Nyenhuis is amazing! Highly recommend.I hit a deer and after some research I decided to give this place a try. Very friendly staff, complementary loaner vehicles if needed, and they did incredible work on my car. It looks even better than it did when I bought it! Amazing place! Went there to get my car washed and coated after some cement goop in a parking garage dripped over my car. They were super flexible with pick up and drop off times, and were very informative. Plus, they did a great job! Car is as good as new and shiny as can be. Hand down would recommend this place for similar services.

Brand new Honda, less than 2500 miles on it. Works lawnmower throws rocks and hits and scratches my car.Nyenhuis did an excellent job on it. They worked with my insurance, and I had a car to drive while my car was being fixed. Great experience. I would highly recommend them!

I have had my car repaired here twice now. When I got it back this time. They were in such a hurry they forgot to hook up my battery. Now after I get it home I find out they didn't put the screws in the back bumper on the driver's side. I will have to do that so it doesn't rip off going down the highway. The front bumper was replaced and they can't seem to get that to line up as u can see in the pictures. The driver side window is loose and rattles around. I found a socket under the trunk lid on the side not actually in the trunk but in the lip area. What else will I find? Not impressed. The guys are cool to deal with but this is way too many things overlooked. I can live with the bumper being a little off but not screws missing and a scratch that wasn't there and a janky window a new dent in the driver's door. Examine your vehicle thoroughly before u pull out of the parking lot.

Although they had to reschedule my appt originally due to an influx of jobs, Nyenhuis got my car fixed asap for my appt and they left my car looking spotless. They literally cleaned my car interior and it was the cherry on top of getting my car back. It was a great day. Thank you!

I have nothing but great things to say about Nyenhuis Collision. I took my car there to get repaired after an accident, and post repair they told me to bring it back if there were any issues or concerns. Every time I brought it back, they were attentive and worked right away to resolve my issue that same day. They really do have phenomenal customer service and I would recommend them to anymore. The paint job they did on my car looks fantastic as well. 10/10!Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim, Auto detailing

They always go above and beyond for their customers, very good customer service.They have free loaner cars available at the time of your service if available.I have an appointment next month to take my Mercedes-Benz and I have no doubt that they will do 110 percent

Very professional and expert service.Had a crash and figured I wouldn't see my vehicle for months, but much to my surprise it was done in a couple weeks. Everything looks just like new (except for a headlight that had to be found at a junk yard to replace the broken one. It's a little weathered and doesn't match the other side of the vehicle). I found one on Amazon and will probably just replace it myself. Doesn't effect my opinion, that's an insurance issue.

Awesome job! They repaired our trunk and replaced the bumper after being rear-ended. Did the work in a timely manner and it looks brand new! These guys are awesome! I had work done on my driver door. Took them a total of two days to repair. The work was flawless. Their service is unparalleled to other body shops I've been to. This shop came highly recommended and after an experience with them, I was certainly not disappointed. As a testament to their professional reputation, the towing service I used blurted Good choice! even before I could finish saying their name. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and professional. The women at the front desk combine hospitality and business perfectly. The shop representative I spoke with was friendly, attentive, easy-going, and really made me feel comfortable leaving my favorite car in his hands. The owner(?) was courteous and professional even when I showed up less than 5 minutes before closing on a Friday (oops) to settle a towing bill. Unfortunately, my circumstances forced me to use a different shop with different services, but with the experience I had, I have no hesitation recommending this establishment to anyone. Even the shop I ended up using had good things to say about Nyenhuis.

Great service! Had a rust spot that formed on the floor of my car, most likely from running over a sharp metal piece on the road and moisture buildup. the rust spot was probably about the size of a volleyball and you could touch the interior carpet from under the car in some areas.I tried to get quotes from multiple collision centers. Majority of places refused to do the work because they claimed it a "liability issue." Another place said they would only replace the whole car floor and wanted $6,000 for it! No thanks.Finally I found Nyenhuis and they cut out the rust spot and welded on a new piece of metal for a much reasonable price. The patch looks great and feels very sturdy. Will definitely use their services again!

Yesterday I unfortunately had a huge rock hit my car while I was driving on the highway, a lot of people recommended them so I took my car here this morning and wow excellent service and they even did a free yes FREE paint touch up on my vehicle and he even told me some stories and cracked a few jokes made me feel so much better about my vehicle and the situation. Thank you for the excellent service next time a rock decides to damage my car I will be back ! (Let's hope not) also the receptionist was so kind on the phone. THANK YOU!!Service: Painting

I hit a deer coming home and naturally did a bit of damage to my car. I called Nyenhuis and brought it in to get an estimate right away. I had an amazing experience with Dan and Lori. They were just amazing and so friendly and thorough. Instead of doing more paperwork for a rental Nyenhuis gave me loaner car. The work done on my van was fast and done right. They even fixed a piece of molding that came off this winter at NO CHARGE! I am so impressed with this company. I will be back and recommend them 100%

Helpful staff and friendly receptionist. They have a limited number of cars to loan while you get yours worked on, so you may need to wait on a future appointment if you need to use one of theirs.They did good work. My insurance covered my costs so I can't speak into how good their prices are or not.I would recommend them.

Very nice staff. Shane is great to work with, very honest. After our car was fixed, it was still having some issues, Shane and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to figure out what was wrong.

Just picked up my car from getting the hood repainted and the dents taken out of my Volvo XC90. Not only did they do a great job on the hood, they washed and vacuumed my vehicle. I will definately be coming back!

Had my lift gate damaged Costco parking lot (no note left). Was referred to Nyenhuis by a friend and could not be happier. Estimated two to three days to fix and took less than 2 days. Cannot tell it was ever damaged. Excellent work. I would recommend this place to anybody needing collision/body work. Thanks.

Our son rolled our Chevy Suburban a few years ago and we brought it to Jim at Nyenhuis Body Shop. We got it back and was extremely pleased with the work. No wind noise and it drove down the road great. In fact, we ended up putting 320,000 miles on it and never had a problem.

I just got my Envoy back after a little accident and Nyenhuis Collision could not have done a better job. The staff is friendly and helpful and worked hard to accommodate my schedule. The work was done perfectly and costs were clearly held to the lowest possible amount. I highly recommend them and expect to go nowhere else as long as I live in the area. Radiator smashed and some body damage after spinning and doing a 180 and stopping in a snow bank. This place, even though extremely nice on the phone, gave me back my car without my heated seats warming (never a problem after crashed), had it a month and never mentioned a loaner, picked up last night and today after running one errand, had a 2017 Pacifica smoking from the engine, coolant fluids pouring out and leaving me stranded at my son's elementary school. I've had it 24 hours people. The exterior fender not placed correctly and sticks out. Possible door throwing it out every time it's opened. This was supposed to be fixed. So, tow number 2 and I'm supposed to trust in their work AGAIN, per state farm. Shop around people.
