I called in the morning to make sure that the vehicle that I was interested in was available. Put a deposit down to hold it for me as we live an hour away from the dealership. That process was easy and straightforward. Upon arrival, the vehicle was parked out front ready for our test drive. We were pleasantly greeted by our sales representative. The test drive went well and we were able to reach a deal, satisfactory to both parties. Overall, a pleasant experience at Borgman Ford.

Highly recommend seeing their salesman, "Skip"! Probably the most ethical salesman I have witnessed. We picked a car, agreed to a price, and signed the paperwork a day after. Yes, that quick and easy! Signing took about 20-30 minutes and my wife was ecstatic to drive off the lot with her new vehicle. P.S. no extra fluff pushed on to you at this dealership!!!

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Borgman Ford and cannot express enough how impressed I was with the entire experience. From the moment I first called them to the day I drove off in my new truck, every aspect of my interaction with Borgman Ford exceeded my expectations.First and foremost, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by Billy Firn. He was attentive to my needs, knowledgeable about the vehicle, and genuinely invested in helping obtain the vehicle. What truly sets Borgman Ford apart, however, is their commitment to customer satisfaction. Throughout the purchasing process, I felt supported every step of the way. From my first contact to navigating the paperwork, Billy Firn went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free.In addition to their exceptional service, I was also impressed by the transparency and honesty exhibited by Borgman Ford. There were no hidden fees or surprises, and they were upfront about all aspects of the transaction, creating a level of trust that is hard to come by in this industry.Overall, my experience at Borgman Ford was nothing short of exceptional. If you're in the market for a new vehicle and want to work with a dealership that prioritizes integrity, quality, and customer satisfaction, look no further than Borgman Ford. I am confident that you will be as thrilled with your experience as I am with mine.

This is the third time I have leased a car, and they have all been at Borgman Ford! Yes I have looked at other vehicles but have come back to Borgman. I have had the same salesman for the last two. Curt has been most helpful in the the whole process. I am now in an Edge and I love it! Lots more tech in this one than the ones before, and am adjusting to all of it. Borgman Ford/Mazda has been a great fit for me. If you stop in , please ask for Curt as he is great.

I have purchased many vehicles from Borgman through the years since the early 2000's, I have had them all serviced there for years. They have totally lost all my business. It's one thing to buy a vehicle from them but the relationship stays with the service. Something they seem to have forgot. My last 2 experiences with them were horrible. I caught the service person in several lies. First they were telling me the problem with my vehicle was not covered under Ford warranty, which when I look at the warranty the part is specifically listed as covered. I called the Ford warranty, the number is right on the documentation, and asked. They said no one from Borgman has even contacted them but yes everything is covered. I called back and talked to service, then they suddenly knew what to do and yes it's covered. I was thinking ok, we all make mistakes get busy and confused. My Truck was going to be fixed and I could have it back that day.Later they found other issues that I didn't know I had and claimed they could fix them, and they were covered, then I couldn't get my vehicle because they are now waiting on the warranty to give them a claim number. I believed them, why not, so I called Ford warranty again to see if I could get a claim number so I could get my truck. We are going on 3 days for what started as a simple repair. So I called the Ford Warranty again and they say they had called Borgman, they had all the information and are waiting on an inspection. I was like what inspection. The warranty company says the new issues they reported to them requires an inspection and I can't get my vehicle back for 5 more days. So I informed the warranty company I would take this somewhere else and I only wanted the completed repairs covered.Next morning, suddenly my truck is all ready to go. I show up to get it. I talk to the lady that has been helping me. She informs me I need to have my truck back Monday morning for an inspection. First time she is mentioning any of this to me, but of course I already knew. I informed her I cancelled the inspection and her further repairs. She starts freaking out and yelling at me how much work this was going to cost her, how much trouble this was. Something shady was going on. I don't know what. I did email her manager and the general manager. Informing them of this scenario. Giving them a chance to, I don't know, repair relations. 2 weeks later only communication I received is from the original lady I worked with. "Here is your bill, pay it online."You scroll through the reviews here, this is a common theme. The Poor communication, even many mentioning the same lady I dealt with. Not sure what has happened, I used to go in, everyone was nice and professional. Easy to work with. Now the mechanic that did the work, I do not know who that was, but it was done, and done right. I did check when I got home. I have no complaint over the repair that was done. Just the face of customer service. After you buy your car, that's who your relationship is with. Seems Borgman has forgot that.As far as my other repairs I called the Ford warranty explained my issue. They waved the requirement that I return to the purchasing dealer. I called another dealer, the got me right in, got me a car. Handled professionally and courteously.

I bought my F150 Lightning at Borgman, so that's where I've had it serviced. I will never go back.As soon as I picked up my truck from service last week, I noticed a scratch on the corner of the cab, right above the bed. I went and told the service advisor and had her come look at it. She took a photo and said she would check for the scratch on the intake photos, talk to her manager, and then email me.Days passed without an email, so I texted and got the response "I regret to inform you that I did not zoom in on the cab corner [in the intake photos] so it's inconclusive." I responded by asking for the photos to be emailed to me. When I didn't get a response, I emailed to ask about the photos. 4 days later she finally emailed the photos. They were 2 intake photos, but taken from the front. I asked to be put in contact with her manager and got no response.I went in 4 days later and spoke with another service advisor, who spoke with the manager and told me they would not be fixing the scratch. I said I would leave and not come back for anything, ever. At this point, the original service advisor told me that the manager would be out in a few minutes if I wanted to wait to talk to him. After waiting several minutes, the manager came out, looked at my truck, and told me they wouldn't be fixing it because he doesn't know how it could have gotten there.I also don't know how it could have gotten there, but I'm quite certain it wasn't there when I brought it in. It seems like something they could easily take care of, since they can't show that it WAS there when I brought it in. Instead they're basically saying that I must have scratched my truck somehow without noticing it.I will never be back for sales or service.I've bought 5 new vehicles (from various dealers) over the past 3 years, and this is one dealer I definitely won't patronize again.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Customer service is non existent. Communication also, non existent. I do not trust these people or this company. Our vehicle has been in the shop more than we have driven it and it seems nothing is covered with the extended warranty we purchased. Do not recommend.

Good work but not the first time; extremely high labor rates. I ll stick with my trusted mechanic after this fiasco.I took my car in on a Thursday for a right side front drive axel that was clunking and rattling . Also needed a couple of wheel studs for two lug nuts, which mechanic Michael Scherer did an outstanding job on. However, after replacing nearly $600 in parts and spending 4 hours (labor is $165/ hour!?) the noise was still there!? Service Manager Jon Hudson made it right the following Monday while loaning me a vehicle for three days / no charge. He also did not charge me for the 2 hours of labor to replace the front axel, but the work (all of it) took three business days to complete. Before paying my bill the second time, I asked to see my front suspension arm assembly, strut and springs which were replaced, but Jon couldn t find these parts, saying I could show you some parts but they wouldn t be yours. After complaining about the manner in which the work was eventually completed mentioning that there was a reason I didn t take my car to Fox Ford he told me that maybe I should ve taken it to my mechanic. I did but his suppliers didn t have the correct parts to complete the work. Enter the dealership There s still a little clunking and rattling coming from the front end of my car which my mechanic checked and chalked up to it being a 13 year-old vehicle, but it s safe and drives well. Ashley (assistant service manager) found the old parts on business day #3 and showed me them proving that all of the work was legitimate. Ashley was a star and very helpful. The jury s out on Jon.I was disappointed overall, but I learned my lesson: Even when your mechanic can t find the parts, check with a dealer, pay an extra 20-25% for the parts and take your those parts to your mechanic. Save yourself on the labor and a potential misunderstanding.

We bought a truck from Borgmam's a couple of months ago. We are now having to put in a new transmission. Of course, it was barely over warranty. Then we towed it back to the dealership. The female service person who was/is not a positive representative of the company. Ultimately she encouraged us to take the vehicle elsewhere. So we did.

I dont write reviews often however our experiance at Borgman was 10/10. I told them what we were looking for, in our budget, and we walked away with a car we were happy with. Honest, upfront sales team. Kudos to Brandon B and Curt - much appreciated for all your help!

I recently had an amazing experience at this dealership! Me and my husband went in looking for a used car and found exactly what we wanted. It was out first time buying from a dealership. Don and Edwin made the whole process so easy! I would definitely recommend!

My original review was 1 star and I had some complaints. Borgman ford reached out to me over text to try and "fix the issues." Back story, I bought a brand new Ford Maverick and it was a less than mediocre experience every step of the way. It could not have been an easier sale for them and they blew it. At the end of the sale, I was sent a request to rate my experience and I was honest. The salesman Nick, whom I worked with, did not like the review I wrote sent me a poorly written text asking what he did wrong to get a bad review and if I would change it. Over the year of working with them to get my car, they blew me off and acted as if my business was not important to them. An example of the poor business they offer is how when i placed the order for my personalized truck, I had chosen for the truck bed to be sprayed. Every piece of paperwork I have shows that I paid for that in my price and that it should have been done. They did not have it done and said that they actually took it off my order, even though on my final paperwork it still shows that I'm paying for it.If you are buying a new vehicle avoid borgman at all cost. They don't care about you, and will lie during the entire experience and treat you like trash. If I could give negative stars at this point, I would.

Don t waste your time here because they will definitely waste your time. I made an appointment for a simple oil change. I showed up for my appointment 10 minutes early. When I walked in, a man at the counter rudely asked me what I needed. He then asked two other employees to help me instead, to which they replied that they were busy. He begrudgingly helped me, and by helped I mean he took my keys and shooed me away as if I was inconveniencing him. He would barely even look at me. I asked if he needed my name since he didn t gather any information from me. He acted as if I was dumb and said no. I started to walk away and he said yeah actually can give me your last name? I went to sit and wait for my car to be done. After 45 minutes of being there, my car was still sitting outside and had not been touched. I went to ask a different employee about the status of my car, who also seemed annoyed that I was bothering him from playing on his phone. He went to check on my car. Another employee came and told me they would start working on it soon and it would be ANOTHER 45 minutes from that point. After waiting for another 10 minutes after this, they still had not moved my car in the garage. I decided to leave after a full hour with no oil change. What a complete waste of my time. I had an appointment scheduled in advance so I would expect my car to at least move into the garage within an hour. Meanwhile, other customers were arriving after me and getting their cars in right away. On top of them dropping the ball with my car, they were just rude, annoyed I was bothering them, and didn t care about me or my experience. Just save your time and don t go here. You ll be treated better elsewhere, I m sure.

So , my whole family starting with my Grandpa , has been going to Borgman and being well taken care of I now have grand children so that s 4 generations.I recently came back to Borgman to buy a brand new F 250 super duty.I was greatly disappointed with the dealership I was with on account of location it was closer to me. Convenience is not the greater provision in this world.I would like to take a moment to thank Borgman and the salesman Matt Cameron and the financial officer Brandon for their professionalism in taking care of my needs I really appreciate and can not brag enough about these guys they are the best and I pray they continue to be successful in what they do everyday.I will be referring them from now on to anyone who needs a vehicle.

Braydon and Brandon were both extremely patient and helpful when I purchased my Subaru Crosstrek last Friday. They both answered any and all questions I had. They didn't pressure me at all into buying a vehicle, but seemed to care about me ending up with something I wanted and fit my needs. Thank you for everything!

10/10 would HIGHLY recommend them for buying a vehicle. This was my first time purchasing a brand new vehicle, and first time going through a dealership. I was in an accident and my car was totaled and I could not be without a car for long. A family member recommended going into Borgman and working with working with Billy, who miraculously was able to find me the exactly what I ve been looking for, my dream vehicle! I truly had such a great experience. Their level of service is better than anything I ve ever seen. I never once felt like they were trying to sell me something. It was like working with a friend who really cares and wants what s best for you - I truly mean that. Everyone we worked with was like that, and I appreciated it more than they ll ever know. They really earned my business and I don t think I will ever go anywhere else for a vehicle in the future!

Really tried to use this place. Bought a maverick here and started great - but since then has just been terrible. Brought it in months ago (after weeks of delay.) and they looked it over and said it needed new tires. Fine, but wouldn t let me put the tire size on I asked for, and made me drive back and forth 5x. In the meantime, the problem i came in for was not diagnosed nor did it improve. Ended up getting scheduled for a month out. Finally got my truck in, and had absolutely zero helpful communication. Your truck is broke, but we don t know how broke or when we can fix it. And as per usual had to drive in to get info rather than being called or informed by my technician finally, they are being very questionable about an insurance issue.. saying the opposite to Michigan law, hoping I won t notice.. all in all, can t recommend these guys. Find a problem solver, not a problem avoider.

My experience over the last 5-6 years at Borgman Ford has been a very positive one. I just leased my third car- a 2023 Ford Escape Active. My Sales Rep for all three leases was Matt Cameron. Matt knows that I need this car to get around town and to and from my part time job so I don't need a lot of extras and the price is everything for me. Matt manages to find the right car every time. The whole process is easy and fast. I'd recommend Borgman Ford to anyone looking for a new lease car.

Best experience you can ask for. I contacted the dealership via CarGurus from South Bend, Indiana. Braydon Spaugh contacted me and was a complete professional all around. I inquired about the 2020 F150 XLT and drove from South Bend to Grandville the same day and purchased the vehicle. Peter Arends the Sales Manager made the transaction a great experience as well. Thank you to Borgman Ford. Highly recommended.Jim Schleis

Pete helped me with an unconventional sale of a vehicle accessory from one of the used vehicles. He was highly professional and went above and beyond. Not your typical used car sales manager; a truly helpful and nice to work with person. Highly recommend this dealership.

Their service department is impressively bad. You can't schedule with a human. I have dropped off my vehicle twice for a scheduled appointment and both times they "could not get to it" and I had to wait another day. Always bad. Always expensive. So Frustrating. I will not try a third time.

I ve purchased multiple vehicles from Skip here. With the chip shortage it took longer than I would have liked but skip was very communicative and helpful the whole way. I ve found the service department to be consistently helpful and honest. I didn t have the same experience at a different ford dealer in town that rhymes with box. If you need a new or used car give Skip a call.

I think I've shared this before, but I continue to be impressed by the service I get from these folks. Brandon Wojtaszek has sold me my last two vehicles and has taken care of me if their are any issues; I'll probably be coming back for my next vehicle. They give you the kind of service you don't see much of any more.

These folks had not only poor communication but also horrible customer service. Having a car for almost a month and a half for a basic fix that had an appointment to begin with is ridiculous. On top of all that gave $7 off after expressing issues with how they were dealing with this fix. I work in customer service and have never seen service so poor. Don t go here. Save your time and money.
