Jeff was absolutely amazing. I had a shredded tire. Jeff was kind, professional, and got me back on the road quickly! I couldn't recommend him enough!!! The price was great, too.

Had to get a jumpstart because my car battery died due to not driving because of the snow storm and the super cold weather. My roadside assistance couldn't get someone out to me for 2+ hours, so I started looking at other options. Grand Valley quoted me at a 30 minute wait, and were there in less than 20 minutes. I'm super impressed, and would recommend them to anyone stuck in a jam! Will definitely be using them again if needed!

Fantastic service!!! Truck died late at night in the cold and Steve was quick to respond and locate my vehicle. He loaded up the truck fast and offered a ride home to me which helped immensely as my alternative was walking home thank you for the kind and fast help and good conversation Steve!

I called somewhat early morning. I wasn't talking to good. But, the GVT man I spoke with was very polite, professional and worked with me. / was treated like a great customer. I was kept updated with text as to acknowledgment that they have accepted the tow request and when the driver was dispatched. The driver called me also, when he started on his way to my vehicle.They accomplished their time estimates exactly. The driver was great, clean, polite, helpful and very professional. The truck and equipment was in good repair and clean. The driver and company was represented to me as trustworthy.Call this company, Grand Valley Towing for your daughter or wife when in need of vehicle recovery.

Came to my rescue on the side of the highway within a half hour. I was heading up north so my car was Finn of suitcases and boxes, even my dog! The man that came was so kind and helpful! He helped me unload my car. He told me there was also rush while we waited a couple mins for my ride and then he even helped put my stuff in my friends car! What a bright light on the terrible day I was having!

Justin went over and beyond helping me when I was in a horrible car accident he truly does care he even made sure I was ok and took deep breaths with me so I didn't have a panic attack then continued to take my totalled car away so if you want to be sure you are in safe hands then I recommend you ask for Justin!!! He truly cares even under the unfortunate circumstances and he reminded me that cars can be replaced and my life cannot. So thank you again Justin and God bless you!!

used them for 27 years. written checks before & never bounced. Wrote a check this time, day after christmas... i bank at credit union that's not open, and left my wallet in my desk at work after pulling a long Christmas day shift. I didn't have a card to pay them with.I had no clue they no longer took checks.They refused the check, took my car, and impounded it. I now have to get a taxi to go to bank and get cash go there pay it, pay for storage, and pay a different company tow it home... NEVER EVER AGAIN.I Will NeVER EVER use them again!Zero humanity and certainly no loyalty to customers who have been so for them. Shameful
