Had tires on my truck replaced today - Todd helped me through the process and made it so easy - best price in town and outstanding service in and out on time - couldn t be happier with the results- I think we both had a huge smile on our faces when he pulled it out of the stall - best experience dealing with Midwest ! My wife's tire went flat and we headed here and were able to get us in right away. We also had another vehicle that had a flat tire on it that another tire company told us was not repairable. They looked at it and told us that they could absolutely repair it so I was happy to get it repaired instead of having to buy four new tires. Thank you for taking care of us today and getting us in and out! You guys were busy and I can totally see why! Your customer service is great and we would gladly return to your to get pricing on tires when we need to purchase all four. Thanks again guys

These guys took care of me! They hooked me up with new wheels and tires at a great price. They also polished the wheels as well as added a tire shine. I highly recommend these guys any day of the week.

Quick and friendly! Swapped out my front tires for me and had me back on the road in about 30-40 minutes. The waiting area was clean and the gentleman working the front desk area was very kind.

Gave them a Mercedes AMG wheel for repair and refinishing as they re the only shop in West Michigan that does this kinda work. They messed up the color match - wheel was repainted quite a bit lighter than original. 6 months later the paint is already chipping off. Crack repair lasted a few months before it was leaking again.

I have been dreading dealing with tires/rotations for years, specifically at the chain shops. I decided to give these guys a try and have been extremely happy to say the least. Worked with Matt on picking out a new set of wheels/tires for my truck. He got me hooked up on a new setup that I love. My FAVORITE part about this shop is how quickly they can get you in and out for rotations. I will be a repeat customer no question!

I called around 8:30am day before thanksgiving because I had a nail in my tire. They got me in at 10:30am, had me out by 11am and were able to put on a used tire for $80. Great service and they saved my day.

I have been using Midwest Tire for many years. They have been my go-to shop for best deals on new and used tires. Scott and his employees are wonderful!Tofay with no appointment, I showed up with leaking tire. They squeezed me in between a fully packed schedule to get me back on the road inexpensively and quickly. What a blessing these guys are!

Went here to get a set of tires mounted and balanced. Staff was incredibly kind and professional, and were able to get the job done the same day. Services are better priced than the larger tire shop chains. Definitely give them a call or stop in!

Well last time I was there I think they took off the wrong tire when I went to replace two which the old man said I needed. We returned to ask about balancing a week later and the worker said I now needed 1 tire. Which is crazy cuz I never replace one tire at a time. Soooo 3.5 for them. I trusted them and now - not so much. Really sad too cuz we just don t need ongoing tire issues with a shop whose employees can t agree on what is needing replacing. If they can t do it by sight they should label the tire for later. I m upset. It s a costly mistake -for both parties.Yep.

I've been coming here since 1986. Todd helped me with my first set of truck tires. Got married, had kids and I'm still coming here for all my family tire needs. Scott and Todd are great to deal with and I'm happy to have been able to do business with them all these years.

I've been coming here for nearly 25 years. Everyone is friendly. They have a good stock of rims and tires. If they don't have what you're looking for, they can order it. It's always good doing business with Todd and the guys.

This place, first I needed a tire so I came here,they sold me a used tire which was fine, cost was 120.00 plus putting it on..within 2 days I'm already filling it with air,and by one week I had to go get another tire..somewhere else of course because no warranty no nothing just outta luck..I work too hard to give away 150.00 so long story short, go somewhere else.

I remember looking everywhere for a specific tire for my 1993 Chevy s10 and finally finding that exact tire (in stock) at Midwest that was 13 years ago! Great people, great service(in a time where that is as rare as the tire I was looking for), and will compete with prices from the biggest companies. I cannot say enough nice things and refuse to give my business to anyone else.

I work on the road, so not only do I need good tires, but need to make sure I really need them when I replace them. I've always been happy with my service, without having to worry about being oversold. After years of working with them, I just won't go anywhere else. I will go out of my way, just because they have earned my trust.

Was completely honest about what I needed and didn't price gouge me. The prices are extremely reasonable and the owner guarantees his products and services 100%He doesn't sugar coat anything and tells you the truth weather it lines his pockets are not.

Bought tires a month ago have a slow leak in front passenger side tire go back in I realize this is a busy season but there s no nail or anything so it s probably a valve stem or bad seal. But can t even get him to take a look at it all I got was a sorry you can hang out. Also out of pure laziness they didn t reset the Tpms sensor originally so my heads up display is not right. That part wasn t a huge deal until they re decided not to look at the tire real quick. Would not recommend coming here obviously they only care about getting your initial dollar.Edit: since this clown wants to respond to every negative review claiming how it wasn t his fault. Brought it down the road to bell tire a place that I didn t expect to be more competent than you. It was the seal and even though they were booked solid they still got me out of there in 45 min. Sound like you need to brush up on customer service. Anyways yes laziness is what I would describe not doing a simple task that s done easily. Not entitled just a customer looking for a businesses to fix his minor mess up.

I was just at Midwest Tire Inc. I was given incredibly good service! This is the busy time for getting tires, and they were super busy. I was worried because I had a leaky tire, and they fit me in. I am so grateful to them! It was very economical and they treat you with respect. I will be going to them for my business!
