I will always feel like I'm getting a terrible deal when paying for car repairs, but this Belle Tire location makes it a bit easier. They communicate well, are extremely friendly, are always on schedule and very quick with their work.They also are great at standing by their past work.

Terry and his staff are wonderful. My car was serviced quickly and we discussed the life of my tires - no new ones needed until the end of summer! Hooray. Plenty of time to work them into the budget.

no cap bro just go to this place. they don t screw you over. Asked for tires and they had them on order for the next day. they did an excellent job handling my car and changing the tires as well as an alignment. they also have a really good warranty compared to other tire companies.

My car started making weird noises earlier this week so I took it to the shop in the morning, explained the issue the usual way (trying to mimic the noises and hope you don't look too ridiculous) and Jason took great care of me! The car was ready by noon and at a great price too! Thanks for helping out so quickly and my family will definitely be back!

On 11/18/23 my daughter went to Belle Tire. She had a screw in her tire. They removed the screw. They said they were unable to fix it. They said my daughter needed a new tire. They told her they needed to order a new tire because they didn't have one in stock. They left the hole there and it now needs to be pumped up continuously. Everyone knows you don't remove the object out of the tire unless you are able to fix it. Her dad called on Monday and talked to a assistant manager that really didn't want to talk about the situation. He claims he didn't know who looked at her tire. He said they don't do this but yet they did. They said it was in the side wall. It was in the tread. My daughter got it fixed and they said that Belle Tire was scamming my daughter. How does a company hire people that do this?? You endangered my daughters life, my granddaughters lives. I really hope you All sleep well knowing what you did and what you were trying to to do.

Jason R. and the team at this location are absolutely amazing! Jason who helped me, was polite, thorough, and efficient in getting my request handled in a timely manner. The other staff up front also were friendly as well! A+++ team working here

I had such a great experience with the guys on 28th Street, they were extremely nice and very helpful,they ordered in my tires and I got a really great deal on them, I had been to discount tires and got them almost $300 cheaper at belle tire and customer service was exceptional !!!

I needed a sensor on my left rear tire and the team had me on my way much faster than I anticipated. I then had a problem with the gage on my dash telling me that I needed to check out my TPM system, tire pressure management so I called and was told to bring my car in and they would do a reset for me and I went there after work. There was no problem with my gage or no reset was needed and I was shown a small press tab on my dash that took me through a series of displays. I had no clue! One press and problem solved. Very friendly, professional and courteous service and a friendly smile as I was leaving after I was feeling so embarrassed. Guys (and) Gals should know this stuff, I didn't. Jason Reitsma and Terry Smith,I have a concern regarding the condition of the tires and the customer service that was provided on my vehicle, a 2004 Toyota Camry that my daughter drives. My daughter, 18 years old, purchased tires from your store in the summer of 2021 per your records. These tires were recently rotated, inspected and serviced on 11-18-2023 per the invoice attached. No concerns were related from your staff as to the condition of the tires even after questions from myself and my daughter were brought to the attention of your staff prior to the visit, during the visit and after the visit on 11-18-2023.The vehicle required additional service including an oil change and it was serviced at Toyota of Grand Rapids on 11/20/2023. Multi-Point Inspection was completed with the condition of the tires requiring immediate attention, service technician expressed concern for the safety of the driver, my daughter, based on the condition of the tires.I felt a third opinion may be necessary as it seems that yourself/Belle Tire in Grandville noted no concerns for the condition of the tires and Toyota of Grand Rapids recommended immediate action be taken to replace the tires. On 12-16-2023, tires were inspected by Discount Tire in Grandville, the service technician after inspection noted the tires were manufactured in 2018 and were considered unsafe for driving in their current condition. Discount Tire service technician also mentioned that Discount Tire does not sell customers "new tires" 3 years after their manufacture date.I have attached all documentation from services provided and mentioned above.I am requesting that you address my concern immediately. By addressing my concern, I mean that you will refund the original purchase of the tires or replace the tires with tires manufactured in 2022 or 2023 that are comparable to those presented in the quote by Discount Tire within the next 24-48 hours. If this concern is not addressed, I will hold Belle Tire and yourself, Jason Reitsma and Terry Smith responsible for providing a product and a service that is both unsatisfactory and unsafe. To be clear, you, Terry Smith and Belle Tire are lucky that my daughter has not been injured or been killed in a vehicle accident because of your incompetence.I hope to hear from you soon.Sincerely,Joy (Owner of the 2004 Toyota Camry and Mother to Elli)

Made an emergency trip because someone apparently decide to sprinkle screws across the rivertown mall road. They were able to get our car in and out within the hour at no cost. Nice waiting area. Friendly staff. Other customers seemed satisfied. Check them out.

The staff here always takes care of me with the highest customer service!!! I showed up at 735 with a flat tire and they swapped a full set before closed at 8 couldn t have asked for faster better service thank you guys times a thousand!!!!

I had a great experience at Belle Tire in Grandville, MI. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. They helped me find the best tires for my car and gave me a lifetime of free perks, including free mounting, rotations, balancing, alignment checks, and flat repairs. They also matched the lowest price I could find online. I was in and out in less than an hour. I highly recommend Belle Tire to anyone looking for new tires!

Went in last weekend with an idea of what I wanted and was also open to hearing other suggestions. We talked through a couple different things and landed on some Goodyears that were better than the ones I was thinking and it came out for about the same price. Dropped the car off today for my appointment, everyone was super friendly. My car looks like a brand new babe with her new shoes.

I called discont tire first to get a price on changing three tires on a cargo trailer for me ,I already have the tires on rims so I'm thinking can't be too much money. They said it would be starting at 24 plus I asked why so high on the price the man told me they need to balance and do something else I immediately thought are you on crack or do you think I'm stupid. See we don't balance cargo trailer tires and as it so happens a was standing in the parking lot of brand new trailers and not one of those brand new tires on those trailers not one was balanced odd I guess or someone at discount tire is flat out lying to people and to go one further I called another discount tire and a female tried to tell me the same thing . Then I called Belle tire and found some common sense and only 10 dollars per tire and in and out in 15 minutes from arrival. Now that's top notch service and pricing...Thanks Belle Tire.

I felt so taken care of at Belle Tire! I had just purchased a new set of tires in March and their 0% interest credit card ( I think its for 6 months) made it so easy and affordable. Last week I got a flat out of state and had to purchase a tire in order to get home, when I contacted Belle Tire I was offered either a refund for the tire I purchased out of state or a new tire that would match my original set. I opted for the matching tire for the sake of the performance of my car! Thanks!

Amazing experience! I messed up multiple things - I scheduled my first appt at the wrong place and may have accidentally given incorrect tire info. Still, they were insanely helpful, kind, and quick.Also, I went in about 15 min before my appt and they had me in and out in under 30 min for 4 new tires. No pushy upselling or sales tactics, just quick and high quality service!EDIT: Updating this review as I'm coming across it again. A few months ago I got a flat on my new car. Ran over a nail it seems. They were great - they told me if they can fix it they will, otherwise it'll be a new tire. They fixed it and sent me on my way with no cost! An employee also sat me down and (very excitedly) explained the differences in tires he tested at a conference so I would have the best info if I needed a new set. I will 100% be back to this location when I need a new set of tires.

Had a tire fail on our 2019 charger hellcat during a road trip from Chicago... hard to find tires on short order... Super friendly, extremely fast, and very professional service. Highly recommended

I bought some tires online here and had to schedule an appointment a month out, which is understandable. I was told the change would take about 45 minutes, which is pretty average. So on the day of my appointment I went there during my lunch break and waited for them to put my new tires on. I was waiting there for over 2 hours. My truck was still where I parked it a half hour after my appointment time and on the lift for another hour and a half. What is the point of an appointment if it still takes that long to change tires.

I got a bolt lodged in my tire. I tried plugging it myself but the hole was too big. Originally i called Discount Tire and they said I needed to buy a new tire. I called up the Belle Tire and they said bring it in and let us take a look, we might be able to salvage it but we have a 3-4 hr wait. I drop it off and no more than an hour later they're calling me back letting me know it's good to go and the plugging is free. Great customer experience!

This location is awesome! The staff is pretty helpful always. I had an evening wedding to attend and I requested a quick flat fix and I was on my way in 5 minutes. Thanks to the lady receptionist!

I took my vehicle up to the shop and they said I needed to get my specialty lug nut key from home. Instead of rescheduling the service rep drove me home and I snagged it. They are so great up here. Great service. Great guys up here!
