I didn t know these guys do trailer rentals. I needed to rent a flatbed car trailer. My previous three experiences with U-Haul were terrible. These guys are reasonably priced, their trailers are very nice, offer a lot of support if needed and are flexible. I will drive the extra 15 minutes instead of U-Haul.

I've used this trailer company for services with multiple different companies that I've personally worked for over the years and Grandville Trailer is always FANTASTIC! The service guys will get you taken care very quickly and do great work. Right now I have a 36ft enclosed trailer that they fixed the suspension and trailer brakes on in less than a day! That's awesome service! So happy to have my brakes back and a very smooth riding trailer. Yall ROCK!

Lance is awesome! My turn signal wasn't working on my trailer. It ended up being my truck. Helped me 6 months after buying my trailer and It wasn't even for the trailer, it was a fuse in my truck. Would highly recommend!!

Very pleased with the experience we had at Grandville Trailer. We purchased a special order 2023 Diamond C FMAX210, and Bruce worked with us on the options we could get and answered all our questions. The sales process was quick and easy. Besides the lead time for Diamond C's, which is not their fault, we were super pleased with the purchase and well worth the wait for this quality trailer. We will be back to purchase more in the future and look forward to this ongoing relationship.

I did receive a phone call from Rick the owner of Grandville Trailer after he saw the review below. He assured me that there would be no charges and that he would not have charged anything extra regardless of the review. His called strictly to clear the air and assure me not to worry as well as apologize about my experience. I have since adjusted my ratings from 3 to 5 stars as the trailer performed flawlessly and the extra mile Rick went to communicate with me tells me that the business is a quality business. Rick stated he had spoken with both the check in as well as check out employees since my drop off. I appreciate his professional approach to resolving my concerns!The rental of this trailer over the phone started out great. I spoke to a gentleman named Zack and booked an enclosed 16 foot trailer.The day of the pickup I had another gentleman who checked me in. When I went to pay for the trailer my card was declined twice and I promptly asked if they were having trouble with their machine. He said, "Not today". I ended up calling my credit card company and they said for him to try it manually as his reader was not reading the chip in my card. Sure enough...... Went through. This guy was totally unengaged. As I took a look around the trailer I saw many dents and a portion in the back that was slightly damaged. The guy told me that this trailer had been rebuilt as it was in an accident. I decided to take some pictures of the outside just to make sure there were no disagreements later over condition.I rented for a week and brought back today. The guy that checked me in again was very uncommunitive. I saw him writing notes. I said the trailer had a number of dents upon pickup. He then said that somehow one of the rear tires was dragged on an edge and the tire would need to be replaced. He accused me of having my electric brakes cranked up too high. I promptly responded that I have pulled a sixteen foot trailer with equipment on it for the past 20 years and was confident I did not have the brakes turned up too high. Also the damage was only on one tire on an edge. There is also a note about cracked wood in the inside of the trailer. Again, this is the condition in which I received trailer. He didn't provide a copy of his write up nor did he explain what this write up would be used for. I asked for a copy and he acted put out so I took a picture of the write up. Ultimately I will fight any additional charges if that is a route they are taking. Since the gentleman was so uncommunitive and unfriendly I really have no idea. I originally was going to discuss a purchase of a new enclosed trailer but after my experience I decided I would just leave. I have included some of the pictures of the trailer upon pick up along with the write up. I will tell you the trailer performed well. Too bad I was left with such an uneasy feeling from all but Zach!

The guys at Grandville Trailer have been great. There were patient and helpful as I asked many questions via email before we ordered our trailer.When I went in to pick up the trailer several weeks ago, I arrived shortly before they closed for the day. It was then that we discovered that the wiring on our van had some issues. They were extremely helpful in helping to troubleshoot and replace the defective parts, even staying an extra hour after they closed to make sure everything was good to go for the drive back to Cadillac.Since purchasing the trailer, I've had some questions for them and the great customer service has continued since then.I would highly recommend Grandville Trailer for your trailer needs.

Thanks to all of you for selling me the Cargo Max trailer. We live in Wisconsin. Older trailer had issues and we needed something to move 4-wheeler, ice house and family out to go ice fishing. New trailer works great. Light weight, tows great on the ice and off. Back in Wisconsin now and can't wait to haul wood chips. Thanks again to Cargo Max and Grandville Trailer for great sales and service

Found a trailer that I liked on their web site and emailed them some questions on prices. They were quick to respond with pricing on several models of the trailer I was looking at. Went to there business and Salesman showed me around the lot and I purchased it that day. Had a few questions that I emailed them the next day and the response was very fast. Great service so far

Amazing experience at Grandville Trailer today! Bought an 18ft Diamond C car hauler and could not be happier! Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and accommodating! Grandville Trailer is now my go-to for all of my trailer service needs. While cosmetically perfect, my boat trailer had not been maintained mechanically by the previous owner. Grandville Trailer did a complete mechanical overall including LED lights, new wiring, new jack, a modified coupler, and a full electric brake conversion. The trailer now performs as good as it looks. Big thanks to the team at Grandville Trailer!

Bought both my trailers here, had great experience with staff both times once had a flat on my trailer I called them literally 5 minutes till close on a Friday and they answered my call sold me a tire and rim replacement and left it outside the building for me to get , saved me from needing a tow and leaving behind my trailer for the weekend was such a great help would recommend to anyone looking to buy a trailer or get accessories for towing etc great staff and great products . Will always bring my business back to Grandville trailer!!

Outstanding customer service! My buddy's band's tour trailer died at the last minute before they hit the road for a mid-west tour. When I called to see if they had something available, used preferably, Greg hooked us up. Even though the unit was not road ready, Greg got that thing whipped into shape and ready to ROCK in 2 hours!! Suffice to say, Greg saved the tour!! And the cost was very very reasonable! Good people at Grandville Trailer!

Stopped in to purchase a trailer we found online. Noticed a couple flaws in the trailer, asked the staff if they would honor a discount and was told no. Showed the flaws to the sales guy and was very dismissive and said that is not the only trailer with that same issue. We asked a second time if he was willing to lower the price at all and was told absolutely not! We left and purchased a trailer down the road.

What an experience!!!!!1 - Prices we re listed on the website.2 - Very helpful over the phone3 - Held my trailer on my word instead of requiring a deposit to hold for a day4 - Just an enjoyable experience dealing with the people5 - I was out the door for $7k less for more options than the other Diamond C dealer in the state. 1 of those options being a hydraulic dove tail

Dave and the rest of the staff at Grandville Trailer were great. I completed the majority of the transaction over the phone. Dave did a great job explaining everything to me. By the time I got there I was in and out within 15 minutes. One of the gentlemen in the service department even took the time to explain the recommended yearly maintenance. Thank you for the top notch customer service along with the smooth transaction. If you're in the market for a trailer, this is the place to go!

I was looking for a specific brand, color, and style of trailer for my remodeling business. I was pleased to find it on their lot in Stock. I purchased the trailer and was given a discount for paying cash, not to mention the additional 10% off everything in the store when purchasing a trailer. They expertly fitted the towing package to my Truck, tested all lights, and the covered safety issues on hooking up the trailer for future use. These guys are Awesome and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the service and help I received.I went in with an old trailer, that needed a lot of help. After the mechanic went through it, he discover more issues, that needed fixing. He and Greg made an offer to buy my old trailer, and I was presented a nice deal for a new trailer. I am so pleased with the new trailer.Everyone was so nice, and after this purchase, I will recommend Grandville trailer to everyone.Very impressed,guys!!

In July of this year i ordered a Neo trailer from GT, and the service and input i received during the process was outstanding! They recommended upgrading my tires which i would have never considered. While waiting for the trailer, I communicated with them several times via phone and email and they were always very responsive. When i picked up my trailer, they promptly helped me install a new hitch, and provide a thorough overview of the trailer. Great service oriented business, with a good size inventory and knowledgeable people to assist you! I highly recommend this business.

I purchased a Dump trailer and have been very happy with trailer and there service. Thank You! I had a Professional Welder work on trailer. He made it able to use ramps. He said it's one of the best trailers he ever seen. He pointed out the Quality of the trailer. Showed me the welds. Very Professional and Built with High Quality. Thank You.

Rented a trailer, but during the hookup process to my vehicle they found that the running lights were not working. Zack and Rob both spent the time then and there to troubleshoot the issue, found out it was my wiring, and completely re-wired my brake harness. Zack and Rob saved our upcoming trip, were super helpful and positive through the whole process. Any time I need anything that can be bought at this shop, I will be back. The owner should be very proud to have Zack and Rob on their team.

Great experience purchasing a trailer from Dave. He walked me through the process over the phone and as I had been looking for some time I already knew which size and configuration of trailer I would need. After about 15 minutes on the phone we had the deal done and when I got to the store the trailer was pulled out and ready for me along with all of the paperwork. I think I was at the store for all of 10 minutes! Their website is easy to navigate and the inventory is very up to date and fairly priced. I'm sure if I have need of a different trailer in the future Grandville Trailer will be my first, and probably only stop. Thanks for the help and great service!
