will be taking them to small claim court.Service: Auto maintenance

Had to take a work truck in for a tire repair, called and they told us to get it in before 4pm and it would be done right away. Belle tire wanted us to wait an hour and a half just to be seen and then we might not even get it fixed. They suggested to make an appointment 3 days out.

Very polite and prompt customer service. Reasonable and reliable repairs. I brought our Acura and Honda there for brake repairs. Swanson's definitely got a strong recommendation from me when it comes to auto repairs.

Mike was a pleasure to work with! My 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee had a severe coolant leak. I was able to limp it into there shop on Monday morning and was initially told that they could not get to my vehicle until Friday. The next day, Tuesday morning, Mike contacted me and advised they were able to get my vehicle in sooner than expected and that I had a leak in my Radiator as well as a bad water pump. They had my vehicle fully repaired with a new radiator and water pump by Thursday morning and they came in 100 dollars less than the initial estimate! Great work and great communication throughout! Have definitely gained a new customer! My father who recently retired after 42 years as a mechanic even gave a 2 thumbs up! Stopped by Swanson s before a long drive back home because my low tire pressure light was on. They greeted me warmly and kindly drove my car inside on a snowy, cold night and checked it out for me.......free of charge!!! I would wholeheartedly recommend Swanson s for your auto service needs! They treated me like a friend from the moment I walked in the door until I got safely back on the road. :)

Had a freak accident, and brought my car to Swansons. Everyone was so helpful and kept me updated on my vehicle. Spoke with Wendy and Justin, both were super friendly. The work done on my vehicle was awesome, and really happy about the honesty. Definitely be back! Thanks again.

My family has been taking our three autos to Swanson's since 2008 and we have been very happy with the service we received. We always feel good about the service recommendations they make and are never concerned that we might be getting taken advantage of. If you're looking for a new team to service your vehicles, I'd recommend Swanson's.

Swanson's Auto did a great job for me and my vehicle. I brought them a used SUV that needed a number of things checked and replaced. Wendy and Keith took the time to explain to me what they were doing and answered my many questions patiently. The team did a great job of walking the fine line between what really needs focus now vs. what may still last awhile. Many shops are quick to give the full laundry list, but they were patient, considerate, and diligent in considering what I could or couldn't get away with. They offered a loaner car to make the service time less inconvenient and when I had any other ongoing issues/things I wanted checked, were very quick about getting me in for a quick inspection right away. I never got the impression they were trying to talk me into services and repairs that weren't really valuable at the time. I would recommend keeping your business local and going with a smaller shop who seemed to value my business/concerns far more than some of the big dealerships in the area.

They replaced some of my rear end parts of my jeep, front wheel, bearing and other miscellaneous parts. They did a very great job. I will be returning my vehicle when it breaks down again, thank you for the great job

I took my Impale to Swanson's as I noticed my exhaust had become louder. I had no idea if I needed a complete new exhaust system or at the least maybe a muffler. After leaving it there for them to check I was home no more than two hours and I got the call my car was done! They were able to repair a hole in the exhaust pipe for a total of under $100. There is truly something to be said about have confidence and more so trust in a auto garage and I certainly do with Swanson's!Service: Exhaust

You cannot find a better place to have your auto serviced than Swanson's. I have had our family vehicles serviced there for over 30 years. The staff are very complete in helping you understand what problem may exist and giving a detailed estimate of the cost to take care of it. Randy Swanson is to be commended for having some of the best people over the years in working at Swanson's Auto Service.

I was referred to Swanson's by a friend and I have always loved the service! They do the best work I have ever had and work with you, even through financial issues if they seem plausible.When I got my Sion, I went to Bell-Tire and they charged me $400 for basically looking at my car and not even changing my oil. They tinkered with something else and caused more damage to my car.When I went to Swanson's, I've had nothing but good service and great quality; I've even learned a bit more about cars because of them! The front desk lady, Wendy, is such a joy and I love seeing her!I would recommend ANYONE to go to them. Fabulous people!

The tire pressure light came in, so I stopped to get it checked. They immediately saw a hole in the sidewalk of a tire on my awd nightmare car they worked on it and I got home safely thanks to their help.They were nothing short of amazing!!

The team at Swanson s did an incredible job on my vehicle! I was from out of town and had an emergency situation. I was a walk in appointment, explained my situation and my time crunch, and they had me out within 2 hours. Thank you guys for a quick and easy fix! Highly recommend!

I needed some work done on my car, and I didn't quite know where to even start. I poked around Google Maps, read some reviews, and wound up at Swanson's. They diagnosed my car. They fixed my car. I am now heading into winter with a lot more confidence in my car.Solid service. Nice people. Good coffee. That's about all you can really ask for. Thank you, Swanson's Auto.

We took our car in because of no heat, the staff was very nice, Wendy was very attentive! I got a call that we just needed a new radiator cap, we were so glad it wasn t something big. But the next day my car overheated and broke down. I called they sent someone right down took the car back and said we needed a new alternator. Well when the radiator blew up we felt that it was damaged from the radiator fluid. Mr.Swanson was very nice said he d investigate our concerns and came to the conclusion that it did look bad and maybe coincidental but he refunded our 388.00 which was in this day and age amazing. It s nice to have an owner that listens to their customer and not jump to conclusions. Very fair and fast service!

We have been taking our vehicles here for the last 9 years, when we moved to the area. Always great service. Staff is awesome! As a woman, I do not feel taken advantage of. I have never had any problems at all.
